I recently booked a classic pedicure and lash tinting at Nboutique Beauty for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed. Marybel, the technician, was absolutely wonderful – friendly, professional, and so pleasant to be around. She made the experience relaxing and enjoyable, and her attention to detail was impeccable.The quality of the services exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling completely satisfied. I noticed a compromise in quality for the price. Although the professionals are tolerable, the management is poor. Due to my busy schedule, I used the service before a major event. My gelish manicure was uneven, and thick with gel dripping on the sides. I had to accept it due to a Zoom meeting regarding my event presentation. From afar, it looked okay, but I wasn’t satisfied, especially since I paid for it.The classic pedi left my toes painful, I had to use anti swallowing cream. My toenails were damaged, making it hard to wear closed shoes. Despite drying them for hours, they were still tacky the next day. When I contacted the company, they were unresponsive and insisted I pay for another service to fix the issue. This company needs to be held accountable for their poor service and lack of professionalism

I had gel manicure, gel pedicure and a blowdry (washing myself). The blow dry was not bad, the gel manicure also fine, not amazing but a decent enough standard (little bit bumpy and messy around the edges)The gel pedicure was not good, the technician cut my nail beds with the file and painted and cured the gel over my cuticles.Even worse is that when I fed this back and asked for a partial refund of some kind, I was told its my fault for not checking. I didnt realise you needed to check that cuticles hadnt been painted over (thought this was fairly common knowledge), and obviously I was helping the ladies leave and making the payment, so I didnt realise until I looked closer that the cuticles are painted over. It looks scruffy but moreover it means as soon as growth starts, the rim created lifts and the gel is likely to peel off much quicker.Its dissapointing because the ladies were very lovely but for the price and the attitude when I fed this back, I couldnt recommend

I tried classic Mani+Pedi for the second time with N Boutique Beauty Spa. Mildred & Vivian did a great job. The polish base and top coat used was a good quality I waited till next day to write this review and the Polish is perfectly shining with no finger print on it or any damage. Friendly and professional staff, great management and responsive immediate support on whatsapp. One of the few Service providers in Dubai that Customer Satisfaction and decent work truly matters to them.

Got my nails done not even a week ago and they are already coming out. I messaged to express this and i was told that i can do another round with a 15% discount!! Why should i pay for another round of substandard nail work. Then i requested only for the removal, they tell me that they cannot send only for removal and i have to do a service with 15% discount. Bad service, bad quality, disappointing all round. Arranged to get acrylic infill and gel nail polish colour. The technician was over an hour and a half late from the later of the arrival slot, the entire removal process was so painful with the nail file (I have had my nail done for over 6 years and never felt this much pain before, even when mentioning to the technician she just carried on), the brush was rough and scratchy which hurt the skin around my nails. The gel infill was done so poorly, it was so thick and looked unnatural and ugly. They also started lifting within the week and when I complained the management blamed it on nail growth when my normal refill time is every 3-4 weeks when done well. The gel nail polish was also done badly, the colour went right up to my skin and when I mentioned it would grow out and look messy the technician dismissed my claims. Management also tried to make me pay to have the service redone when I complained even though none of the damage came from my doing and I reported it straight away.

I’ve used their service many times as I have two young children making it impossible to get out to a salon for a few hours. They are always flexible with appointment times and reply within minutes when I text for an appointment. The staff that I’ve had in my home have always been polite and pleasant. I normally get gelish pedicure and manicure and have always lasted more than two weeks. If I ever had an issue, they were quick to offer a solution.

Unfortunately, after a lovely few experiences my last one has been terrible. The technicians are truly lovely, caring individuals. But the bookings/management department are a nightmare to deal with especially when you are not happy with the quality of products. The lady in charge of bookings kept talking over me when I was trying to explain what my concerns are. They also take over two weeks to rectify anything. Truly unprofessional and so disappointed.

