I had an extremely disappointing experience with this salon today. The customer service was poor, the hygiene standards were unacceptable, and the service was absolutely not worth what I paid.From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. I was left waiting without any communication or apology, which made the experience feel unprofessional. When I finally received the service, it felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. My concerns and requests were not taken seriously, and the final result did not meet my expectations.What was most concerning was the lack of hygiene. The tools and workspace didn’t appear clean, and basic sanitary practices seemed to be ignored. This is unacceptable, especially in a salon where cleanliness is so important.For the price I paid, I expected much better in terms of service, professionalism, and cleanliness. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this salon to others unless serious improvements are made.

Very nice service and nice to deal with. I put protein in my hair and it was wonderful. The nail care service is very good. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

My experience is very bad, If you pay by Card they will put 5% Add on to your bill, which is not right,and the receptionist in Satwa Branch is very bad, she has the courage to tell the customer not to come back again ,is that the right service you are going to give to your customers,we are not coming to your services for free..so Treat as well,.

YesYesterday I go to salon i trust this salon bec i am long time costumer this and then yesyesterday I do Waxing and i have upper lip threading the one lady other nationality she is the one to do it she make my burn my upper lips thrue waxing i am so dis appointed what happend to me untill now now i need to go to doctor

Poor management they allowed boys in ladies saloon and very high prices with low quality of work . I can’t recommend this saloon to anyone .
