I found a hidden gem! 💎 I had been searching for the perfect salon for my nails and struggled to find one that ticked all the boxes, until I discovered Namy’s! This place is absolutely fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly, caring, and wonderful.I got a Gelish manicure, and it turned out exactly how I’ve always wanted. The attention to detail and the quality of service were top-notch.Thank you, girls! Keep up the amazing work you’ve earned a permanent client. ❤️

Worst salon I’ve ever been to the nails are very badly done I’m so disappointed and shocked by the job I don’t recommend to anyone. As you can see from the attached picture the nails are streaky and the French is messy it’s not neat. Furthermore, it was not the color I requested but i had already asked the technician to repeat so i felt bad to ask again because she was very nice and understanding. The staff were very sweet and welcoming it was very good customer service just the nail service itself was not good.RE: your response to my honest experience at your salon very well shows your poor level professionalism and respect to others it’s honestly astounding. I did not disrespect your staff in any way nor I was not cooperative i literally mentioned In my review that the staff were very friendly and adaptable but that’s clearly not the case with you. The “lady” who called was not laughing in any way it’s so funny how you’re making lies up to paint me in a bad image when I have done nothing. She called to inform the receptionist about the job that’s all she did not disrespect anyone in any way so please don’t make stuff up because you were not on the call nor were you in the salon to make up lies about my behavior. You can go and ask your staff about me behavior and you will learn that I was very respectful and cooperative hence why I stayed longer than I intended and wasted MY time and money with such unsatisfactory results. While I did not like the first color I picked I told the technician second time around to please paint it the same color as my pedicure and while it was still not the same color I still maintained respect and professionalism. I could have asked her to redo it as it was not what I wanted but I respected her time. I constantly asked the technician if it was fine on her end to repeat and she was completely fine with it so I don’t see what your problem is when the lady herself did not have any issue. I did not ruin my toes as you claimed they got ruined when we were taking the pictures but you wouldn’t know that since you weren’t there so please don’t assume. It was only one time in which one of my nails got ruined because I got a phone call eventhough I was very careful not to ruin the polish out of respect for the lovely staff but stuff happens and it was not intended as you claim it was. With all due respect you cannot run a business with that attitude towards your paying customers but instead should work on fixing the nail service which you so clearly need improvement on. All I did was provide an honest google review based on my experience as your staff requested I do so, and attacking me for my opinion won’t change my experience or the badly done nail service. Everyone around me has all commented on what a poor job it was so I hope that going onwards you can handle and work with criticism so improve your salon instead of taking the time of day to attack and make up lies about customers to make yourself look good. I visited Namys by one of the friends reference and I feel excited to share my experience that every Service done was beyond my expectations. Love the haircut and Hairblowdry was exactly the same as asked. I also took Hydrafacial which was praised by my friend and believe me it was super relaxing and amazing, I ended up in taking sessions.All the ladies dont miss out the spot as they have amazing spaces for beautiful pictures as there ambience is really wow. I got my hair spa and hair cut done here at Namys , amazing service , great hospitality, very sweet and humble staff , the receptionist is too sweet , attending the clients at proper intervals. The haircut turned out better than I expected. They style you as you desire giving their 100%. They will not leave your side until you are fully satisfied. The massage was great. I’ve been doing hard gel + extensions for more than 2 years and experienced different salons and different masters this is the worst salon that I’ve ever been and done my nails the master is not well trained she took more than 3 hours to finish with my nails which I’m not satisfied with the result the cleaning part was bearable but when she applied to my nails a solution called ( primer ) and then she applied hard gel on my pinky nail and once I put it under the uv light it was burning really bad I started to cry from the pain it was so painful I told her to try on the other people’s nail and the same thing the lady felt burn on her finger as well after I left the salon immediately after 3 days my nails color started pealing off so i payed for the service 120 AED that was supposed to last me for 2 weeks started to peel off after few days the next day I received a message from same salon telling me to put feedback on google and after 10 mins she deleted her message for what reason god knows 🤷🏻‍♀️ long story short I don’t advice this salon to anyone!