I was deeply disappointed with my experience with this home service. I had requested a full set of open-eye style lashes, but after 4 hours, I found that only a minimal amount had been applied, far from what I had hoped for. Unfortunately, the timing coincided with Ramadan iftar, leaving no opportunity for the technician to rectify the situation. Despite my complaint to the company, there was no action taken. Even after escalating the issue, there was no effort made to address the problem. It took days to receive a response, and once payment was made, there was no attempt to remedy the situation. I had paid a premium price for a subpar result.

Dont be fooled by the reviews, as they nag and offer 15% discount to put a 5* review, which i unfortunately did.Technicians are good, but costumer service is horrendous, they harass you with calls and msgs til u click the block button.They get late sometimes which I understand to some point but if u want them to be on time just for this time only or to postpone it till another day they will harass you like theres no tomorrow.Calls msgs and rude msgs.

I have withdrawn my positive opinion on this company. I specify that Mrs. Annie is always a good technician. I was a good customer and yesterday I was very disappointed by the behavior of the company that mistreated me. I was wasted 3 hours on the phone, rates that change each time when Im in their system and lack of seriousness. error on the address, technician sent to someone else, delayed. to correct the behavior of this obnoxious operator I pretended not to want to pay because I lost 3 hours and she was so unpleasant and Mrs. Annie was present to attest that I was going to pay. I was very, very nice. the operator was so disrespectful to me that I was actually going to call the police because she was obnoxious and arrogant behavior behind the apology maam. I had a terrible eye reaction and when I contacted them they threatened and blocked me. although I paid nicely, I was not entitled to a brush and I made end-of-year gifts. I am more than disappointed. fortunately for the company I have no infection. I just had a glue reaction and was prescribed drops to soothe the pain. like what, a single bad element in a company can destroy its reputation. I dont want to name the woman in question because Im not as bad as her. but I received threats because I said I was going to complain on social media about the bad treatment I was subjected to. I paid by card as always and the price has always been the same. I dont know why they have to be reminded every time that I keep the payment receipts. I dont know how much they charge you for eyelash extensions. anyway, thanks to this element of the company, I spent 2 horrible days and no company is ever supposed to block its loyal customers. Its illegal and its disappointing.

This was my second time trial with them , unfortunately they could not deliver the a good quality service for the lash extension . They send very normal technician and they promised and assured you that you get the best extension . They lie so much and just try push you to pay the service without your satisfaction even. The technician came to my house fixed the lashes she wanted not the one you asked for. She fix the lashes and when I told her I do it like it the company called and asked her to force me to pay . They are very unprofessional and normal in lash extension .the picture in their Instagram us taken firm other salon in google and it is not their sample job . Be careful

I couldn’t make it to the salon so arranged this service 24 hours before. The service I received on WhatsApp was professional and responsive when booking the appointment. Cecilia knew exactly what I wanted for my lashes and I was so pleased with the outcome. I have been using them for quite some time. I have a weekly spray tan. The ladies are extremely professional and the tan comes out beautifully. I have it scheduled once a week as I swim and gym a lot so it fades quicker than normal. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a great tan!

Do NOT book their home service it is terrible! I have never had such an awful experience in my life. Both the nail techs that were sent to my home were unqualified and could barely file my nails properly. I ended up with ugly short and misshaped nails because they just did not know what they were doing. I had to take the nail file myself to try and fix my nails. Because I wasn’t happy with the shape and length I wanted to then opt for normal polish rather than gellish because I wanted to just grow my nails back out after they were destroyed. The nail tech then told me that as per their policy I could not change my service and would still have to pay the amount for a gellish mani pedi even if I want normal polish. How ridiculous and un accommodating considering they were the ones who ruined my nails to begin with. I called the salon to try to change the booking myself and they were dismissive and told me I would still have to pay the original amount and that they’ll forward my concerns to the “complaints department” which I doubt even exists. What a sorry excuse for a salon and I will never ever use their services again. First and last time. Do NOT waste your money on this pathetic place.

