First time trying pedicure at this salon, I really love the results. The nail lady was fast but thorough, helped me with choosing color as well. Usually my skin gets rough very fast but after this visit it has been staying as good as new for a long time. Definitely going to book my next appointment there!

I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone I know. There’s staff are exceptionally trained and so accommodating, the surrounding is clean and comfortable and their nail designs are amazing. It’s my 3rd time going and they have been consistent all three visits. The price is a little bit on the norm-higher end of the scale but definitely worth it.

Beautiful salon with great friendly service. Communication was all on WhatsApp which is so quick and efficient, but you can also book online. All new decor, furniture and chairs which are really comfortable. One of the best manicures and pedicures I’ve had, done by Aiana. They don’t wet file your feet but use a drill which is so much better for your skin. Top of the range so you pay a bit more but it’s worth it. I’ll definitely be back.

Fire Kira! This salon was recommended by my husbands Russian secretary. They let Kira, a beginner, do my nails. Three months later, I got a call for feedback, which was today, and I completely forgot about the experience. Like, girl, you just refreshed my memory, but that wasn’t in your favor. Later, I discovered she’s a beginner on their Instagram highlights, where they show their technicians work, yet she only has one client featured. How disappointing!Ps: Don’t call me again on my private number telling me about your new salon location .it’s illegal!

I liked this salon: high quality services, good materials, sterilization according to all necessary standards (which’s very important to me).Also nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I will definitely come back here.There is only one problem - they dont have an advertising sign yet, so its not easy to find them.

Horrible booking services. Till you start booking them, they act like you are the most valuable client, but the moment you become a regular, they treat become super arrogant.They change availabilities in 2 seconds just because they want you to fit their schedule. Telling me 6:30 is available, knowing what I book very well, I take special permission from my work to go there and boom in 2 seconds she changes the timing. One of the most expensive salon with a super cheap service level.

Lovely service:- Zhanara did beautiful nails, almond shape and pink colour . She was so attentive and polite- Really fast and efficient, 1h30 for refill and gel, even though I came in with badly maintained nails- Apu/other colleagues were so friendly- Served complimentary coffee and iced tea were delicious!

I had previously been going to Nail lab since they first opened years ago. So when the Premium location opened I wasn’t interested and wanted to continue at their original branch. But I finally tried the premium location and loved it, beautiful salon and great service as always. I usually go with Shirin and she’s always amazing, I recently had Madina and very happy with everything. Highly recommended x

I was very reluctant to post this review but here goes.My overall experience with them was not bad. The nail tech who did my manicure was very good and had great attention to detail and did a very good job.I had specially requested a normal Gel manicure with a lot of details design. Unfortunately my manicure developed a lot of very obvious bubbles and since my polish was sheer, you could see all of them. I never messaged them about this, even though I knew they promote a 10 day ‘warranty’ that if anything were to go wrong they would see if they could help.Fast forward a few days and they followed up with me to see how everything was going which is when I brought up the bubbles and so they offered to book me a warranty appointment. Over WhatsApp we had discussed potentially changing the manicure as the lady I was speaking to confirmed that this happened due to the nature of the design I had and that if we repeated the same design, the same issue would happen so we agreed to change it to something less complicated.When I arrived for the other appointment with the same nail tech, she was totally unaware of why I was there. I explained and so she went and got someone from the front desk. While they were very nice about it, the other lady was quite curt and said, we never take responsibility for such issues to which I told her I was told over WhatsApp to come in to fix this. She said we’ll honor it this time but moving forward.Anyway, moving on from there it felt like I had pissed them off. The nail tech did a very half hearted job, she left massive gaps in the polish between my nails and cuticles and the curves of my nails were practically sheer from how little she bothered to cover the sides of the polish.Still, all ok. I didn’t say anything. I just wanted to get this done and over with.Fast forward a couple of weeks when I went to my usual salon to get this manicure removed. They asked me what the polish was and I told them gelish (as I had requested and made very very clear that I wanted regular gel) They proceeded to remove the polish with the usual removing gel type thing they have. The top magnetic polish came off very easily and that’s where it took a turn. The nail tech asked me what else they had placed in my nails, I said nothing I’m aware of other than regular gel as that’s what I had specially asked for.I have no idea what they put as a base coat but whatever they put, would. Not. Come. Off!! They tried everything. Every solution they had but nothing would work and so had to result in filing it off!! They were very gentle and tried very carefully to get off as much of it as possible but of course with sheer polish directly on your nails, there’s only so much they can do. They tried their best to save my nails but of course my nails are absolutely destroyed. They’re chipping and PEELING away from themselves. They’re bumpy and destroyed because of whatever base coat they put that had to be filed off.It’s been I don’t even know how long and I still have chunks of that stupid base coat stuck on my nails with parts of my nails peeling, I’ve had to cut all my nails down (I have very healthy, hard, strong, long nails) as they kept breaking and have grooves and ridges all in my nails now and have to wait till this grows out to get them healthy again.Where their designs etc are brilliant, these experiences with them have totally put me off. The fact that they’ve purposely put something on my nails and not listened to what I had asked for, and not told me either and as a result have completely ruined my natural nails, I would never go back and would advise anyone using their services to be very careful as well.It’s sad as I paid so much money for this manicure only to be left with a different manicure as the first one got ruined and in the end totally wrecked nails. Very sad. Be careful girls. Not sure if this is a money making scheme to get people to keep coming back and getting their nails done and getting treatments to fix things, or a genuine error. But either way, it’s not nice

