Extremely poor management and customer service while booking and confirming. Who ever is managing the what’s app is disappointing & unprofessional . ( Not Recommended ) and late to the appointment destination.

In terms of appointment management and timing it was a great experience but this rating is just for the lady who did my manicure she took 2 hours exactly to finish to have a very bad manicure that i had to redo after 3 days, she literally broke all my nails while filing them & the polish application was horrible, i couldn’t stand my hand. And the gelish polish chipped the next day!!! The girl who did my pedicure was pretty good, fast and gentle.

I tried Moroccan bath, home service. First time in my life I see that this service can be done at home and properly. The lady was nice and friendly. Definitely this salon knows how to do the service. Special thanks to Halima and Oksana for excellent service.

A style and cut by Nailtastic is a wonderful experience, Nailtastic Saloon is awesome. I endured my trust in them and always received complements on how I look.Thank you so much for the wonderful work you do! I love my hair cut and color. And best of all, I know I can always depend on walking out of your salon feeling and looking my best Be it in nails or hair .Amazing services .

THE best home service nail salon in the whole uaeeee.. very clean neat and hygienic tools and products, amazing wide range collection of nail colors, respectful and lovely kind staff, very skilled and talented hairstylists and nail artists, they offer a lot including threading, waxing, nails, hair and massages and they give 100% at everything they do they exceed your beyond expectations... Big thank you for the extremely pleasing service :)))) i was very happy with the results of everything!!

Anju is the worst staff in this company! She doesn’t know how to handle customer, purely after payment and no customer service skills. I have no words to describe how she bugged me non-stop. Unbelievable! Wouldn’t recommend booking with this company if this person is still there.

Very bad receptionist very rude on the phone, the girls who work there know that I always do for two people and a facial but this lady booked for kne and is so rude yelling at the phone.
