I was first time at new look and Gauri along with Preet created a magic on my hair. They are good in handling hair experts and can turn your hair which you will love and cherish it. Also its pocket friendly salon in Dubai.

Lubna is my go to hair stylist for the last 8 plus years. She is excellent with all hair services like hair cuts, styling, colour and blow dry. She is also good with facials.A kind and positive attitude and understands clients needs very well.

Lovely pedicure! My first time here and I was a walk-in but they fit me right in. The pedicure was excellent, the foot massage even better.

Lubna was very professional I did my high light omg wow work done I don’t have words to express thank you so much new look for keeping best hair stylist in your salon .

Worst salon with worst staff. I did my keratin on 29th oct and it didnt even last long for 20 days. Firstly when i went there to tell them my issue they told me geeta has left salon and doesnt works here anymore and other staff will check with her so that she can come and fix my hair. After two days of waiting i went there again. Half an hour there staff wasted to just check what date i did my keratin treatment, even though i had bank message showing transaction on their salon. After that the staff told me they dont have keratin products in saloon.We asked her again and again to give owner number if she cannot help us.Then when she couldnt handled she called geeta and geeta start blaming us by telling that your hair were damage. We asked her to give owner number they gave us wrong number that is switched off. And my hair are not that frizzy and bad that couldnt be fixed with keratin, they are wavy only.From last 3 years i am doing keratin treatment every year and this was the worst experience i had. Please dont waste your money here.

Had an amazing experience. I took a VIP SERVICE PACKAGE. The staff was friendly, and hardworking. Made sure i was comfortable. They took their best time to do all the services without rushing. Facial, waxing, pedi, mani gelish nail, hair fall treatment, Evrything was good.

My sister too who had travelled all the way from India appreciates the amazing work you guys do. Continue doing the good work you guys have been doing for the last 9 years.

Got my keratin treatment done it didnot even last for 15 days .. after that went to the salon was told it would be rectified.. but no revert back from Geeta.. staff Manisha was very rude and spoke in a very disrespectful way!!They want us to come back according to there convenience as if we don’t have any other job to do!!

Worst salon in dubai. Fraud people or only employees maybe. Anjali looks so tired and looks mobile All time. Gave one star so i could write review. I paid 170dhs for package all wasteAnjali talks big things knows nothing Parvathy sweet girl but doesnt know any workWax was normal but they didnt bother to remove residue. When I asked they gave me dirty towel and told me wipe yourselfIn name of herbal bleach they used Multani mitti. Facial Hair didnt even turn white and skin also looks dullPedicure scrubbing done good by Parvathy but she dont know how to clean nails. After saying how to do it they didnt bother . PatheticHaircoloring done so bad all colour was on my forehead and sidelocks skin till chin. They didnt bother to remove stains alsoFacial was the worst. she Just rubed my skin no proper technic massage adn too much water splashing. I felt like she was doing clay pottering on me. So dirty and messy. Water was flowing every where on my back neck.Upperlip wax pathetic. Cant you use Brazilian wax for sensitive areas. She just left half and said its not going.I felt horrible so gone home without doing eyebrows. I Just wanted to run from there. Giving 170 DHS not worth.Dear owner change employee Anjali if you want to earn some money