My experience with Nboutique was extremely disappointing (they sent me a unprofessional technicisn to do my gelish manicure!) and left me dissatisfied on multiple fronts. From the unprofessional gelish removal technique, to filing technique (it was extremely rough and careless, and I also did the shaping by myself) in addition to my constant attempts to give her advice, I do so with the intention of achieving the desired result. And instead of gently cleaning the cuticles, the process was carried out aggressively, resulting in pain and causing damage! (thats left me with pain every time I wash my hands) ..to the overall unprofessionalism and high price, and poor products, there were simply no redeeming qualities.I would strongly advise potential clients to seek alternative nail services that prioritize hygiene, skill, and customer satisfaction.PS: I tried to attach photos for you, but it seems there are no options for that.

It was my first time getting nails done at home.I’m extremely happy with the results! They were very accommodating to me being pregnant and not very mobile. They cared for my comfort. Also first time getting half set lashes, I’m quite happy with the results really loving them!

I had Emily for my manicure and Mary Ann for pedicure. They were both on time as I wanted. All set to go within 5 minutes they arrived. They had everything that it needed to get the job done. I must say Emily is really professional. She sat there for 2.5 hours, she was constantly checking if all good, any pain during the manicure and most importantly, she only delivers the best. She constantly check for your satisfaction and if any improvements needed. Thanks to Mary Ann as well. She did as what I wanted and ensured my comfort all the time. Emily and Mary Ann,I thank you for your amazing service . The only reason I’m giving four star instead of five is because I did mention the exact colour that I wanted and I was promised with it. The lady whom I contacted via WhatsApp. Sadly I don’t know her name. Maybe the next time, you can double check with your colleagues before telling your customer. The work is done perfectly but isn’t it a sad thing that I can’t get the colour that I wanted and have to just go along with the colour that they have?! And I’m paying to get what I want, isn’t it?! This disappointment could have been avoided with communication between the person who contacts the client and the service provider on the day.

I can testify for all the bad reviews. Highly unskilled. The manicure and the paint job, looks like I’ve done them myself yikes. There was no filing lol cuticles looked bad. I simply removed the color after they left. And wow the way the owner is responding to low reviews are extremely unprofessional and says it all another big yikes.

Nboutique makes my life so much easier. From their responsive customer service, ease of scheduling, and punctual and professional nail techs, I am so impressed. I needed a hard gel removal from my nails and the nail tech took her time and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She also did a beautiful job on threading my eyebrows. So far, I’ve done manicures, pedicures, and threading. All 5 star work!

Really disappointing, Nail extensions that I usually refill after 25, 30 days, after their service lasted 5 days, and when I informed them about that they said that they would happily do damaged nails but of course chargeable.Honestly I would not recommend it, waste of money!

Amazing experience, the two technicians Nenita and Bina came to our hotel while we was on holiday from the UK, had two signature facials, massages and my back waxed! They were very professional, lovely and the treatments were top quality and I didnt have to travel anywhere. Would highly recommend!

After an hour of getting a gel pedicure one of the nail paints had came off. I had to wait a day for them to come and fix it. Then another one came off three days later. Never in my 10 years of getting gel pedicures has this ever happened!Worst thing about it was they tried to make me pay for another service so they can come and fix the job. Ridiculous! Now I am left with a missing colour on my toe nail because I refuse to pay for an additional service.I will not be spending my money on overpriced inexperienced beauticians again.I suggest going to a reputable salon where you know you are going to be looked after.I was a regular customer, used to get my lashes and facials. Now I refuse to give them anymore of my money if this is how regulars get treated.

I used a few times the at home service for spray tan and I am really pleased with the result. The girls are super nice, on time and dedicated. They pay attention to details and give you great advice on how to keep the tan. I would definitely recommend their service to friends.

