One of the best salons I have been to. It is my go-to salon always, especially when Melissa is the one doing the work! She gives the best pedicures and is very professional in massage. She also gives the best best best facials, she is very honest with the products she advises. I really love going there because she is a very bubbly and lively person, and I always leave the salon with a very positive mood afterwards! I highly recommend this salon, especially Melissa!!!

I always deal with Melisa , my daughter and I ! We have perfect experience with her using very high quality products for facial and good mental a facial care with full of love! I haven’t dealt with any other lady for facial after her! You should try facial with Melisa!!!

Unfortunately, I’ve had to edit my review and change it to 1 star. I’ve been coming to this salon for almost two years and never thought to double-check the bill. However, during my last visit, they tried to charge me an extra 55 AED for gel removal, even though I had the gel applied there. A week before, I also had a facial, which I can’t recommend—it wasn’t good or worth the price. I really like Anna; she’s fantastic, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning. This salon doesn’t seem to value its loyal customers.

Hair treatment is the best with Larisa! It is worth the drive from Dubai to AbuDhabi when you feel that the specialist cares and gives genuine advice on what to do exactly.

In every job, good quality of work is important but what is even more important is the energy and good behavior you bring into work. Unfortunately, nail tech Karen has disappointed me with her horrendous and petty behavior. Although she does a decent job sometimes, her moody face and irrelevant comments make you feel out of place. Instead of a relaxing, self care focused environment, she displays rude behavior making you regret booking with her.

It is the best salon ever and I always feel comfort with stuff and services. Fatima (the hair stylist is so kind she is perfect in hair color and style. Karen is perfect in manicure and pedicure. Also the salon is always clean and comfortable.

As a therapist myself I am trying different salons and it seems there is a standard everywhere. The salons are beautiful but not practical. The most uncomfortable chair to have a pedicure in with no support for your knees whilst the foot basin takes up the space and the poor therapist is slouching on a chair that’s too high. Both client and therapist are uncomfortable. Melissa has so much potential with her facials. With more training, she will be amazing. I rate this salon 6/10.

It’s been 6-8 years I have been using their services and last month when I called to book for my appointment there is a girl named Sara who is so rude and shuts the phone off. Upon complaining to the manager no action was taken and now the receptionist has harassed me upon coming to the salon by bad faces and gestures. There has not been any apologising or any action taken against Sara.. if anyone taking their services be aware as Sara refuses to give a receipt for my payment for my full package.

I had a bad attitude today from your branch in Al barsha mallThey gave me an eyebrow threading with manicure and pedicure appointmentWhen i sat down your staff told me to get up from the chair to seat-in the other client and wanted me to do them on a normal chair and they treated me like I am coming for free and not paying!!!!Or she told me to wait the other client to finish her eyebrowsThis is so disrespectful way to deal with the clients!! Not recommended

Finally found a good pedicure place. I told her exactly what I wanted and got it. Really pleased! Staff is nice. Parking is a non issue since its in a mall. It has become my go-to salon. Booking appointments is better so not to waste time.

Your branch in albarsha in Dubai you have different prices and always charge me differently I dont know what is your base of charges, I cut my hair its already short and I asked to make it shorter to cut the damaged hair and you charged me 150 aed! While maximum it must be 50 aed! I felt that I was robbed and asking you to call me to give me back the extra money that the girl charged me for because I only trimmed my hair 1cm its wasnt even that much effort to charge me 150aed!Karen and melissa are amazing and great I give them 10/10 for their work and their attitude thats why I come there only for them but please be honest about your prices and dont steal peoples money and use them its impolite and im very upset for this!

Am editing my review after an unfortunate experience in this salon.I used to be a regular client for almost all their services.Lili is one of the best hairdressers in Dubai, Sonita is very good for the waxing service, pedi & mani is good.BUT the customer service is horrible! And the lady in charge of the appointments is unprofessional and rude. Unfortunalty this branch manager doesnt seem to care about regular and loyal clients.Am editing my review from 5 stars to 2 stars to be fair to the service quality. I would give 0 star to the customer service!

I would like to thank the two ladies who made my first experience with Nayomi Beauty Salon such a relaxing and a wonderful one for manicure and pedicure! Thank You! But I have only one very serious issue; is that they dont have the booklet for their service prices so I paid by them telling me what the prices are which makes the salon a bit untrustworthy! I asked for the booklet and the lady on the counter opened the drawer to search for it; maybe pretending, at least thats how I saw it or felt and it bothered me! Then I asked if the prices are on instagram she hesitated! Now, I wouldve given the salon 10/10 if I felt I can trust it for the price, otherwise the service is amazing and I have nothing to complain about! Yes, I will visit it again but I hope on my next visit I can find the price booklet for their services just so that I wont feel Ive been cheated! Kindly, look into this matter seriously so that customers will feel comfortable with your prices. Fyi, you could lose me as a customer if I dont find that Booklet Service Prices!!! However, Nayomi, is an international Middle Eastern Brand so it doesnt make sense to me that they dont have the Booklet Service Prices!!!