Pleasantly surprised! I saw an ad on IG and needed a manicure before I left to Saudi so I thought why not try the Japanese manicure they were advertising and have to say it was totally worth the 250aed. They do a normal manicure and I told her not to cut my cuticles as they have been over cut in the past and then they apply the Japanese treatment which mainly puffs your nails and makes them shine. So no need to apply any color or any nail shine. Looks awesome 🤩

I moved to Dubai from America a few months ago and have desperately been trying to find a nail salon.. after visiting a few I can honestly say this one is 10/10. The receptionist is incredibly friendly and informative, my technician (Aisulu) was phenomenal and the place is immaculate. I read nearly every review before coming here and I’m a little surprised that there were any less than 5 star. The attention to detail during the manicure and hospitality with the iced tea and chocolates upon arrival would put this place at a 6 star. The shape is exactly what I wanted, the polish is even and not thick or bumpy, my nails are quite literally perfect. The bonus was that despite a manicure, rubber base, gel polish and fixing one nail, I was in and out in a little over an hour. (The last 4 months, at other salons, my average time was 2 hours and 15 minutes) needless to say I highly recommend.

It is always a wonderful experience at Nails Lab. The technicians here are highly professional, skilled, and extremely careful. I always receive compliments on my nails.However, I must mention that there is a language barrier as the staff doesnt understand English very well this sometimes make it difficult to explain exactly what I expect. Thankfully, Aiturgan is well-versed in English and consistently does an excellent job understanding my preferences.On the downside, parking at this salon is quite challenging. I usually arrive 30 minutes prior to my appointment and still struggle to find parking.Overall I am thrilled to have found this place, it has become my go-to salon for my nails and I highly recommend it.

I really like this salon, have been coming back for the past couple of months - professional and friendly staff, great service, and very hygienic premises. Ekaterina is a wonderful podiatrist and Zarina is fab with manicure.Parking can be a bit of an issue on weekdays, but it’s definitely worth the hassle.

Great service, competent and knowledgeable techs, though the prices are on the higher end. But in all honesty, you get what you pay for.20+ bookings over the past 14 months ( the old and new branch) and I have not had any bad experiences with them so far, other than a couple of accidental cancellations.Highly recommend you give them a try 👍

The nail technician was sick and coughing during 2 h session. I a big red flag for salon to send sick personnel considering the fact that customer and technician has close contact. People can have weak immune system and get virus easily. That’s what I’m afraid of now to get Covid or smth.

My go to salon, very nice and welcoming stuff making sure that the final result satisfies your needs. They will always ask about your preferred shape, design and will always share their professional opinion if they think that modifications are required to make it look even better.

My bad experience is related to the charges that are not according to what they advertise on their official webpage in the price list. After the service my nail length was 2.2cm and I was charged for extra-long nails, when it is clearly written by them that it applies for nail lengths of over 3cm. Their argument is that the website information is not correct and will be updated, however almost 1 month later it’s still the same. So based on this, how does a client know what they’ll be charged for and how much if the business doesn’t have anywhere the new pricing and description of service. Until now the reply was “manager said so” 😂 and still no actual measurements for what they consider short/medium/long/extra long in mm (they claim it’s based on a paper that it’s used for nail extensions, just to make it more confusing).Edit: In the manager’s reply it says that the correct information was given to me before the appointment, in regards to the extra charge but actually it wasn’t. My nails were always the same style and length and I wasn’t charged extra before, for the exact same request. I believe my review and the score is fitting the situation and how it was handled. In a month there’s plenty of time to update the price list accordingly and it’s not an exaggeration when I say it took a month or more.

I’m giving it 3 stars because I’ve been going to nails lab for the past 3 years and I didn’t have a single complain or problem everything was so perfect. That’s why I won’t just forget that. But since the new saloon opened, I’m not getting the same quality anymore and I’ve been there 3 times now with the same technicians but the quality of work is not the same. My nails would break in few days after my manicure and pedicure, the polish would peak and this NEVER happened in the old branch. I don’t know what could be the problem but I even sent them a message and they told me I’ll be contacted by the manager and they didn’t contact me. I’m not gonna go there anymore since I am their customer from ras al khaimah, so to drive almost 2+ hours to get such quality and no follow up is a big no for me. Thank you for the great 3 years but you gotta check what is going wrong in the new saloon, is it the quality of the products or what.But my pretty ladies nika and gulya has been with me for the past 3 years so I don’t think I can blame their work. There is something else related to quality control. Plus the admin work is not as before too. It gets 1/5 starts for me due to the wrong booking that keeps happening in the new saloon.This is a constructive review, and i hope you look into what I’m saying so you can be the old nails lab again.Thank you.