To the owner - Please go ahead and post the conversations and for the 10th time, why woudl I ever let someone from your salon touch my lashes again?I’m unsure as to why you don’t understand this.The management team are like robots, impossible to have a conversation with them, they are reading from a script, they have blocked me on social media and WhatsApp because they can’t deal with someone telling the truth! Not a reputable company!I don’t know how it has 5 stars! The customer service is disgusting. I did gelish nails which chipped and damaged my nails, I decided to try lvl as I did have a good experience with the hair keratin. Complete mess! Lashes had ceases in and were curling backwards on themselves. I informed them pretty much straight away and then they sent a different technician to try and correct who completely agreed with me but was unable to do anything - answer from Customer service…. “ we don’t give refunds” , robotic in communication, they don’t listen. companies like this should not be allowed to operate. They don’t care about standards or what they are offering to their clients - next time just go to a salon it’s not worth the convenience of being at home. DO NOT USE AND Do not Pay attention to the 5 star reviews!

Best lashes I’ve tried in Dubai for the last 2 years. Worth the price last long and good quality lashes lasting up to one month. I would recommend! I have Emily for lashes and I would definitely recommend her if you are wanting lash extensions.

I had a gelish pedi for the first time here, not content of how it looks like. Nothing special for the price paid. The polish was applied uneven, the cleaning looks bad after a few days and no special care for dry skin. I couldnt go to a wedding with this pedicure for example. Im comparing it with other pedi that I had done before. Sorry

I was very happy with my hair cut and color from Nboutique. I tried them for the first time 2 years ago and was extremely happy of how Divine was able to achieve my dream color so ever since I only contact them for my hair services.

Shreya has come this morning to do a curly blow dry. She has been so kind and helpful. She has done a fantastic job with my very difficult hair. I am very happy and will definitely book her again. She has also been very patient with my toddler who has been helping her along 👍

Nboutique services are not only convenient, but well done. The customer service is A-level and the staff is friendly. My eyelash technicians do a wonderful job with detail, care and patience. It’s the only service I will use.

Such a shame for the people handling appointments. Couldnt talk properly and they dont care about you if you are an ordinary client even though you are a loyal client since the other services are good. They dont even reply if you are asking for appointments! But when they are looking for clients, will call you hundred times and its very inappropriate. They also dont know what they are saying regarding their discounts.Im only giving two stars as the technicians are providing good services.

I used nboutique beauty service 3 times before for my lash lifting and tinting procedure and I am very satisfied with the results...so professional...at the comfort of my home which is very convenient for me since I have twins and a baby..so i chose the baby nap time slot and that is perfect for me.

I used the service twice in two weeks and spent a total of 1600 AED. The first time (full set gel nails, tinted eyebrows, pedicure and gel polish) appeared to be great. But less than a week later my feet felt like I’ve been walking on rocks for years. Second service, the day before my wedding got full set eye lashes, nail color change on my hands and feet and eye brow tint again (yes the tint was gone by the next day), by the next morning the eye lashes started falling off... and my pearl white gel polish on my hands turned tan the day after my wedding. I communicated with the company for a resolution a possible do over and after a week I still have not heard anything. I have sent them pictures to prove that my eye lashes fell off and my nails are now tan still no resolution. Save your money and go else where!!A month later— never heard from anyone in the Nboutique again— as I suggested go elsewhere— it’s loads cheaper and the customer service I am sure will be much better!

NEVER order home delivery from this place. I paid alot of money and the nails lasted for 2 days!!!? They broke totally. It seems like the just want to take the money and they dont care about the after service. I messaged. them and there was no reply, when I called them, they keep cancelling my call, after they have seen my message with the concern! I am now send home from my work, because i am signing big contracts with investors and collaborations, i am not able to take the acrylic of and they dont want to do my nails, they saying I have to wait for 1 week, bacause they are busy?!?! Means that I not can work for 1 week or I have to spend another 250AED from somewhere else to fix the their issue!?? Which is not a solution in these tough times. Worst custoner experience and service I ever had!
