I really recommend this woman salon in Dubai. The hairdresser Nawal is very good in blow hair, straight or wavy. All the staff is very kind and professional.There is also a Moroccan bathroom in the salon. If you are looking for a complete ladies salon in Dubai (skin, wax, nails, lashes, hair,…), that’s the place of quality.

I’ve had my Moroccan bath with Nawal and it was really ana amazing experience, the place is soo nice, clean and the privacy was the best thing as it matters a lot to me! Was my first experience at the place and I’m sure it will never be the last😍

My Sofy Ladies Salon in Meera Tower Al Habtoor City is a nice place for massage, hair and nails services. They have professional massage therapists, hairstylist, nails and lash artists. This place is a must visit. Definitely will visit again.

Had my blow-dry there recently! Love the salon, very tidy and neat. The stuff is very friendly and professional! The blow-dry service took less than an hour on my medium hair so it’s less than usual. Definitely gonna come back. Also the location is perfect for those who live close to Habtoor city.

I wish I was giving more stars but the Russian Olga at the reception just needs to go. She is a complete liability for the salon.Every time I come and she’s there there’s a problem. She is incapable to to send me a link for a gift voucher. She doesn’t want to give me a resident discount if I have a gift card. She is booking me to the wrong person when I specifically ask for someone else.Seriously I start visiting less the salon because of this and I’ll end up simply not coming at all to avoid this drama.

Laarni has done a full new gel set manicure almost 4 weeks ago and I must say I am so happy with the results as my nails usually break even with gel after 1-2 weeks. It’s been almost a month and theres no damage. Excellent work done

Booked a 5 package of drainage massage with the lovely lady Tam from Thailand. She is super strong with her hands! I was shocked how much pressure she could put on! You can tell she is very experienced and knowledgeable with drainage massage. After 4 sessions I am very pleased with the results. Amazing! My cellulites are so much better, more firm and I can finally show off my legs in shorts again! A very satisfied customer - would highly recommend.

I had the worst experience, I had my appointment scheduled and received WhatsApp message in rude manner saying that I have to 30 minutes early and at the end I waited 30 minutes for appointment! They charged me almost double price of regular, for washing my hair and doing waves I was charged 380 Dirhams while on the phone they said it will be 200 Dirhams, service was poor and the receptionist was really rude! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Had such a disappointing experience. One of the employee and the owner had a fight and the lady decided she didn’t want to do my nails after this. I booked an appointment, drove all the way there, waited for 30min and nobody tried to accommodate me or fix the situation. The client is not supposed to pay for whatever is happening between the staff members. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This is the most unprofessionaI salon!

Excellent gel nails service and very professional

Excellent services provided. Gel nails are immaculate and last longer than any other salon I have been to, up to 5/6 weeks.Lashes are always done to a brillant standard and again last due to top products used. No stinging or blood shoot eyes after as they are extremely careful with the process.Definitely recommend the salon!!

This salon is by far the best salon in Dubai in the past 15 years of living here! Their gelish manicure and pedicures last me about 45 days (seriously!!), all the technicians are amazing, friendly and so professional. My go to technician is Nargis, her precision and technique of applying the polish is like watching someone paint on canvas! If you want high quality products and service, then definitely check it out!

I went to this salon to do a blowdry, but the Hairdresser was incompetent. The washing was bad. And the hairdresser wanted to use thé babyliss straightener on my hair: its a shame in a hairdressing salon. Another hairdresser came to help her but the blowdry was really bad: she didnt heat the roots of my hair and I had a poor quality brushing. When I told her she was holding the hairbrush badly, she didnt listen to me and my hair got tangled in the brush. Despite that, she pulled on my hair, which hurt me a lot. She lacked professionalism. I had to finish the blowdry alone, thats unacceptable !!!!!!

Absolutely devastating administrative operations - I booked refills eyelashes treatment and was charged for the full set without even notifying me about the change of the treatment and without my consent on that. I also had to ask every time for the residential discount which is offered by default and which has not been applied on a number of occasions. Very rude admin services on a number of occasions. Hugely disappointed.

Overpriced for such poor quality, this is unacceptable. When I do both manicure and pedicure by myself it looks much better and lasts longer. I’m very mad and disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be coming back for these services as well as recommend to anyone.
