Disgusting salon and despicable service. While sitting for my pedicure I saw a cockroach approaching my feet, so I told the lady theres a cockroach, shes like yea maam, thats ok because of the nearby restaurants. She didnt even turn to look!!!!Although I had an appointment, I had to wait 50 mins to start (all while paying for rta parking), when I complained their manager shouted yea were busy. They only have 2 ladies, 1 for hair and 1 for manicure. Very poor facility and equipment, Id never visit again even if it was for free.

The gel manicure is the very bad. My cuticles are still sticking out and it’s very patchy. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I keep coming back to this salon because of the lovely staffs. Ester, thank you so much for the wonderful work you do! I know I can always walk out of your salon feeling and looking my best!

Esther really did a good job! I love my nails right now. She achieved the nail shape that I want and put the right amount of nail polish 🤍 I just showed her a picture that I want and suggest a better color that’s appropriate for my skin color.I will probably go back as a regular customer ☺️

I bought several packages worth over AED 800, but everytime I made booking for me or my mother there was no one available, I booked over the phone, they confirmed the time, and when we came they had no availability, or one technician only who was busy doing someones hair, or technician who knows nothing about nails, and cuticles, this happened over and over. We waited like idiots till we were fed up. Then when I tried to make a booking again . I never got my services or my money back. Not to mention that I also had unlimited eyebrow threading package which I had to beg for everytime I came because either they never had time and I waited, or they said baladiya banned this service, etc.... they were alsonvery rude and when I came on time I was told to wait because technician was eating for 30-40 min. Always rude, and always bad attitude, most technicians were hired because they are cheaper, and only one knew how to do eyebrows,so when I was booked and technician was off I had no choice but to leave.Last time I tried to book an appointment I was told that my package expired, I never had a chance to use it due to their unprofessionalism. Needless to say that I never got my refund either. Is this called stealing?

Despite having booked , and confirmed the booking the day before I arrived at the premises and they had no one to do my nails. There was another client with the same problem . After waiting I was given a nail technician. The job was very average. The place looked pretty dirty. I will definitely not be returning.

Salon is small but neat. The owner was very nice! She colored, trimmed and styled my hair. I was happy with the result. The lady who did my nails, Lei, did a very good job and was very pleased with the result. If you colour your hair check that they do have the colour you want in stock. I had to take my own as it wasnt available (Ash Blonde). Overall, it was a good experience and I do recommend this salon. I will go again!

The place use to be good but now the management has changed and so their services. All they care about is to make money so they scheduled too many appointments at the same time. Originally the Mani pedi was good but what I got the last time was my worst experience in Dubai. The owner was standing right in front of the staff forcing them to do it quickly. They didnt do half of the things, and they kept asking me to come back again even after taking an appointment as they were overbooked. They didnt apologize for this behavior until I complained, and no compensation was offered. They took the full amount but gave less than half the service. They only care about making money and not about the customer who has been a regular for over 6 months. Terrible experience!!

I wouldnt recommend this salon. As it lacks professionalism. In my case they scheduled my appointment at 6pm and I informed the manager I will be little late 15min due to traffic. N the moment I reached i was asked to wait for a bit as one of the staff will be free. But 45min passed there was no movement and my service would take 1 and half hours. I wonder how they planned to provide me services in 30min and attend the next customer. They need to learn to schedule the timings and work on how to serve best.

The salon is unacceptably unhygienic for this time! The lady doing my nails did a good job, as best she could do given the circumstances. The management has not upkept any of the products being used- don’t get your nails done here- it’s a waste of money. I was supposed to get a hair cut done too but decided not to after coming in. Also, the two Asian ladies at the salon are rude and unwelcoming.Wasn’t a good experience at all, waste of money.

Ladies on the reception are so careless and unprofessional. Its first time for me to encounter such a situation in Dubai, where service is always on the top. I booked for gelish manicure last Thursday and reception lady confirmed it. When I arrived to salon, lady on the reception (as I understood she was not the one to confirm the booking) was so careless and arrogant. She didnt even apologize, she just said its not possible. I said so why did you confirm then and asked her to check with nail technician ladies if maybe they can accommodate me. She showed me angry face, and slowly walked to check with them. Then she came back and said they cant do it today with no emotion, no sorry nothing. She did not even offer me to rebook it. I cant describe the situation much, but if you have an important event or anything like that, do not rely on that place as the reception there is below zero level.

Really sucked.... I had an appointment at 5:30 for nails and a haircut...but when I arrived she said that the manicurist wasnt available (they asked me to visit the salon specifically on that day because the manicurist would be present)So I decided to get my hair done... but there was only one employee there and one customer apart from me... so I didnt mind waiting a bit...but another customer walked in with an appointment at the same time as me...so the employee made me wait for a total of 2 hours!!!I dont like writing a bad review but this was wrong.On the bright side...it was a decent haircut.But I will not visit this place again.

I did my hair colour today with Mona. I can’t believe that finally after colouring my hair for so many years, I can say that this is the best experience I have ever had. My looks have completely changed. Usually my hair become rough after colouring, but they are shiny and beautiful now! Thank you so much My style and beauty for the wonderful service. The mani pedi experience was also amazing! I am not going to any other salon for sure!!!!!

I made a booking with the owner, she didn’t tell me her nail technician was off and only had the hair stylist. She let me go there and told the hair stylist to do my gelish pedicure and manicure. Spent 3 hours there after a long day at work and the next day it all broke. Not faulting the worker but the owner, she could have done better. I wish I can post a picture of my nails . So sad right now.