The place is easy to reach via google maps, with clean and cozy vibes, a parking spot might be a bit tricky to find during busy timings but eventually you will find one. It is free and multiple parking plots are available close by within the residential areas. Went for a dry cut hair trim. Even though i asked for that, they did wet my hair but in the end they did the job and the staff lady was patient and dedicated. Good price for the service i tried.

A huge shout out to the staffs in the salon. They were awesome 👌 I went on the last day before my vacation starts and they start their work after 7pm. Usually I never prefer visiting saloons evening because they will be very tired. But surprisingly they were fully active and was assisting me with the best service ever.Hair spa and the nail extension was really good. Long time I’ve been looking for a nice ladies salon in international city and I didn’t get disappointed coming to Namys. The place is spacious and very clean. Staff assisted me which hair color will look nice on me bec I was still thinking which one I will get. I got also mani/pedi, it’s good the massage also feels nice after. Finding a salon that does everything is rare. Coming here was hands down worth the chance. Maxing done by Madam Confidence and nails was perfection. Madam simran with her technique on doing pedicure was just feet changing !! Madam deep shaped my face doing my eyebrows. Thank you for my heart, fantastic experience!! The owner of salon lacks customer service, And does not understand customer rights. When you enter the salon Air conditioner is off! They turn it on only when you come in, and mind you in hot July.First time in Dubai they asked me to pay upfront, it makes me feel weird like they dont trust their clients. Or maybe they’re not confident about their work.I guess this salon has a lot of reviews because they push you to rate them.When a lady comes to a salon we want to feel spoiled, relaxed and have a good day at least offer some drinks like coffee or tea.Overpriced, for such salon that they use old overused towels that has stains on them.Needs to be checked about pricing and service.

We booked this for mehendi post looking at the designs they sent I hoped this would be done easily! But please take a look and see what a botched up service they have done! I was utterly unhappy specially it’s just one day in a year on karvachauth when I put mehendi. I am not going to book them again ever!The management replied to this review after 3 years , claiming this wasn’t done by them, I paid AED 50 per hand and post the first hand chose not to go ahead with the second. Also it wasn’t me who contacted them it was done by my friend for a bunch of 5-6 ladies just before karwachauth year 2020. I haven’t called them for any services since this experience, so urging everyone who read the reviews and the owners reply below to chose better.

Starting from Namrita the owner who assisted me upon inquiry to confi who is the receptionist and the queen of all trade that do my roots touch up and pedi ☺️, to Dina who done the amazing massage as well as, love who did the facial and deem who did my mani and the other girls who give me the body spa, The facility was absolutely stunning and modern and clean and most important the gjrls are enjoying what they do thats why it reflects on the service they provide.Will definitely be a repeat customer and looking forward with the same service.

Such amazing service. I was running to a meeting and needed to get my brows done. They were super efficient in finding me a lady to help me out.Ive been there twice, once for the usual facial threading the other for my roots. Both times were very small beauty requests but they made me feel special each time.They are so great with kids being there.too! I had to bring my daughter and they were very kind and playful.They make beauty a true experience! I will most certainly be returning!

After getting several disappointments from other salons in International city finally I found this salon.Its very neat,hygiene and well maintained salon.The girls know their job very well.The receptionist is polite and they are very caring.They take care of water ,cofee and all.I have done my threading, hair proteins treatment,root coloring,padi mani with them..Simran did my hair proteins--Very satisfied.Sana did root coloring--Very satisfied.The Mani padi service --Ok..It was very fast ,,I felt like they could do it better.I have Hair spa and 10 minutes complementary massage left from the package.Will definitely share the review after doing it.Overall I am happy I found them..Definitely this will be my go to place now.

