Hands down the best saloon if you wanna get a hair cut! Jumana is very good I trust her blindly with my hair!! And she is very sweet and attentive. I tried doing hair treatments multiple times with 3 different technicians and none of them disappointed. All the treatments I tried left my hair shinier and healthier and all 3 technicians were experienced and skilled! 100% recommend this saloon for treatments and hair cuts!

This salon is by far the best place I have ever had my hair done. I usually get my haircut by Jumana and she does amazing every time. I usually let her decide how to cut my hair since she has a good eye for what will work well with me, I have never been disappointed. I also added before and after photos of my recent cut and styling. (Bangs are after)

The service here is terrible. This is my second time at this salon, and both times I’ve had to wait for over 2 hours—2.5 hours during my last visit! The first time, I thought it was just because of Eid, but clearly, it’s a constant issue. It’s frustrating to see that the staff can’t seem to do anything without Jumana’s supervision, which drags out the wait time even more. And to top it off, they don’t even bother to apologize for wasting your time. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have all day to waste

It’s the best place to have do makeup and hairstyle . The stuff is very quick and do their job. As in makeup , they have the special and the normal . The special makeup includes eyelash extensions with contouring. The normal one is just normal . For the haircut , I recommend Jumana herself . Jumana is a magic worker. I have wanted these colors for so long. Every hair colorist I went to always told me the process is too harsh, my hair cant handle it. So I have been stuck with the same colors and highlights for years.She gave me the perfect color and highlights without damaging my hair.I visited them during National Day, and the atmosphere at the salon was wonderful. Everyone had celebration scarfs on, flags and balloons were up everywhere. Legamat and Arabic coffee was being served to customers, and national day songs were being played non stop.They deserve a 5 stars rating.

It’s hard for me to trust someone with my hair and I’m depressed from the haircut i got it makes my face shape look weird and i have a lot of important events coming up soon.I went to a different salon trying to fix how uneven the cuts are but they suggested to wait till it grows back as it might get extremely shorter from the uneven levels of cuts. I can’t have a normal hair i need to curl it to hide how uneven my hair is!I don’t mind paying extra if it’s worth it and I don’t understand why Esaad discount isn’t applicable if the hair cut is done with Jumana since they already charge extra if it’s done with her, they didn’t mention that about esaad before the haircut.they charged extra for a blowdry after i got the haircut which I didn’t ask for. I couldn’t see the result at the salon since they curled it right after the haircut.I asked for long cuts but my hair ended up a lot shorter than expected.Anyways the staff are friendly and i wish them all the best but i’m not going back for any type of haircut there at all.

Had the worst experience ever ! Highlist turned orange not blond so she kept adding brown color to make it fade then when I said I came with blond highlights now my hair is brown the hair dresser susan got so badly tempered and started shouting ok you want blond here and she put some dyes on my hair that turned it fiery orange! Then I said this is orange ! She said that’s all we can do I will put toner and few washes it will come back orange! I said do something that will improve it permanently not just few washes then she put something that burned my scalp it smelled horrible I couldn’t breathe they had to give me a face mask ! First time in my life this happens ! Very aggressive and dishonest ! I’m really in pain ! If something happens to my hair or scalp I will sue them

I expected my hair style to be better. I have thin hair and the hair stylist recommended to use hair extension which was around AED 1000 and didn’t have any cheaper alternatives. Owner and staff are friendly in general.

I had a bad experience in My Style salon. I went for a hair cut and hair color and didnt get the service I was hoping to receive. My hair cut was so bad , that made me look very strange. I asked for a choclate brown color and I get yellowish highlight instead. I paid a lot of money and it was not worth it. I will not go there again.
