The lady who did my nails did a wonderful job, I am in love with the finishing and will most definitely come back again!!! The atmosphere is super relaxing, there were no customers on their phones being loud, which is exactly what us ladies need ! A place to come to for relaxing!

I got my lashes lifted and she did an amazing job, very quick too.I got a pedicure and builder ballerina French tip nails and they are the best nails and toes I’ve ever had done in my entire life. I’ve been doing my nails twice a month for over 20 years and these guys are on a new level of amazing!!! I wish I lived in Dubai so I could go there everytime! The service here is insanely good!!!

The technician had an attitude since the first minute till the last minute. She hurt my nails and when I told her she is hurting me she did not care. She also told me faster faster! when I was switching my hands. Terrible experience especially thinking about the money I have paid! Never visiting this saloon again

The makeup artist is good , the hairstylist as well but they let you until you finish and they add 100 AED on price you were supposed to pay in the beginning and that’s not professional

Absolutely overpriced and I would say stingy. Hair toning for thin hair medium length 650 aed WITHOUT blow dry. No products used explanation as well. Basic, loads of better places with adequate price list. Parking and location inconvenient and time consuming.

If you have an IMPORTANT event, DO NOT GO to this salon. They ruined my wedding, by refusing to do my wedding make up, literally 2 days before the event. I had doubts if I should use this salon, so I booked for a trial, management assured me that they guarantee 100% satisfaction and that the make up stylist is amazing. I have it all documented in our WhatsApp chat. I did the trial, paid 1250 AED for it and after 2 hours inside the mall my foundation expired, oil went through the foundation and make up got ruined, photos attached. For my request to the salon, what they can recommend as a solution for the wedding day, they said: “You can find another make up artist”. They only agreed to refund half and never refunded the 600 AED, never apologized, never gave any recommendation, that worked, and ignored my complaints completely. I don’t understand why they charge me for a trial at all, if they refused to to my actual wedding make up, leaving me with no option, but booking a make up artist who was literally 9 times more expensive than them. This is so unprofessional and they caused me severe stress just hours before biggest day of my life, and they don’t care.For the hair the artists couldn’t do what I was looking for and she said, that is actually not professional in hair and I better find actual hair stylist, I was shocked with this kind of reaction, as salon management were swearing their artist can do both hair and make up and she is amazing, turns out it’s just a lie to get money out and never deliver the actual service.This caused me so much stress, that until now I see nightmares that I have my wedding started and guests waiting and I have no make up on and no sign of makeup artist, very TRAUMATIC experience.

Worst experience in Dubai and worst make up , manicure and hair blow I have had. They have also over charged and I had to redo my make up, and hair for myself and two of my guests.

I came to this salon with high expectations, mostly because I was wowed with their Instagram page.I spend a little over 10 hours in the salon and spent 4600AED. Work at a very slow pace and not because of thorough work.Problems I’ve had:- they recommend a hair treatment without saying it is 800AED.- half head foils for 1600AED - that is insane.- extensions was inserted in a clumsy way. It is crooked and aligned. The first time someone doesn’t part my hair and insert it row by row but rather puts in everything on the right side, then everything on the left side and then the center - now it doesn’t match and isn’t aligned. The one side is higher up and therefor visible when I wear my hair loose, more than the other side.The bill was a shock but I expected to have at least decent looking hair for this price. Never ever again. Don’t waste your time or money at this salon, move on

I was on hair treatment... if you can call it that, of course, the condition of my hair only worsened. Firstly, a comb that is long overdue for replacement (the teeth are broken), although it is a tangle teezer, with such teeth it is terrible. A hairdryer of a completely unknown brand, the master dried my blonde hair at the highest temperatures)) The master did not use any leave in, not even any thermal protection... When I asked when she planned to apply at least thermal protection, she sprayed silk parfume 3 times (hair length to the middle of the back ). Anyone who understands will understand that this is simply terrible. This is still okay, but throughout the entire procedure the master snapped and tried to hurt my hair in every possible way, and then even offered to darken my hair to my color..

I like this salon because it is located in the very center of Dubai. Very good location, but the most important advantage is that the salon is pet-friendly, which is important to me. I like the quality of everything and the staff is friendly. The price is a little high, so my rating is 4.

I had eyelash extensions at this salon. The service, the work done, the atmosphere, I’m very pleased with everything. Ive been wearing eyelashes for three weeks now, which is very rare for Dubai. Fast, high quality and comfortable. I recommend visiting!

I absolutely adore this salon. Im a regular for hair coloring, and Vera is hands down my favorite stylist. Shes incredibly professional and attentive, with a true knack for hair care. Her expertise truly shines through – my hair always looks fantastic after her magical touch.Administrator Nastya - Miss Smile and care. There would be such administrators in all salons, and the service would be at the same level everywhere.Always knows when and what to ask. He will take beautiful photos, record and transfer the recording. ♥️♥️♥️

+ excellent location and prices, good manicurists (haven’t tried the rest)- an administrator who does not know how to deal with conflict situations:1/ a glass with a double bottom broke and I almost drank the glass while I was pregnant - I was terribly scared, was there any “apology” from the salon? no, and they spent 10 minutes proving to me that nothing bad happened2/ I wanted to pay with a Union Pay card, but in fact it turned out that they do not accept them. They also cannot offer options for solving the situation. Do what you want. And I am a regular customer who comes twice a month :)3/ I make an appointment a week in advance for the desired day and time with a specific specialist. I arrive on time. After 15 minutes of waiting, I am told that I will have to wait another 45 minutes because the previous client had a “difficult job.” Among the possible solutions: you can wait for the specified time (almost an hour!) or come after 8 hours, there is also time there.Apology from the project - 20% discount

I had a haircut and complex coloring today, very cool stylists and very responsive administrators, they fed me, gave me something to drink, and most importantly, they did what I wanted. Even though I am a very picky client “who doesn’t know how to correctly explain what I need,” not only did they understand me, but they also did everything even better than I wanted.
