As a loyal client of this salon, I cant express enough how fantastic my experiences have been. The Ukrainian nail technicians are exceptionally skilled and professional, providing me with the best manicure and pedicure Ive ever had. Their wide variety of colors and designs ensures theres something for everyones taste.I also highly recommend their massage services, particularly Winnie, who is incredibly professional and offers a truly relaxing experience. The prices at this salon are impressively affordable, considering the exceptional quality of service they provide.In addition to nail and massage services, they also excel in waxing and hair treatments. This recommendation comes straight from the heart, as I cant recommend this salon enough to anyone seeking top-notch nail care, high-quality services, and a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Today I had an unpleasant experience at this nail salon. polite girls, with a smile and a beautiful environment. They gave me a beautiful pedicure and I also did a grl extension, which I was completely dissatisfied with. after I did them, in which they did a beautiful treatment and design and everything... they started to break and peel off all my nails like adhesive one by one in less than an hour. by the end of the day they all arrived. I paid something that I didnt have left and when I asked for my money back they didnt give it to me.They told me to go and make them again, but how? I didnt want to.. obviously it didnt make any sense just to waste my time. I am traveling tomorrow and I am very unhappy that I gave money and wasted my time and I will go on my trip like this. I dont know of previous experiences, but mine is this.they asked me to go and bring them all to me in order to get my money back because I lost 2-3 (although by the end of the day they were ALL gone!) and I explained to them that it is impossible as I am traveling and it is something I cannot and do not I have the time to do it.We felt sorry for such young and good girls, with a very good job but not permanent and effective.I am disappointed both with the work and with their treatment afterwards. you mean that they didnt give me the money back and that I just threw it away while I worked for it.I paid 500 aed. what can i do wrong to rip all my nails off like stickers in 1 hour? they just came off one by one. no corner, no edge, to break from the middle... it all disappeared like a sticker…..I dont appreciate either myself or the companyI paid for a good result, Im going on vacation tomorrow and the result? I lost my money and my nails too. good evening.

I have been in Dubai for 11 years and this is the first salon that I want to come every day. very cool team is always positive, they always make my mood amazing. hair treatment, always perfect nails and a very cool massage I find here) I’m especially crazy about pedicure chairs because I have back problems and these are very comfortable chairs. By the way, when you get a pedicure you can get a head and neck massage for 50 Derhams, it’s fantastic 🥰. and also delicious coffee with delicious candies) thank you girls for your professional work 🫶🏼you are the best 😘

Good masters who do quality manicures and pedicures. In addition, they give good advice on nail care.The salon is always perfectly clean and has a friendly atmosphere.I have no complaints for the year of visiting.

5 star, it was my first time there today and it’s a really nice place, clean and cozy. They realized a perfect gelish manicure and offered me tea or coffee. The staff was very friendly and professional.

The best place to get your nails done! I had my manicure and pedicure both gelish and I really like the outcome of my nails. The nail artists are very professional and very friendly, they also gave me tips how to take care of my nails, which is i really appreciate. I can see that they really care about theyre clients.And the place is really nice and relaxing, and it is very hygenic. All staff are very friendly and accommodating. I will surely recommend this to my friends and and come back again next month. 😊

Update: Run away from this salon.The management only cares about money. Price is increased every few months and they give different prices to different customers for the same nail artist.From 150 to 250 within less than a year and different reasons. No consideration to customer loyalty. Not going back there anymore, there are much nicer nail places around with much better customer service.—————————————————Amazing experience with Nataly, who is clean, professional and very talented. Visited the place for the first time today and was lucky to meet a professional - Julia. She is a very carting person who is super skilled in in her job. She did check every single side and detail of my hair style to ensure the result is fabolous! Julia like nobody else in Dubai knows the struggle of having curly hair - you can trust her your curls with 100%!confidence!! Once meet her - you’ll stay in touch forever and never regret it 😍❤️

It was quite difficult to get a hold of them. Called several times and got no answer.I got a call back today, only to find out that price has hiked up to 66%. I asked the lady as to why this is, and she said its because of new management & new owner and that they reserve the rights to increase their prices. Though this may be correct, but an increase of this much should at least be justified by new or better products & amenities. However, this is not the case, they have just simply rearranged the salon, but kept everything as is. The last time i was there you can hear people outside talking. So for a massage service of this rate, shouldnt you at least have a sound proof room? So why this much increase?

