The services are awesome. I would recommend getting your Nails & hairstyle done by Nailstation Salon Staff, as they have the highest experience among the entire staff, consistent services every time and the prices are also reasonable. Salon is very neat and clean. They give the highest importance to maintaining hygiene standards.

OBSESSED! Best salon, a one stop shop for all I need (nails; mani pedi; waxing; hair) with fantastic service. The standard of *impeccable* cleanliness really makes it stand apart (and is super important to me), the wide array of stunning and unique colors means there’s something for every season and every occasion. And my nails LAST! The staff is super friendly and professional. I just love this place. When I lived abroad, Nailstation was my first and last stop on every trip to Dubai. I am so happy to be living back in Dubai and have it be a part of my routine, whenever needed. They’re really wonderful and I can’t recommend them enough.

Well, there something which you do while in relationship. I took my girlfriend over there as she needed manicure. I had booked the appointment after contacting Jack and the staff performed a great job.My girlfriend was happy with the treatment and the visit was value for money !Now she always go there and visit the place.They have a superb collection of gel polish as wellKeep it up Nailstation Team !

I’m feeling like a woman again thanks to lovely mani and pedi masters of Nailstation. With a smile and gentle touches they made my nails looking soo good! Amazing experience! 10/10!

The best nail salon in Dubai so far!The ladies are very friendly, welcoming you with a smile, and even addressing their clients by name! There is a huge variety of colors, the place is clean and neat. They are very professional and doing amazing job. Recently I’ve done classic French, and they’ve done such an amazing job!Haven’t tried massage yet, but every time I go to do my mani & padi, I get to enjoy free massage 🥰 which made me making booking for one (:Thank you ladies for your great and wonderful hospitality and effort you are putting for your clients. Worst French I ever done in my 6 years nail salon experience. The length and width are different each finger. If you don’t t have professional one to do French just reclined customer! Even they did offer redo it afterwards but it wasted my time…

Too expensive for what it is. Do not recommand at all.First, The pedicure and manicure package does not include the gel removal. When I asked why is that, they said its on the system. Mmm ?? So that is a 100 aed mistake on the system? I don’t understand.So ok the clients are paying that much to get the nail lamp machine on their lap ? The seat is not comfortable, nothing for the head stand, the hand stand does not exist. So during 1h30 min of manicure my right hand was on the armset and then on my lap with the machine. The mani on the left hand was done in the air. UNCOMFORTABLE.Same thing with my feet except it was on the lady lap.The 2 stars are for the 2 adorable girls who were doing their job.

Shey is the absolute best! She is so knowledgeable about massages it’s unbelievable - what a wonderful soul she it. Delia is the absolute best for pedicure. I would only go her! Most experienced one.

Unfortunately it was not a good experience. The service was very kind and attentive, but lacked perfectionism and technique in the service performed. Unfortunately, because the service was so expensive.

Rinu has done my threading and waxing for years now. She is always perfect at it - highly recommended to all my friends too. The location is always clean and a very welcoming team too.

I’m usually a big fan of nail station but today I was very unhappy with the service. Electricity cut out in the mall and no one called me to inform me that my appointment is cancelled. I went all the way to learn that they can’t do my service and when I expressed that I was disappointed that they didn’t call me, they made excuses up instead of saying they forgot.

Rinu does my eyebrows and waxing and she is great! I trust her implicitly and travel 45 mins for my appt as I don’t want to go anywhere else. I highly recommend her.

I have been a huge fan of the brand for years! I have been buying their products for the past 6-7 years (minimum, I feel like i’ve been using them all of my life), and love the salon! The girls were extremely nice and caring, always checking if everything was good with my service. Even when I pass by just to purchase, it’s always a pleasure to deal with them. My mani-pedi looks fantastic and I definitely recommend to go there! Could not be happier :)

I have been going to Nailstation since they first opened their doors over 15 years ago and I honestly would not go anywhere else for all beauty services, including nails and waxing. They, hands down, have the best service in Dubai, a regular manicure lasts a full week. They also have the best polishes, great quality and color variety, I wouldn’t use any other kind!

I’ve been coming here for years. The best beauty salon in dubai…. Everyone is so friendly professional and so talented. I love doing my eyebrows with rinu she is my eyebrow faery godmother no one makes them look as full and beautiful as her. I also love waxing with her - painless and quick! I also love their non toxic gel polish unlike gellish opi which weakens the nails their polish makes them longer and stronger. Highly recommend this beautiful friendly place 💫🌹

Very overpriced for a mani pedi! 235 dhs and if you want the disposable slippers you need to pay extra as well ! All other salons in Dubai offer you complimentary hot drinks , this is not available in this salon . Overall the service was not even good , would never recommend this salon ever

I haven’t gotten my nails done here but an accident happened with my daughter and honestly the nail technicians were super helpful and friendly. I can’t thank them enough. Specifically one, I can’t remember her name but I am sure she will remember if she is reading. So, thank you! 😊

Just FYI operating hours are 10-10am. Despite what is shown on Google review. I went at 9.30am and it was closed.I had really bad cracked heels and they managed to get rid of it with the Magic Feet solution they have.

