A very nice experience, this one is my go to place for all beauty services. Very hygienic, dedicated staff and great services.The owner of the salon is very warm and sweet, always welcoming and takes customer reviews and feedback very seriously. The packages and prices are also worth for the services. I really loved the haircut done by Rekha.Also this kids friendly, she did my daughter’s haircut too very patiently.

Excellent service! The staff Rosa at this salon is true professionals & very accommodating. She listened to my preferences and executed perfectly. My hair treatment turned out amazing, and I left feeling more confident and refreshed. All staff are great and professional. They take time to make great service and ensure perfection. I commend Arooj for great styling on my hair. She made sure my hair is not damaged and the color is beyond my expectations. I also enjoyed their promotions and discounts.

Having experienced this salon recently, is one I will visit often. The staff are friendly and makes you feel welcome. I do recommend the services I have explored as of yet, mani, pedi and foot massage and I would recommend Rose. In terms of prices, there are coupons that makes the services affordable. The only drawback I personally find is that nail color is not included in the pani/pedi services. Do give the place a try for a satisfying experience!

Rida-I had visited the saloon today experienced a wonderful service from this lady with waxing pedicure was so overwhelmed with the service and care given by her she does a wonderful job.Arooj- I have been doing my haircut with arooj- since a very long time and trust me she is just too good with the skills ..the layers that she does is commendable and I would suggest to have a hair cut with her.Do visit this saloon and get your services with the ladies they ll serve u best

Rida was assigned to me today for the services I took. I was using the coupon n was pleasantly surprised with her very lean and honest work style and ethics. She is very observant and ensured I felt comfortable..has great technique with her facial skills and knows to fluctuate and adjust pressure and speed by mere observation..I could do my best to appreciate her and willing to try more services.

Excellent service provided by Anuradha (Anu), Geet and Rida. Anu did my facial and it was amazing and I can see the glow in my face, massage provided with facial was very calming which she did for nearly 30 minutes. Pedi and mani done by Rida and geet was great and it was done as per my requirements. Overall it’s a very good experience. I highly recommend this saloon and they have lots of offers too.

Visited this salon for facial pedicure hair spa.My attendant anuradha was really very polite n friendly.She provided with very good service .the facial done by her was really very very nice.felt very refreshing.softer hands and massaging the pressure points really done well.

I am a regular at this salon and am always greeted with warm smiles from the incredibly friendly staff. The owner herself is so welcoming and passionate about her salon. She never charges extra and many a times gives suggestions on how to make use of the coupons more effectively. The products they use are skin friendly and have never caused me any issue.Coming to the staff, Rose has always been very sweet and my mani-pedis done by her and Charmie have always been excellent. Yesterday, I treated myself to a fruit facial which was done by Geet . It was incredibly relaxing and left my skin fresh as she patiently removed all the blackheads.Arooj did a super job with the hair colour and threading and she is always so patient and particular. Previously, Geeta had given me a beautiful haircut, just the way I had wanted and then there is Rida who is always smiling and eager to please . I have never seen any of the staff behave badly with anyone. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch beauty services delivered by a friendly and professional team.

Pathetic service .They sold me for 6 services .At time of selling there saleswoman said u can have any hair cut .at that time I have talked to owner she said yes u can have long layers or any hair cut u want.But whn I went they said u can only have u shape cutting or trimming if u want to use this voucher.N there owner was not picking call .Whn they were selling owner picked call at once .But today I tried multiple times .She didnt picked .One more condition v can use only 1 voucher per visit .Which she didnt explain me at time of sale.Many parlours offering these type of voucher .No one says that one service per day .I always have hair cuts by buying thses types of vouchers.

Miss Geet she was really sweet and gem lady, well experience and did her job wel, ad taken up body massage and also facial she did it very well over all I gave 5 star for them will surely visit agin next year insha Allah since have come from Saudi Arabia , I would highly recommend miss Geet , she just made me relaxed best service n best saloon .Last year also I visited this saloon was much satisfied . I wanted to give more than 5 stars 🌟 but i have no other options. Super Satisfied work by Geetha..I got my protein treatment done here. Since i have a long and frizzy hair i was quite worried about the output. But my hair stylist Geetha who has a lot of patience she made my hair like buttery smooth silk texture. I love the way they treat customers.It took 6 hours to get finish this process it was about 2 AM when i leave the salon. they proved that they are true professionals.Last but not least the Salon owner she is a down to earth personality she volunteerly came to the customers and doing the services when needed.I appreciate your Team Work and Kudos to your employees. I went to this salon depending on reviews and Ive chosen the lady which her name is mentioned in most of reviews that she is the best, I had the worst experience, I spent 3 hours to make acrylic refill, first the lady didnt know how to make refill and she wanted to remove everything and make new set!!Another lady explained for her what I need, I was worried but she said that her English is not good thats why she didnt understand, then she started to remove the color with filling only and my skin was scratched alot, by the end I had enough and when she finished refilling after 3 hour and half, I just left without continuing my service because I got tired and couldnt continue, even the AC is not good I had to tell them all the time to turn on!Its already hot outside I dont know how the turn off and there is clients in salon.At the end dont believe all reviews!

Today I went to get my hair colour it was an amazing experience Urooj helped and did my hair she is soo good and friendly and eas giving really good suggestions for my hair. Went second time there. Best salon with great customer care and service. Went there for my hair protein treatment. Rosa and urooj did amazing job. Salons owner herself helped the girls in the process. Rida is such a sweetheart. She made sure to help rosa and urooj all the time to ensure great results. I went there around 6.30pm. Took more than 4 hours for my hair. Salon closing time is 10pm but they closed late because of me. They didnt mess up the process time and quality and ensure i get the best results. Highly recommended.. its like a family to me now!

I had a very very bad experience of hair cut. I told one indian girl to trim my waist length hair and she made it shoulder cut. Moreover when i took her to manager she made lame excuses that u said u shape also so i got confused although she asked me about length before starting hair cut. They are extremely un professional.

It was my first time visiting Najmat Al Hiba Saloon and I am really happy with the Botox treatment done.At first I was skeptical as all the other Parlour nearby were charging twice the amount I paid here. The other parlours would charge more saying their product is of superior quality but always I end up having issues with the treatments done but here I was offered a reasonable price for one of the best products available in the market.Shami and Rose understood exactly what I was looking for and they did a great job.All staffs are so professional, polite and very attentive. Definitely recommend this Palour for Kertain and Botox treatments. 👍👍

Dont accept any package offers they come and sell at your home . Theyre such a big scam . I Bought that package by asking them atleast 4-5 times if i can use it on eid she said yes and also in their terms and conditions its written its valid for 1 entire year so we bought it . Later on when we went to the parlour they are saying its not valid for eid . Its not just me my neighbours and friends got scammed too . cheaters!! and their service isnt good at all.

I had a very bad experience when I booked myself for party makeup at this salon. They did not even had proper inventory for the eye shades, all their mascaras were dried. The make up artist who claimed to be professional just took 30mins to create a base. Over all... without completing I left the place. Not at all recommended for any makeup enquiries. Dont visit.
