I had an amazing experience! The manicure and pedicure were flawless, and the staff was professional and friendly. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the results were beyond my expectations. My nails look perfect! Definitely a five-star service.

I have been coming back to this salon for more than 5 years now because the service is excellent and the salon is clean and well organize. I love how their gel manicure is always nicely done and stays on for very long (Thank you Cathy!) I also only get my pedicure done by Jo as she knows my nails well -- no cuts or wound always. 👍 Go and try them for yourself. 😊

I have been going to Nails Art for almost two years now, and I absolutely love their services. Each member of the team is incredibly kind and flexible. They genuinely put their heart into their work. I highly recommend trying this place—they are professional, efficient, attentive, and offer excellent prices. I regularly get Gelish manicures and pedicures, as well as eye lifts and lamination. They provide a wide range of services to suit all needs!

Ive been coming to this salon for more than 5 years and will continue to come here every month! The salon boss, Mira, is wonderful, professional and sweet. All the staff working are so friendly and helpful. I love that I can get all my beauty treatments done all in one place and that I dont have to visit multiple salons and spending hours in each salon to feel my best!

This place is one of the favorite shop in dubai ad I am coming this saloon more than 5years. the owner is very talented and has good skills I hardly dissatisfactory on the nail arts or eyelash extensions. also her teams are amazing. each members is so kind and polite. they greets all the guest and check the each customers satisfactory. special thanks to Kathy and Joe. if anyone seeking for the place for nature eyelash extension and nail and pedicure service this is the perfect place to visit. The salon is clean and relaxing. The location is convenient for me as it’s near work and home. The ladies are all attentive and exceptional. They always have my nails ready for any occasion.You can try them and thank me later.

They’ve been taking care of my nails for almost 2 yrs now. And they always transform my nails everytime! Clean place, very nice and accommodating staff. No pain!

Lovely salon. Not so lovely building and locationYou can park in the basement if you cant find parking outside. Its paid only 5 bucks an hour. Theres only one elevator that goes from the basement to the 13th floor in this 25floor bldg so going up and down took an added 20min. The ladies at the salon are lovely. Coco and another lady did my lashes. Took 1.5 hr. Will go back for nails .

I got gel extensions and a mani-pedi here exactly 1 month ago. The nails came out very pretty and are of good quality, however I came with a friend and we booked prior to coming yet I had to wait a good 30 minutes and my friend had to wait for almost an hour to get her nails done. The ladies doing my nails were very nice and precise but an additional 50AED for simple nail art on EACH nail is a bit much. My whole stay here to get my nails done was 3 hour. I would recommend coming here if time is not a big issue for you. The quality of the nails were lovely. Been a month and my nails are still perfectly in place despite running them under water a lot and bumping into things.

I went to this salon expecting a good service as I read good reviews. I was totally disappointed. First of all, I asked for the price for gelish mani and pedi and I sent the design I wanted to do. As I wanted some nail designs and they are called Nails Art, I thought I was in the perfect place. Unfortunately, after they started with my manicure, they told me that the price for nail art is extra. And I found very expensive to pay 10aed for each line to be drawn on my nails! I then just agreed to having a plain colour, included in the price. Then, they also told me there was extra 30aed to remove the nail polish I had on my toe nails. I was there already and they had started the pedicure, so I had no choice but to agree. For 2 hrs while I was at the salon, no one offered me even a glass of water. I am used to a good customer service in salons in Dubai, but this one was not up to the standards I’m used to. The staff was speaking to one another in their language in front of me when I was paying -probably wondering if I was going to leave any tips. But they didn’t deserve any, and I consider that behaviour very disrespectful. If you want tips, offer a good customer service... earn it! I don’t recommend this place. Even my cuticles look horrible after the manicure, I think they didn’t apply any cuticle oil. No moisturiser was applied on my feet.

The 3 ladies that worked on my hands and feet were lovely and they did a good job, had my gel manicure and pedicure in one hour and all of them were very precise and took their time to do a wonderful job. I unfortunately didn’t take their names. Will definitely come again and I recommend it ! Note: art on the nails have extra price out of the basic mani pedi classic gel.