All the services were great with affordable prices. Namrata is very kind and genuine having a professional approach to the customers. I am really impressed! I would definitely recommend to visit! :)

Not recommended any more...very bad experience....Dont choose this salon any more for hair coloring , it was a really bad experience for me . As per their suggestion I have chosen one hair color ( Number 8 shade) from their brochure as soonas selected they said to pay the full amount for the service, which I have done before the service starts. They have applied more bleach on my hair and the entire color became lighter/ whitish and spoiled my hair. I informed the same to Namy (Owner of the solon) , she said we will re apply orher to make it more darker and started claiming we cannot guarantee. only 80 percentage rest we dont know how the hair reacts. The funniest part thr technician who has done the work already agreed she done a mistake , then Namy started scolding her staff and told us if u want to change the color further u have to pay . Really disappointed and very unprofessional way of approach. They are taking money initially to avoid any conflit after the service. Moreover they have said over the phone we will do hair spa as complimentary, never done that as well.I dont know how they are getting good ratings in the reviews. But the service and approach towards the customer was very rude and unprofessional. So pls dont believe the ratings, read the reviews and go for it .

I visited NAMYS based on my friend’s referral and the service was amazing from hair spa , meni and padi and hair trim. They are highly professional and give a very warm welcome. The massage with hair spa is amazing and also with great service they have reasonable package. Do visit NAMYS for a wonderful experience you will fall in love with yourself.

Recently I visited the polar for me hear cut I really like my cutting after so long.

Do not go here not to be trusted, they have a policy where they make you pay upfront and when I asked why this is, the owner said we’ve Had issues with many people, not wanting to pay in the past. I assume people would not want to pay for bad service and if they have such a policy, they should tell you in advance while you’re booking over the phone. Nobody informed me of such thing I got to the salon, and they wanted payments in advance. I clearly did not continue with their service

Hello everyone , I want to inform you people that this salon is the worst that I’ve ever come across , I will be attaching my picture Below to show you their reality , these people are highly unprofessional, uneducated , indisciplined. What is hospitality that also they don’t know . I had come to this salon to get my hair treatment done , they did hair Botox to me and their product was soooo unknown to me , The product name was brasileiro bem liso, purple bottle it came in , I did query about that product and they had very less to explain about it however they somehow convinced me that this product was best in Brazil , secondly they are so untrained , I literally had to explain the girlHow to lift hair , she was literally breaking my hair , I ask the owner of the salon to step in coz the girl doing my hair was totally a disaster , however the owner wasn’t interested to take part . My eyes started to burn and I had burning sensation in my head , when I told them all this , they were like , “ Yes madam burning sensation happens “ . To cut the story short , I’m suffering from my head swelling , eye swelling , nose swelling , infact my entire face has swollen , I’ve been getting IV injection everyday , I’m new to Dubai and believe in ever knew how corrupt people are here , these bunch of ladies in NAMYS salon are horrible , I called these people and toldThem if anything happens to me more serious I’ll complain to the police , to with the owner replies “ yes madam you can go and do it “ . I’ have the recording of this call aswell . They are cheap people never go them, Alll these good reviews are purchased by them or maybe faked by them .

I just visited this salon based on the reviews and the offers which they had was mouth watering.I have had a worst experience of services I took. The ladies who approached me for bleach were absolute non professionals. They didn’t even know how to get started. They did not even care to put band on my hair and started polishing my back and face bleach which caused my hair soaked in their cream. I asked them to remove it with wet towel but they said it’s fine there is no need for it. I understood that I have landed at a wrong place.Also to mention please have a chewing gum when you come closer to customers face.Facial was done by Ms Love, who assured me to stay calm and go ahead however I was very tensed as I could see rashes on my hand after their polish service.I asked the staff are u not going to remove black heads with the stainless steel thing( don’t know what it’s called)She said no the steam would do it 😂😂.Now that I knew, I decided to run away without further services which I neededI wasted my 160 dhs.Cleanliness 1 out of 5Hygiene 1 out of 5I accept my mistake that I fell for their offers and landed there.
