The Salon should put a board outside - Do Not Enter The Door Without An AppointmentThe fact that it is a retail store providing customer service. When the employees are available for the service they should put the customer 1st. Everytime I enter the primary question is Do You Have An Appointment and the fact is in my past visits never have they had anyone dropping by in those 1 hour and the hair stylist are sitting idle rather than looking forward to providing the service to the walk-in customers. If Appointments are so prerogative for the Brand, why have the walk-in door? Better to just have a clinic in a closed door office space and save in the costly rental space.Never ever visiting the Brand , neither in UAE or India ever again. And would suggest others to get an appointment or walk elsewhere for better styling.

Had the worst experience with such a reputed Franchisee. Had undertaken a hair treatment for dandruff. However, there was no change for the dandruff after the treatment (very visible after the next day). It remained same (before the process and after) The stylist did not do any massage or applied the product properly. They were using some Burb and Hair italian products which was of nothing to do with anti dandruff treatment. Further, even the wash also was not proper. The sylist finsihed aplying( a small amount of some paste) within 2mins and made me wait for more than 40mins and then washed the remaines with shampoo. For this substandard service, they were usually charging AED 150. They also made me wait initially pretending to show they are super busy and have back to back clients. At the time of billing, I raised my concern about the bad experience to the receptionist. The receptionist had mentioned to come back next time and we shall provide better service with another stylist. Kindly ensure the customer satisfaction with professional service

I have recently taken special Facial from Naturals Karama on September 5th.The next day I have got skin rashes and small pimples on my entire face, Attached few clicks.When I contacted reception they asked me to apply aloe vera gel which is not an appropriate solution.I expect more professional approach and care from them.But unfortunately customer care response was disappointing and dissatisfied.They should check the skin before they apply any facial to anyone face.Some people will have sensitive skins and it should be taken care of professionally.I recommend to everyone that you should think twice before you take any service from them.
