I recently visited here , and I am beyond impressed with the service! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel welcome. The salon’s ambiance is elegant, clean, and relaxing—perfect for unwinding while getting pampered. The hair stylist Mrs Sunitha, truly exceeded my expectations. They took the time to listen to my ideas and provided expert advice, which led to a stunning result.In addition the lady did a high quality pedicure . I will definitely be returning.

Bad service . Had been for manicure and gel nails . The nail colour came off within a week easily still the lady who manages the salon was least bothered when raised a concern .She is the laziest among all and doesnt want to face the clients who arent happy with the services . Instead she is asking extra to get it done again.Not recommended at all.

Excellent service. Thanking all the staffs of nia fathima beauty salon especially Mrs.sunitha for such a wonderful customer service. Today I went to their salon in karama near Nesto to do keratin and hair colour. For this,i spend about 5 hrs in the salon,all staffs are very friendly and for me, it was really a good experience and also the staff are very hardworking and I really appreciate their duty. Also wishing all of them who are part of that a very good luck. I am also suggesting this salon to all.will surely visit during my next time for my hair and skin.

No stars...Very poor service. I went for smoothening my hair, That hair stylist lady did my hair very badly. my hair didnt go perfectly and it turn more worst. after that, I called and reported the issue. Then the lady called me and told me my hair was not good, because of that it happened, and complaining about my old hairstyle. and she has very rude behavior

I got a nose piercing here and the lady rushed me from the moment I got in. I think she used an already open stud piece and didnt use any precautions, just anaesthesia. The stud was also fastened extremely tight and now the piecing is swollen and red, and theres clotted blood around it. Its only been 2 days and I have an infection and need to pay to see this doctor.I would advise finding another place.

Very happy with their services.. I felt a friendly behaviour from the staffs. Really satisfied.

The worst service I have ever experienced. Firstly, the entire salon smells like cigarette smoke. Secondly, the protein results are very poor and the hair is as it is. Thirdly, there are cockroaches everywhere and lastly, there is no apology to the customer, so they will block you 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