Service was good that is why 1 star. But I would really like to complain to the management. I had paid 200aed 2 months ago and I work in the same building. I had paid for facial and back massage as a package and went in for my appointment. The staff there said that the lady who was supposed to tend to me had suffered an injury for her shoulder, so today someone else will do the facial and you will have to come for back massage later. I agreed to their situation and when I went on a separate day for my remaining appointment, the staff just refused to acknowledge it. They said they dont have any record of it and the lady who does it has left. So basically robbed up in daylight and its a saloon that i went almost every month for some or other service. Totally disappointed and upset. Marissa from the reception has my number in case the management wish to sort the issue out.

Today was my first experience at the Nail care ladies salon in Barsha. I enjoyed the whole experience at the salon. Very modern, lovely ambience with nice music playing, the entire staff was very welcoming. I am very pleased with my hairdresser Loretta. She has magic hands, gave me a very stylish hairstyle which requires minimal maintenance. The location of the salon is also very convenient, close to metro station. Yulia is the best nail technician in the world. Nails are so nice and cuticles are cleaned perfectly. I am really picky with my cuticles and she is amazing.She just bought the salon so you can ignore all the bad reviews from before!

It makes me cringe how they can have the audacity to charge for such a horrible ‘service’. I went for acrylic refill. After having one nail done I decided to just have that one done and go for my refill somewhere else. The lady who did my nails obviously is not trained or has any experience in acrylic nails. Took one hour to do one nail and the nail shape came out horrible. Worst experience in a nail salon ever. My old acrylic nails done 4 weeks ago look better than the one she ‘fixed’. Not to mention that this nail came out less than 24 hours after having it done.Also, when she was using the tool to remove the dead skin from around the nails she used a dirty tool. I noticed it had skin from other customers, totally disgusting and unhygienic, I had to ask her to use another one or change it.Don’t be fooled by the fake good reviews.

My score is 10 for this salon in total. So professional staff . Very welcome attitude for new clients. Whatever I was doing was very nice . Salon looks clean and organize. From reception to the all employees really big surprised. Location is great also and all reccomend for them. See ya for sure againe. Milena Raskovic

It doesn’t even deserve the one star. Worst Nail bar everrrr!!!!! My nails aren’t shaped right and they made me walk all the way to the car without salon slippers because they told me they didn’t have any and i saw that they did… worst service very slow i was there for almost 1 hour and 30 min and they still haven’t put any color on my nails. They left almost half of my dry cuticle’s and put on the top coat wrong. They ruined my nails!!! Don’t get intimidated by the fake comments. WORST PLACE EVER DEFINITELY NOT GOING AGAIN!!!

One of the best salons I’ve been to. The staff are well trained, friendly and professionals. They’re very helpful and patient with their customers. They also care about your satisfaction and will not let you leave the salon unhappy. I highly recommend that you try and visit them.

Worst experience ever. I came in with 2 weeks old nail polish that looked better than the ones I walked out with.Lady doing my nails shakes a lot and she messed up all sides. She didnt even put polish on all sides of my nails because she doesnt know how to do the sides and tips.Worst 30 AED i ever spent in my entire life. My grandmother with parkinsons can do better than this!!!!Nail polish layer is so thin, i can see through the color my own nail!!! Took 45 mins to remove polish and put new polish!Most of the reviews you will see are fake by male accounts and this is a female only salon. Their friends probably wrote the good reviews. Such a horrible place NOT RECOMMENDED

Staff here are very friendly and do a good job in each of their relevant specialities. They have certain offers which make their prices reasonable to everyone, particularly for the quality of service. I received a thorough service and will be booking another appointment again soon.

This saloon made me drive for 30 mins to reach them and find out that they have very few gelish colors, every color I choose they tell me that it is “highly demanded so they don’t have it anymore” or “we ran out” or quantity won’t be enough. I chose not less than 10 colors and got the same answer. So I suggested they do french gelish for me since they do not have the colors I want, and that they shouldn’t make me pay extra since they were the ones that accepted the appointment for gelish yet they do not have enough colors for their customers. They refused my suggestion because “their system has the pricing”. So I guess their pricing is more important than their customers satisfaction or inventory management. No wonder the saloon is always empty

I had the worst experience ever. I dont recommend them in Eyebrows Threading. The lady didnt clean my eyebrows well and she left me fixing what she did myself to go to another client. I complained to the reception but they didnt care about customer experience and she just said sorry and took the money. I will never go there again.
