Nawaem al sham ladies salon (branch)

If you have the option, opt out of going here. This salon charges AED 240 for a shampoo, blow dry, mani and pedi (no color), even when I provided my own shampoo and conditioner! My last visit, included all the above and eyebrow threading, and charged AED 210. Their hygiene standards are questionable—they used, used emery board to file my nails, and put it back into the sterlized looking bag for the next customer (gross). The staff are not interested in engaging with customers. Honestly, the value for money is terrible, and I won’t be returning. There are much better salons in the area with higher hygiene standards and better customer service.

The team are very professional and friendly. The quality of service provided is amazing. I have never had any regrets or complaints. I would highly recommend visiting the parlour for availing the beauty services. I have always had a very homely and satisfying experience. All the best to the Nawaem Al Sham team, way to go guys👍

I availed botox and hair color (in which I brought my own color because I have a highly sensitive scalp). The attendant colored my hair first, which I asked why, because normally hair botox treatment will wash away the color if done after. But they said that their product is mild so it will not wash away the color. After coloring, they proceeded with the botox treatment. The whole hair color was gone and turned my dark hair to blond! They made excuses and even told me that blond suits me! I was hysterical so they remediate it by applying their own color, in which I said no before applying because I told them several times I am allergic to any color other than what I brought. They did not listen and applied it. My scalp was burning!! Dont go here…the attendants have poor listening (english) comprehension and they will do whatever they want even if its against your will.