I have been coming to this salon ever since it opened, after trying tons of other ones previously!Karen and Jen have been fixing my nails for years and I have never had a single complaint.Both of them are highly skilled, follow fashion trends in terms of colours, shapes and I can truly rely on them.Above the skills and knowlegde they are super sweet making sure I have a relaxing time in the salon.They are the main reasons I come here to be honest.Another gem here is Penny, who has the most amazing hands when it comes to facials. I have lived in Dubai for 14 years and Penny is the only one I can trust with my face. Her passion is her work, which is rare to find. She educates you about the procedure she is doing, gives advice, offers you treatment, that works best for you.These girls make Nayomi Beauty Salon in Al Barsha Mall the best place in town!

I visited this salon two days agoFor a massage , manicure and pedicure and a blow dry and waxing. All services were subpar and just ok. Staff was polite and welcoming but beware of the lady at the reception who will try to con and overcharge you if you’re not careful. I should’ve believed the other reviewers when they warned about the same, I experienced it first hand. At first they manually write all the prices on a piece of paper and asked me to pay. When I said I’d like an official receipt, the prices of two things became exactly what the printed prices were, much lower than what she was asking for originally. What’s worse, after that I noticed that on the receipt,The full arm and underarm charge is 100 whereas they charged me separately for both which totaled higher. When I confronted them about it, she said but it’s not in the computer. I showed her their printed price list and asked why it was there in the first place . After sometime she agreed and easily changed the price to reflect the new lower one. This didn’t leave a good impression at all, I will be going back to Nayomi Sharjah branch that’s just wonderful

They lack transparency in their pricing list, they’re unloyal to their regular customers, I’ve been going to them for more than 3 years, and they managed to ruin their name within split of seconds.They charged me 120 AED for gel polish color change, when in fact it’s 75 AED... they came with up with an inconvenient excuse saying ‘you’ve been charged 120 AED because you did your nails in another salon’Should I call this stealing?Barsha branch is disappointing with untrustworthy staff!

Very negative experience today and I will never go to or recommend Nayomi Salon.I had an appointment today for threading only at 12pm and I arrived 10min late, I admit that. The receptionist decided to punish me for that and told me that my appointment was gone and that I should have called them to inform them (honestly, I’m used to Salons calling me 15min before the appointment to confirm, maybe we’re too spoiled in), she was teaching me manners. Let aside that she had the face of a mad teacher speaking to her bad student, She didn’t offer to book another appointment or do anything to retain me as a customer.Wait, next part is worse. Immediately after leaving, I thought of returning to ask about something else, I entered and found her (back to me) telling my story loudly to other people and complaining that I came late 😳😳 then laughing with the staff.This drove me crazy and I will not tolerate or forgive.Conclusion, I recommend the other salon in Al Barsha Mall, Juice, they could accommodate me and did my threading in 10min, congratulations on winning a new regular customer.

Hello...Despite from the Salon good reputation and the good services they present...I had a bad experience today when I visited Naaomi Salon in Al Barsha Mall Branch...I booked an appointment to have Hair Ombre ..It was 5:30 when I called,,the Lady who booked the apponitment gave me an appointment to come at 7:30!I was surprised to get that late timing butI said its okay may be she knows what she is doing..When I reached there...the that lady took me inside to make “Nail Ombre”....I SAID sorry I came her for “Hair ombre” not Nail ombre ..she started laughing and trying to hide her mistake and there was a client and she was laughing all over !!Although its her mistake...and also when she saw my hair is dark and I want ombre ...she started telling the client and the minicure lady that her hair is dark and she wants to make ombre!!!!Oh my God I was Shocked seeing her doing this!Thats Shame!she was a philipni lady with blond hair..The Hair dresser lady as well came to check my hair..and it was obviouse that My hair could nt be done at that tight timing as they close at 10:00 pm.But I dont know why they couldnt admit it from beginning... and she started putting hair bleaching test on my hair to show me that the hair won’t get the required color I am aiming for and it was like Wasting time to tell me It can’t be done ...The thing that upset me most is the way they were talking especially in the presence of other customers in the shop that lady’s voice was Loud and super defending and all her conversation Sounds as If I am not understanding what they say!!And it was unfreindly at all and who ever see or hear the argument will take a nigative impact about me that I am insisting on making my hair right now while they are unable!I was going to hair salons since many years I have Never been treated this way...The hair dresser standed still and at the end she said: Sorry I cannot make your hair!Then she started stepping back when she saw me astonished !I told her I have turned my hair color so many times before and I know It takes time... some times I spent like 6 hours to make blond color ... but never a hair dresser stand and told me sorry I cannot make your hair.. And yeah!When she started the hair testing for bleaching .. she put 20% oxygen and she was telling me I will put 30% after that! And that was already after 45 min from the testing and my hair did not get any effect due to the low oxygen she tested...They could have to tell from most begging that we will check your hair only today but we can not do anything to your hair by today ..better than all the Act that happened there..The hair dresser lady was sorry at the end and she said I want to make the correct thing to your hair...I told her That I totally understand and In this case I am fine but the thing from beginning was really shame and the receptionist was Really not okay and the hair dresser keeps calling her to come and witness on our conversation!That was so weird and unusual to happen in a salon... I guess that lady was acting very bossy and unfreindly...I KEPT ALL THE TIME ASKING THE HAIR DRESSER WHAT YOU WILL DO? What u decided?She was unable to deliver her point of view at all from beginning! i dont know why...At the End they started telling me that I have to come the next day and stay for 6 hours to finish your hair properly...I left the salon ... and they thought I will make an appointment for the next day...sure I won’t...I will never again visit that place whereI ot a sarcasting welcoming and hospitality from the resptionist there and unprofessional hair testing and weak explanation...With respect to the others who are working there professionally ...Thank you