Ive been going here regularly for mani pedi. Cathy, Bina, Asa & Jhoe are so friendly and they do very good & neat mani pedi. Highly recommended!

Got my nails done one more time and I absolutely love the service. They are sometimes very busy so you need to wait a bit but its worth the wait :)Zenita, Shoba and the lovely owner are very good at their job

I do lash lifting in this salon for over a year now and always the results are good, lasting long, great quality for price. Ladies are lovely and paying a lot of attention to you, usually they do my nails and lashes at the same time. They helped me a lot at my first times because I was stressed before doing lashes.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE X100000I first gave 1 star right after I left the salon cause of the attitude and techniquesNow, 7 days after BOTH of my big toenails are broken HALFWAY, because of the insane filing they did on my nails when removing the old gel polish and to prepare for the new oneMy hand nails are also very light and lost their thickness to a point I think I need to cut them as much as possible or theyll break halfway painfully same as what happened with my toes.Do NOT go there for any reasonI cannot express how bad this experience has been, I really regret not leaving 5 minutes after they started cause it didnt seem rightRun from this place, just run..

I had manicure with them 2 times. 3-4 days after manicure the parts of the nail polish is gone. The products they use are of a low quality, I dont recommend. You stay in the chair for 3/4 hours for nothing. Dont go there, find the place where manicure is not destroyed in 3 days.Also I tried use Groupon and they didnt allow me saying the you just can use 2 times and the police is completely different at the site.

Been going to Nail Art Studio for 4 years now. Everytime, they are brilliant and thorough. They take their time to ensure that you get the best service. I love the owners and the staff. Nice nails but the service and organization was terrible. we were 3 friends, Our appointment was at 2pm, only one person was able to go at 2:20, the second at 2:30 and the last at 2:40 (40 minutes late!) we then only had one person do our feet and once the pedicure was done we had the manicure so a total of 2 hours for something that could have taken 1. We were not the only ones complaining of this disorganization, we will not be coming back. too many people not enough staff.

Absolutely amazing service!!! I loved them. They will definitely be my go to place from now on. Extremely clean and health conacious, no double dipping on the wax rods, full COVID precautions taken and sanitisation following each step. Their nail art is phenomenal, their attention to detail is meticulous and they are so friendly and accomodating. I havent tried their lash extensions but I saw at least 4 very staisfied ladies who were getting hem done there. Ask for Sara....she is absolutely the best for hair and 💅

I have booked one day prior my appointment for lash lifting. Came in today for my appointment at 5pm sharply, to know that they had cancelled my appointment since I haven’t replied to their morning confirmation call. Although i booked yesterday and confirmed my appointment. I had to drive 35 mins to come to my appointment and really live far from the salon and cant reschedule it. I have to wait for at least 1 more hour to get the service!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I have been in Dubai for over 6 months now and I have had the gelish manicure and pedicure in over 10 salons. So far, this is the best. The Korean technicians are very professional and I had the best nail art work done.I also did the eyelash extension and it looks very natural. They are softer that my previous ones and you can tell all have been done individually.I would definitely recommend them!

Lovely place with really friendly staff, I got the gel extensions and pedi and all holding up well. The owner is so sweet and you can see she is lovely to all the ladies at the salon. The place is so clean one of the cleanest in Dubai for sure. Definitely I will be back.

Had a gel mani and pedi, it was great start to finish, their prices are very reasonable and the massage chair is amazing.. dont know why it got so much negative reviews as i was hesitant to go but said i will try it anyway and im glad i did! Worst experience ever. I had Groupon offer but they want to take double the money. The manager was so mean and she didn’t even try to help. I left without doing anything. The one good thing is that one of staff was trying to help me but the manager didn’t allow her

I would put zero stars if I could. Booked through Groupon and my appointment wasn’t recognized in their system. The whole experience, the technicians were speaking in their dialect to one another, thus not a relaxing experience. Also there wasn’t any massage on my legs or arms - literally nothing. When I spoke to the manager stating it was my first experience, and would they be able to accommodate a short rub, she simply said “no” and walked away. Not coming again.

