Avoid this place. The staff lacks experience, the service is poor, and the prices are too high. I booked both a manicure and pedicure at the same time, manicure was good but the pedicure was a disaster. It took two hours with just a regular nail polish, the technician had to repaint the color 3 times. She was wearing a VIP master badge, she clearly didn’t know how to do a pedicure, there was no scrub or foot massage. When I complained to the receptionist, I was told she had only been working for two days, which becomes a management problem not training their staff properly.I also booked eyebrow and eyelash tinting, but it was done by a hairdresser. The result was unprofessional, with a crooked line left on my brows.Nails Sunny brand is coming from Moscow and it’s a great place, but here in Dubai it’s just a shame.

This was an absolute nightmare! I went in for a simple eyebrow tint, and it turned into a disaster. The lady doing my eyebrows had NO idea what she was doing. I had to give her constant instructions, and even then, she didn’t seem to understand me at all. The whole process took forever, and to make things worse, I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time before even being seen. The service was horrendous from start to finish.To top it off, after all this chaos, she had the nerve to charge me full price without even offering any kind of compensation or apology. I left feeling completely ripped off and furious. I’m beyond upset and want to warn everyone – DO NOT go to this salon unless you want to waste your time and money. Absolute disaster.

I booked a hair treatment and manicure to be done at the same time. Upon arrival, I was told the master has been sick since morning and couldn’t perform the second service. I’m not sure why I wasn’t notified in the morning so I could reschedule, completely unprofessional. Also, I wasn’t told that styling after the hair treatment, which took 15 mins, was an extra 250 dhs. The receptionist was always missing from the entrance, and I had to wait upon arrival, not acceptable for such an upscale salon. High prices mean high service, which wasn’t received. The master who did my hair did do a good job and was very nice and professional, though.

There are no questions for the master, she gave me a good pedicure! But, if I go for a VIP pedicure, this means that a foot massage and scrub are included in the price! But as it turns out, you have to pay for it separately! In the end, I paid 360 aed for a pedicure! To say that I was shocked is to say nothing! For a lower cost, you can get a much better pedicure and manicure! The salon overprices because the quality is zero! And there are now 50% discounts in July, but no one gave me a discount! The first and last time I was there!!!I was simply horrified by the manicure! The master didn’t know how to work without gel polish, she didn’t understand where to start! First she cut my finger, and after she painted her nails with red polish, I was shocked! Since the artist doesnt know how to wear it, it feels like a little child painted my nails! As a result, another master came to the rescue and repainted my nails! I ended up paying AED 215 for a VIP manicure!I paid 575 dirhams for manicure and pedicure.

I love coming here and seeing Gulsana. Shes a perfectionist with amazing energy and my nails are always the perfect shape when I leave. I won’t go to anyone else in Dubai!

A master with an extensive experience, sense of taste. It was a great pleasure to talk to her during procedure. Very bad quality of eyelashes, overhyped place very bad customer service. Did my eyelashes half of them fell of the next day, had to pay for uber again to come and fix them still they look bad. They didnt even answer for my complaint, also super uncomfortable chair, they did my eyelashes for more than 4 hours and my back hurts till now. Wouldnt recomment to anyone, its not worth your time and value. Misinformation that theyre fast as well.. also wanted to do my brows the prices are weirdly different, she showed me other prices and first time they were different.

I paid 400 aed for basic gel removal and monoton gel red color. And were charged VIPThe nail master took for a simple manicure nearly 3 hours, I don’t understand how that supposed to be VIP?As add on you get extra charged for some nail straightening?The quality is average, I will get the same manicure done for 160 aed in business bay and it will take me 1,5 hours max.There very flying insects in the salon, that vere constantly coming up to my hairs and clothes. Very unfriendly atmosphere.

The place is very beautiful full of positive vibes , ladies are so friendly and professional and the work is so amazing one of the best salon I’ve been to , gulsana and zukhra they are amazing they gave me the best treatment definitely I would like to be back out of 10 it’s 10 💕

Honestly I had the first experience of extensions to be bad my nails broke the next day i was very angry , but i talked with them they gave me Aisha vip technician the best of the best! She did amazing work to fix and very professional and fast and even the lebanese/romanian tecnician lady was very sweet translating everything and helping choose colors, I appreciated her help. And the receptionist was sweet as well charged me again but less for the fixing but it was worth it.

