By far the worst at-home spa experience Ive ever had in Dubai. For the price they charge, I expected a professional service comparable to other luxury home spa services like EMES, Vita, and Solace. Unfortunately, N Boutique fell short on every level.The so-called professionals who came had zero experience. The massage itself was horrible—completely lacking in skill and technique. They spent 15 to 20 minutes on a neck massage that was so poorly executed it felt like they were choking us. Basic things that any professional, regardless of price, should know—like how to properly cover the body—were completely ignored. On top of that, the massage chair they brought was broken and unstable throughout the service, adding to the discomfort. It was clear they had no idea what they were doing, making the experience not only uncomfortable but also potentially dangerous.Adding to the disappointment, they didn’t even bring essential items like towels, something every other service I’ve used in Dubai, whether luxury or budget, always provides. Proper towels for covering the face, body, and chest area are standard practice, yet N Boutique didn’t bother with any of that. Even more affordable services like Urban Company and Just Life offer better quality and professionalism. To make matters worse, they even lied about the start time of the service. Despite having 15 minutes left in the session, we were so dissatisfied that we told them to stop immediately. We didn’t want to continue because it was just that bad.I would strongly advise against them. Save your money and go with a reputable service that actually delivers the luxury experience they promise.

Did nail extensions. Not only are rhe nails thin and delicate (NOT the goal). 2 nails broke. They brought like 6 colours for polish. Awful service. Never again.

My lashes were ruined by other salon , and Judith (lash tech) did a consult, explained and walked me through how she was going to help. She showed me pictures as well as the lash length and thickness she was going to use and confirmed if that’s okay with me. It was by far the greatest experience I have had and I have gone to MANY salons. They were on time, they are also no travel fee within Dubai and are reasonably priced.Lashes last for 3 weeks perfectly and needed simple refill onlyThanks Nboutique for saving my time and money.

I had used different services several times and was pleased with comfort and professional attitude the ladies provide. Especially caring for pregnant condition. Great idea if you dont want (or dont have time ) to move from your home to salon. Everything is provided by the ladies, even the massage table. Couple treatments are possible.Convenient that they take card payments.

Used to do lash lifting with Annie who was always efficient as a expert, till last time they sent another lady 3 days before my travel while Ms Annie wasn’t available at the time. I was told the lashes take few hours to be lifted after the treatment when I commented the lashed didn’t lift at all. So I called and told the service team the case and sent them the both pictures what I had before with the one I just had as comparison, they keep saying we will get back to you, and I kept trying to remind them in the following days, but they never trying to solve it. I gave up and with such attitude, will never go back. Good luck to you all who is still with them and never expect they will help you out if you face any in-satisfaction.

I’ll leave a honest review here, I booked to get a deep cleaning facia (with extraction) as the lady confirmed withAnd it was 220 Dhs (which is over priced to what I got)The technician was really nice but the service was the worseIts just washing the face and applying bunch of weird cheap smelling creams and using a suction machine which looks like a hydra facial machine but dry!!! (they should just inform us they will be doing a hydra facial service) I would’ve saved my moneyNext day of the “deep cleaning” it feels like she did absolutely nothing and my face became worse than before2 stars was only for the technician nothing else

I have dealt with Nboutique multiple times, I have done tanning, roots color and blow-dry many times. i have to say they are skilled in terms of quality of services and their blow dry is really good.getting so beautiful from the comfort of your home is a nice experience with them.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to book this company as the customer service is the worst i ever encounter .7 years in Dubai , i have never seen that .I got a gelish manicure & pedicure for 288 aed ( which is quiet expensive for the quality of the products they use ) and after 5 days , the manicure got completely spoiled , and on some nails it was gone .I requested them to send someone to remove it for freeand their only answer was : We can not provide it , we are a big company.Very rude answerI send many whatsapp , tried to call no one was answeringI will definitively complain to DEDAs ab advice , don’t waste your time and stay away from this company.I should have trusted the reviews .And thanks to the management and the customer care for being that unprofessional0/10 quality0/10 customer service0/10 experience

I have been taking services from this company from months and when they have provided me good service I have tipped their technicians and appreciated them . One day I booked a service for my hair to get curls and the technician arrived and did my curls n I told her they are not tight they might open please do it properly as I hv very important event to attend and she said they won’t open and within two hours my curls were opened and I was looking so messy at an event … and then the next day I fell sick got flu and called them after one week and sent my picture and video of the same date and complained about the services they said they will get back and no one bothered to reply and one fine day I texted them to take the service and asked them about the some discount , n when they denied I told them I will review their services and they sent me a msg they don’t care who I am as I told them I m a beauty blogger too so I know how it works so they told me they don’t care n instead complain about me because I said I will review their company if they won’t rectify their blunder or make up for it ……. This is unprofessionalism to next level and they have no work ethics … kindly avoid taking services from them as they don’t care about their customers and misbehave when they provide bad services …….Kindly go through the chat as they are not even ready to give discount and instead threatening me that they will complained about me or take legal action …..Beware of this company