I called this salon and asked for the price of a trim. They told me 80. After my trim they charged me 250 because they cut more than a trim (which i never asked for) and because they washed it and blow dried it (which i also didn’t ask for). The receptionist had a horrible attitude and was extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon if you’re looking for professionals.

I am satisfied customer because of three staffs, rena is specialized in nail art, she can draw the detailed designs perfectly, I always choose rena for my nails even tho if I wanted normal basic thing, my nails always in a safe hand with her, second one is lily, she is so talented in hair styling also she is giving me some tips to take care if my hair, in all ways she can get my hair done perfectly, third person is Sara she is so friendly and welcoming I always make sure to come when she is here because od the high quality service provided during her work time, keep it up Nayomi U R the best salon ♥️♥️♥️

Terrible experience, though service was good, but the integrity and employee mannars are questionable, i forgot my glasunglasses, and for a month, i have been trying to get them back in vain, they pretend to search for it without any result. It is really outrageous and weird to get a personal belongings to a customer without even botheribg about ethical attitude.

Poor service and no pricing criteria. I used to do a service for 120, after VAT they said it increased it to 150. When I went to pay the 150 at the counter they told me I had to pay 180, claiming that they had increased their prices recently.

No cleaning

My sister and I went for a hair cut with Lilyana Lilly and we wanted to fix it the day after but there werent any appointments so we had to wait for a week to get an appointment and we made sure that it was a re-touch not a full haircut and they told us that we wont be paying anything over the phone.After fixing the hair cut, my sister went home thinking that she doesnt have to pay anything as agreed. And when my turn came, i requested lilly to just fix one layer and lightly trim the edges of my fringe, and suddenly she cut around 5 cm of my hair so she can charge me for a full haircut. And she was very rude and upset that my sister didnt pay anything when she left. After a long argument with the receptionist, they made us pay 160 for me and my sister. Not to mention, our first appointment, they made us wait for 1 hour + they took in another client in between our appointment, although we had requested that our appointments should be together.!!We were regular clients with lilly, and Ive been going there for years. After this incidence, we will never visit this salon ever again. Very unprofessional and disappointing ! All they care about is achieving their business targets with no regard to customer service or experience !

I asked for a specific color seven months ago and they told me that your hair is a red color and it doesnt work. I asked for a color and waited for it and replied. I came to match the color according to their request. I came to replace the color I asked for before and it came out and it did not look like the picture I asked for and no one told me that I had changed the color. On top of that, they asked for 800 dirhams for my hair to be the same as the color. It was old but they were renewed. This time it was bad service and I am not satisfied with this thing. I did not want to talk about it and just walked away. No one can separate me like this. What would I have changed? I mean, I went and paid my money and came back. I heard a lot about Fatima, but in the end, work is not the same as talk.

Barsha Mall is my second home...I have tried all his services, cleanliness, arrangement, and respect for customers, and everything is perfect..Special thanks to 🤩 Fatoum 🤩 who does poetry, whatever he wantsMay God help her with the haircut, how beautiful she is, and the hair grows long quickly. May God bless her. She is also very good at dyeing and does exactly the color I want. The work is nice, but the style is not nice, especially the receptionist and payment employee, who is very kind to the customers. You can work on the reception service and the comfort of the customers in the salon in general, because I went three times and I feel unwelcome.

Fatimas dye is a really capable person. Sunita has the best eyebrows and waxing for 6 years with her. Sarmila is classy and has a nice attitude. I did scrubs, hair masks, and massages with her 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

The treatment of the girl at the reception was not pleasant. Anyone who goes to a place shows a nice manner, even if the salon has good services, the manner of dealing must be sweet and polite.

I love how they deal with people and the quality of their service. Our own, Karen, is 14 years old. I deal with her very closely. I love her like no other, and currently she has a very smart girl with her. After Hazel, the two of them are artists. May they be well. 😫❤️❤️❤️

I was present today at Nayomi Dubai Salon, Al Barsha branch, and I was fortunate that the beauty expert, Madam Sanaa, was present. Thank you very much for her taste and kind words.

The dye was placed on my head at one o’clock and remained until 3:30 o’clock - it was forgotten - and when I called them to wash it, there was no response, which led to burns on the front of the head, pimples, and a severe burning sensation.