I use the salon for my haircut/ styling and Lizzy is doing an amazing job every single time. I love her professional attitude and her care for detail. The prices are very affordable, a great value for the money!

Happy with their service. Went there for hair color and hair trim fearing that it wont be as how i want to to look but turned out so good. The lady who did my hair was very friendly and she was so gentle with my hair. She also suggested styles that can help my hair look nicer.The lady who did my nails was so good. She kept on looking at her watch so she was obviously hurrying up for something but it didnt compromise the quality of her work. Despite being in a hurry, she still managed to do my nails perfectly!

I bought a voucher from Cobone , worth 159Dhs , was for Gel nail extensions with manicure .The lady doing my nails was using gellish polish , I informed her again my voucher was for Gel nail extensions. She told me they didn’t have that service , the girl who does nail extensions was on a one month vacation.I was so frustrated as I had clearly booked a confirmed appointment for Gel nail extensions, and even had sent a copy of the voucher to their WhatsApp number as they requested .They apologized and said that there was a mixup , so I was like ok , let me then do the gellish polish , manicure and pedicure.My disappointment is , I just did it yesterday and today , the gellish polish is already peeling off !!!Such bad quality, I feel the whole advertisement on Cobone is a scum and they should be reported to authorities. The ladies at the salon were good , but , the product quality is so bad and they scum by advertising for Gel nail extensions, while they know they don’t currently have that service available at their salon , the voucher was valid for a month , and apparently the lady who does the nail extensions is also gone for a month on vacation.It’s so bad when such business con innocent customers .

How many times that I have my hair treatment in this salon, Keratin and Brazilian Treatment, plus hair colour and hair cut too. Well aside from the price is reasonable, Mona the hairdresser was great in her job, one of the main reason why I kept on coming back.

First time here - for a gelish mani and classic pedi. Overall it was okay but on my mani I needed an extension for my thumb - it was done but looks well botched. I asked for simple designs and the manicurist tried but Id prefer her telling me she cannot as opposed to making a mess. Not impressed at all. Im going to have to get it redone elsewhere.

Went to Ms Lizzy for my hair.It was a big change for me, I had waist length hair and I have gone down to shoulder length.Thanks to Lizzy I love my hair and the new color.Appointment was given on a short notice.Over all staff were very friendly.For my hair solutions, I don’t think I’ll have to look further.Thank you !!

I really like the ladies in the salon. They are extremely good. I get my waxing, Mani, pedi and facial. They are gentle when waxing, which I think is very important. And always make me shine after the facial. A very good place to get your beauty stuff done.

I took a haircut from Ms. LizzieMy hairstyle is pixie(very short hair) and she has given a perfect hair cut to me. Im delighted and happy. A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

I found the place convenient as per my location so thought of giving it a try so I called them to book an appointment for waxing and threading.Also found a deal on Cobone for 129 . I went and took my service but the Filipino lady who did my waxing did a wonderful job and was good at her work but the place lacked hygiene also I usually get acne after wax so I asked for rose water but she said it’s finished and also then I asked to give me a hot towel/ wet wipe they said don’t have so I went to billing and told them about the services I took so she said 139 told her that it was 129 on cob one so she asked me okay this time I giving you this deal next time remember it’s for 139 to that I was like you need to update then everywhere I can’t remember..if cobone says 129 that’s what I am gonna pay..so I found the owners rude..that is why 3 star.

Miss kissy and Esther as the best assets to this salon, they r always very polite and friendly, miss kissy has magic hands with her and my little daughter is very happy to get her haircut with her!!!! Well done defienrely a place to go to enhance ur beauty

Amazing experience...I had done my mani pedi n one hr massage...felt so relaxing n rejuvenated. It was my first time in this saloon . I had left my feedback n few suggestions..the staff had taken all dose into consideration..definitely would come back.

Worst salon ever. Firstly they hardly have any customers but they act as if they are busy. No reply on their watsapp number and no one receives the calls. They give appointment even when they are closed.Do not run a salon if you guys are not professional enough.Will never reccomend to anyone

Best place for nails, worst place for hair, i had a brazilian blow out treatment and my hair is completely damaged and dry and destroyed. Waste of time and money and more important waste of hair that I cant do much for now!

Just contacted this salon for my nail extensions booking.The lady on call was rude also the screaming of kids behind her made me feel like I am talking to someone from kids nursery not salon.

Staff are rude and even if you make an appointment you have to wait. No refreshments are offered and there was hair from a customer that lay on the floor for a long time until I made a comment really loudly.

I really like this place not only because the do the BEST jelish mani pedi but cause the ladies there are always friendly, polite, smiley and they know how to make you feel nice and comfortable. The only thing I would like them to add is wifi lol

By far one of the worst mani pedi experiences. Its so bad, it looks as though I did my nails (and mind you Im not a nails tech and horrible at cleaning / scrubbing and painting nails)

The place is cleanThey are doing padicure and manicure very good but slowAlso eye brow was so goodBut not good at all at hair cutting or stylingAnd there are too few team members

The parlor is very poorly managed. Even if you have bookings, be prepared to wait for at least 30 mins. They take on as many clients as possible but have only two girls. For this reason, they rush through the service. Dont recommend it.

Overall experience was good but everything is taking much time and some people are not professional in what they are doing. They use cheap normal products but doing a good job and working concentrated.
