New tec salon

They did not know the prices they had to contact their manager asking for the price, and kept me waiting. They told its 189 ed for morrocan bath and when I saw the sign outside said only 99 ed, for morrocan bath, I had to tell the receptionist is written 99 outside ur salon, then she agreed not to charge me 189 for morrocan bath and thats sound abit dodgy to me. Also, they wanted to charge me 190 ed just to take the braids out of my 7 yrs old daughter . I had to negotiate to bring the price to 99 Ed after calling the manager again! My daughter had her hair washed, blow dried and strighten. Her hair did not last for half a day, it looked very frizzy and dried. The only thing I recommend is the morrocan bath, the lady (I think her name is Aisha), she was very professional and patient.

How do I even start. I am BLOWN away by how talented Iman is. Her work is flawless, absolutely perfect. I am on cloud nine, the happiest Ive been with my hair in the longest time. Iman is fantastic and the best. I will always trust her and her only with my hair. She gave me the perfect look. The highlights, roots, overall approach to colour was stunning. Overall the salon staff is lovely and everyone is so warm. The owner is a sweetheart and definitely has created one of the nicest environments ever. Very happy and my rating is 10/10!

The staff were keepin asking the manager for the price on the phone every time coming to me with another price they were offering 20% off but the price given in the salon are highly than on the price list regarding of the quality of the service and sanitary in the salon

Excellent service by Gen & Moon. Gen was gentle with my nails, also gave a few tips on how to keep them healthy.

Poor communication, the owner is snobbish and keeps you waiting to share the price and once discussed change the price of service after the service starts.I will never suggest anyone to use this place. You must get better service elsewhere.Do not loose you money and time coming to this place.

UPDATE:I would like to reply to the message they sent me. How dare you say that I wanted the staff alone in my room? You have no respect on how to talk to people. I wanted one lady to do my waxing and I didn’t want the other lady in my house because I didn’t feel comfortable leaving her alone in my house (it doesn’t feel safe leaving a stranger alone in your house) while I did waxing with the other lady , so I wanted one lady to finish my waxing, and then when she was done, the other lady could come up and start the nails. That’s how I’ve always booked it with other salons and they never had the issue.I have spoken to many Salons after this and asking them whether it’s normal, and even possible to do a manicure and pedicure while waxing, and each and every lady was shocked that a Salon would even agree to this, as it would spoil the nail polish, and not to mention be Very uncomfortable for both the technician and the customer. And for your kind information I am the one that canceled the booking not you guys and if you were so “scared” to take my booking, then you shouldn’t have agreed in the first place. And for every request I wanted, initially, you agreed happily, and then, at the very last moment, suddenly you said we cannot do any of your requests because management isn’t allowing. You people need to make up your mind before speaking to customers. You people need to learn how to do good customer service. Not to mention that these people make their staff work crazy amount of hours like even in the early hours like 2 or 3am of the morning they will send their staff. Their staff is so scared of making mistakes that you can just tell that the management are very ruthless, rude and bad people. If you people cannot have respect for your own staff, and how will you ever respect your customers.Also, I have found a very nice Salon that does amazing services with good prices and the management is so polite and nice. No salon in dubai has ever harassed me and frustrated me as these people have.Wasted my entire day arguing on everything with me. From the service to the staff to the transportation, everything was an issue with these people. They demand their comfort over the customers’.I wanted waxing to be done first and then mani pedi but just 20 mins before the girls were coming they informed me that they will do waxing and mani pedi simultaneously. I wasn’t agreeing as it’s quite impractical and painful to do these services at the same time but they were so stubborn that they’re deciding for me what I should do even though I’m the one who’s paying. Their disorganization isn’t my problem.Also I wanted to use my products for pedicure but still they’re charging me regular price EVEN THOUGH IT’S ALL MY PRODUCTS . Not to mention that they charge for every little thing, transportation, late fee, etc and their overly expensive services with below average products. Very rude and disgusting customer service. I highly suggest you book with literally any other salon in dubai.

I’ve visited this salon many times and each time it has been such a relaxing experience. The staff are so good.. loved the work so far. The manager is so accommodating and smiling always. I would highly recommend the full body massage, eye lash extension, eye brows threading, hair color and nails too. I’m waiting to try their Moroccan bath.. I’m sure it will be great.. can’t wait!!

I only went here once for a simple pedicure and had the most terrible experience. The Vietnamese lady who did my pedicure was very sweet and she did a good job but there was another technician who made me feel like I was not welcome at the Salon. She got into an argument with the lady who did my pedicure about how much I should pay (I paid AED 84) and she wanted to charge me AED 10 extra because my nails were trimmed. This was done all while I was right there. To make things worse, she then proceeded to call the owner to confirm that she could charge me 94 AED which was denied by the owner, saying theyve never charged that much. As a client, Ive never been humiliated like this and I hope no one has to go through this kind of degrading ordeal.

The store is dishonest. The charges for washing and blow-drying your hair are different from what was stated at the beginning. During the hair washing process, they keep selling and bullying tourists. This is a bad store!

I admit that I liked the work a lot, and when they came home, they even brought flowers and all the supplies. For a moment, I felt like I was in the salon and the work was more than wonderful.

Black shopAt first it was 52 yuan, but after washing it he changed his mind and said it would be 157.5 yuan for washing and blowing.

Its a dishonest shop that charges arbitrarily and has poor hair drying skills and terrible shampooing. Dont come here!