Being honest i loved the staff they we’re really friendly, BUT IT IS TOO EXPENSIVE 135 DHS ONLY POLISH CHANGE!!! and it was not even perfect. I’m doing full mani and pedi in other salon with only 108 DHS! I guess this is the main reason of closing the other 7 branches..

Worst pedicure i have ever experienced. Worst service with attitude in jumeirah town center branch . I asked for a simple gelish pedicure and they were acting like im asking for something so complicated and they could not do a simple polish application . And kept trying to tell me its fine and it looks good . I dont know whos supposed to be satisfied here ? The customer or the staff. It was either a Wavy application or all over my skin . It was so hard to make them understand what am i trying to say or what it is i want . So disappointed. Horrible service . And no one gives a damn about your issue in there .

I have been coming here since 10 years, but had stopped since a while, the service has always been good, recently the salon has updated the manicure chairs, I personally prefer the old fashioned ones, service and technician is good, but was surprised that when I asked for water I was told that I need to pay 5 Dhs for a bottle of water!? So get your own water or drink with u if u are planing to have one. Other than that, it is recommended for mani/pedi

I had a wonderful experience at Nailstation Paris. The staff was very friendly and efficient and the quality of my manicure very good. I can definitely recommend this place.

Bad service. I was greeted by a grumpy nail technician who was shouting in Tagalog when she couldn’t find another nail polish (same shade as the one i was applying on my hands). She didn’t remove my red nail polish properly, she put the top coat whilst there is red in all the corners of my toes. When I confronted her, she said “well it wouldn’t be seen when I apply the new shade of color”Come on… I’m paying AED 130 for polish change to get such a service? I ended up not doing my toes.

No one can get my eyebrows the way I like them other than renu!! She is the best, me and my sister only go to her. Highly recommend

I had a good experience with the lady doing my nail but after only few days (5 days) my nails are broken. Usually my nails stay in good condition for at least 2 weeks. I had my nails done there previously. Im really disappointed.

I did Amazon keratin at the salon, they used extra heat and damaged my hair totally, it falls all day and looks awful…I was supposed to do Brazilian blowout according to a coupon I bought from groupon but they told me amazon is better and took extra money for it but the results are the worst… not recommended at all

My sister and I have been coming here for years now to rinu since we were 10. She does my eyebrows the best.

Worst place everMy manicure took 15 minsShe asked to cut my nails and I said file only and she cut them anyways!Then I got charged for mani and pedi 230!!! Without any treatments.. Thats waaay over priced and bad service!!

Purchased a groupon voucher at AED 179 for hair keratine and while their they said Groupon is not valid and starting price is AED 1000!

35 minutes just to apply a polish color without filing or puffing the nail! + prices are high, paid 65AED just for color without touching the nail.

I asked for foot massage they said we don’t have technician while they were inside sleeping!the owner does not know what is going on in her salon the girls who work there reject the clients the owner is never present why have a project if we do not take care of it !

I recently went, paid for refill bail extension after I left I took a closer look to find that my nails were not even , had bubbles, the sides did not have gel and on the sides of the nail the I went back for them to fix it and the same technician worked on my nail again and I left that day exhausted and drained and it was dark outside, next day my nails looked horrible had chipped and peeled off and when I contacted the owner they offered me to come in for a third time to do it again for free ! I had already paid for a service that I hadn’t gotten and on top of that they made excuses by saying that it’s because I had done the gel elsewhere previously, never have I had any problems with a refill previously regardless of where I had gotten it done prior to my refill .. I’ll definitely post a picture cause I have it

Nailstation nail polishes are of very good quality, much better than other major brands. The product remains fluid in the bottle, spreads very easily and dries very quickly. The colors are magnificent. I highly recommend!

I discovered the nail polish brand Nailsatation in an institute in Paris and since then, I swear by this brand! Its the only one (and Ive tried everything) that really lasts almost 3 weeks and the color remains intact. So I visited their institute in Dubai and, as I thought, I was not disappointed! I share my experience, after discovering the NAILSTATION brand in my hair salon, I swear by it! the colors are sublime and the quality incredible... the varnish shines and lasts!! (which is rare). I alternate between semi-permanent and classic application, my nails are intact and strengthened! Ladies, the proof in pictures after 4 days of application: the varnish is intact! I recommend ++++ and thank you to NAILSTATION for enhancing my hands!!

I have a horrible experience the person at the reception was arrogant plus she spoke French I did my nails I only asked to change color they asked me if I remove my extensions to redo them my nails are so bad was filed down I have waves my varnish was badly applied I will not go back absolutely to avoid moreover we tell her that we are not satisfied she shouts at us the worst service in Dubai!We will never allow ourselves to criticize the French or others, we are French, born in France and grew up in France, we were happy to find a French beauty salon where the service was the most unpleasant! We had a problem, we tried to find a solution, your colleague who speaks French yelled at us and we told him that we were shocked and that we wouldnt come back!We have never had problems in the Emirates or in another country sorry too easy to lie!We are very pleasant and cheerful and we never criticized anyone in the salon but only the two who took care of us!Sad to see your answers instead of finding a solution…Living room to avoid!