It was the worst eyelash extensions in my life. cheap materials that made my eyes burn. the technician has no taste - she did tasteless extensions. after the procedure, I asked to immediately remove the eyelashes. I will never go there again.

The quality of services (manicure) was okay. BUT,The admin ruined the whole impression. In the beginning she made an appointment with the wrong master, later she booked for a pedicure course I asked,made me wait 1h and then sadenly she said that the appointment was canceled because all the masters were busy (So,don’t make people wait from the begging,if all of them busy) 🤡

I would like to leave a review about the work of administrator Polina. This is a person who absolutely does not understand what is happening in her workplace. During the 3 hours spent in the salon, the masters did all the services perfectly, but at first the administrator simply forgot to bring a drink and I waited for an hour; they brought it only after the masters reminded her. Next, I wanted to add an eyebrow tinting service and asked Polina to find out if the eyebrow artist was available. Polina again forgot to find out about my request and the masters reminded her again. Again, after about 40 minutes, Polina gave an answer. When I finished all the procedures and came to the reception desk to pay, the administrator simply gave me a check from the master in a different name for payment. After I returned from the restroom after paying the full bill, Polina suddenly saw me and said, “Don’t leave.” Later it turned out that I need to pay another 60 dirhams because I paid another persons check :)). I believe that measures should be taken and such a non-client-oriented and forgetful administrator should not work in this salon, since the negative review about the salon was only because of her.Thanks to masters Marina and Zuhra for the perfect manicure and pedicure work.

I have been going to this salon since Moscow for 5 years. And when they opened in Dubai, I was very glad that a good salon and service appeared here. But yesterday, October 17, 2024, I arrived for a manicure, they made an appointment with the master Diana (although after, when they sent me “leave a review,” it turned out that it was Tata, the administrator’s mistake that they did not warn that they had changed the master and did not inform the client about it , although I made an appointment with Diana (a good master)). From the very beginning, this master, Tata or Diana, had no idea what her name was, didn’t introduce herself, and when she got to work, she hurt my finger when she cut the cuticle. Further, when she applied the base for the gel, my nails looked like a rough surface, which I informed the master about, to which she replied that she would fix it with gel, after applying the gel, my nails became different in shape and length, incorrect application technique. Which I also told the master about. She continued to do more. As a result, nails are of different sizes, crooked and a damaged finger.When I went to the reception and said that I didn’t like the work and I wasn’t ready to pay the full amount, the administrator told me that I had to pay the full price for the service, and the fact that I didn’t like it was my problem, and the administrator didn’t even offer to correct the situation, and only said that I had to pay in full for the service or they would call the police. I answered: call me, to which I heard the answer “then you will explain to the police why you don’t want to pay”I answered okay. 10 minutes passed and no one was even going to call the police, the administrator went about her business. I told the administrator that you should redo it for me, to which she replied that all the craftsmen are busy and no one will redo it now. I wasn’t going to wait another hour for them to reach the bell. I finally paid the full amount and was told that the manager would contact me today, but in the end no one wrote.

I went to Nail Sunny in Moscow for several years, but after moving to Dubai I couldn’t find a quality service for more than a year! I was so happy about the opening of Nail Sunny in Dubai. I go here for hair coloring, Russian girls are the best stylists! Perfect manicure and pedicure - in an hour and a half with 4 hands. And the most important thing is the convenient location, it’s 5 minutes from downtown. I recommend the masters - Gayane, Sona, Zukhra and stylist Asma 🔝

I visited Master Zuhra🌷 more than once. I had a manicure, pedicure and eyelash extensions done by her, she is a top specialist. A master of her craft, I only go to her. The work is flawless, I always leave with a smile, very satisfied. Its great that there is such a top master. If anyone needs beauty services, girls 100% go to her and see for yourself. 🌷😘😘😘😘