0 stars ! Booked online through the booking link as requested on groupon . Arrived to be told there was no appointment ! Despite me showing the booking confirmation on the app . Very unhelpful and unprofessional! Do not purchase voucher for here as you will not be accommodated. Plenty of other nail salons in Dubai !

DO NOT GO THERE!I would give a ZERO if I can. I did my mani and pedi yesterday and my experience was hilarious. They are so slow, they will leave you to reply on the phone although the owner is sitting doing nothing. It’s such a really bad experience and I didn’t like it all. So I advises you save your money for something better. There are plenty of nail shops here in Dubai.

This salon is very understaffed- Instead of getting my mani and padi finished in one hour it gets finished in two hours instead even though I call them and specifically tell them im on a tight schedule- they simply dont care! Very disappointing. Avoid this salon if you value your time! I would rather pay 50 dirhams extra for another salon and not waste another hour of my day there. IF you care about your reputation- listen to what your customers are saying rather than acting dumb about it.

I wasn’t allowed to use my 2nd (and last) Groupon voucher because apparently I had already completed 2 visits. Despite of showing them screenshots of the redeemed voucher vs pending they kept insisting that I had visited twice already and gotten nail ombré done (which I have NEVER done!)To top it off, their data was a hand written book which was a complete MESS.

Got a gelish mani pedi done here and the service was excellent. However I had to wait for an 1.5 hour post my appointment to get attended to because they were busy. My only grouse is that if they know appointments are going to be delayed they should inform customers in advance to avoid wasting their time. Also, parking is a nightmare in the area so best to cab/walk to the salon.

Had a gel mani/pedi here and went on a Sunday. They were very quick and efficient for Dubai. In and out on about 80mins. The girls were very professional and thorough and did a good job. One star lost because you have to pay for gel removal from previous region

I had my nails and eyebrows done here 4 days ago - my nails were beautifully done but the threading was soooo painful. Now I have those pimples/small bumpsall over the top of my eyebrow and my chin. They look Im slightly. Dont get your eyebrows done here!

Worst nails saloon not in terms of professionalism but n terms of treatments and loyalty, I have been 3 times there and everytime I was using the Groupon voucher and they have never mentioned that I can use it only twice and the third time they have accepted already without any problem, I wanted to go again so I have bought a voucher again and when I called to make a booking they said I cannot use it anymore but NOTHING is mentioned in the offer!!!!!!How silly is that and the staff are very rude and aggressive not even tried to be apologetic instead they were shouting at me like its my fault. They dont care about customer loyalty and instead only care to cheat people and rippe them off!!!!!Please dont use this saloon because there are lots of other saloons with cheaper prices, great services and more polite and friendly staff!!!!!EXTREMELY POOR, please don’t use it. It doesn’t worth the non respected treatment and the rude behaviours

I had a great mani and pedi from Binita and Jhoe. The place was clean and proper, a wide selection of colors for gelish and regular nail polishes. The only issue for this building was the lift. took ages to go back and forth. but overall I am very pleased with their service.

Trust me on this and do NOT go there. They have the worst customer experience and service I have EVER seen. The owner of the place is very VERY rude and disrespectful, they will leave you waiting and take about 2 and a half hours for a mani pedi. They prioritize people who walk in, even if you have been waiting for a while. They don’t care for customers, they are very unprofessional. Waste of money and time.

I have done acrylic nails extensions that broke in less than week and it took them more than 3 hours with no big diversity of classic colors, as well as done the pedicure there and it was the worst i had ever had because they didnt bother to remove the dead skin even.

I had a gelish mani pedi here with nail art. Sadly my nails are ruined and so weak and flakey that they are breaking off after having the polish removed.

I had a great time! There were 4 of them on me for a manicure (gel) pedicure.I was able to benefit from the price displayed on Groupon (I arrived as a surprise 😲).I was also able to benefit from threading hair removal services! the lines are impeccable, I have never had such a performance in France, she is gifted!I recommend this salon! The prices are really more than fair.By the way, the salon is located in the building on the 13th floor!
