I’m always impressed with the excellent service at this salon! I recently had a haircut here, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The stylist really understood what I wanted and made sure I left feeling confident and refreshed.I’ve been a regular customer for some time now, and I usually come here for manicure and pedicure gel polish as well. The staff is always friendly, professional, and pays attention to the little details specially Rose who always greet me in a friendly manner way and assist on what I always need, Diane and Clarissa who always make my nails stunning and of courser very clean and Seven who did my husbdand’s hair cut all the time. I have been visiting this saloon for last 3 years, I have always received good service, prices are reasonable too. Good for hair keratin/ rebonding. And their foot spa is a must! I feel like I am walking on pillows after the amazing foot-spa treatment. The saloon is extremely clean and I have know the staff for a few years now, always professional and smiling.

Was an amazing experience having Ms Lisa do my nails, so gentle and professional. Please avoid giving clients to someone just trying out luck cus i was irritated before a professional was sent to my rescue. recommended

This beauty salon doesn’t even have basic colors like black, white, and nude. The lady at the counter was uninterested in customer experience. My nails werent properly filled, and nail polish coats were applied without letting the first coat dry. I wasted my time and money here. I would never recommend this salon.

Came to them to do the balage highlight especially, I even showed to photo of they will copy they said okay, but after they do it the result is so bad Im not happy, left photo the one I showed to do it on my hair then the right photo this is the outcome after they do it..its very sad I will not come back nor yet will not recommend that salon 😩

Very poor service! 🤢I did a rebonding keratin and as they told me it’s included with cellophane. But all was rushed and only 2 times they apply for a medicine to my hair. All of the staff have different reasons. The moment you complain, they can’t give you the exact reason. I asked to the front desk to give me a coffee or water. She told me after her service from other client. But then, nothing. She will ignore you exactly🤪The hairdresser is Chinese. He can’t speak English well it’s understandable. But going outside and smoking and touched my hair is a full of disrespectful. I can smell him from his shirt and breath🤮For the 2nd apply of a medicine they never wash! I asked them to wash cause it’s too sticky and I can’t go outside like this but they will tell you it’s their process of kera bonding.Hell no! It’s not my first time to do the kerabonding! 🤨I love giving tips to people who deserve.I paid 320 exact for my service but this salon never deserve any plus.First time and not recommended!A big nightmare for y’all girls. I took package for 100 with 13 services. It all started with a bad hair wash and then for a haircut which was included in the package was never done as the hair stylist were attending other customers and made me wait 2 hours. So after waiting I requested the Chinese lady said she cant give me my change. Disgusted with their service. First u beg on the street to take service and then u tell me I have to wait or no money back.

I recently visited this beauty salon for a variety of services, including a haircut, underarm waxing, cellophane treatment, foot spa, and pedicure. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, I have to say I was a bit underwhelmed with the quality of the services.The haircut was just okay. I had requested a specific style, but it didnt quite turn out the way I wanted it to. I also noticed that it wasnt perfectly even.The underarm waxing was a bit painful, but thats to be expected. However, I did notice that it wasnt done quite as thoroughly as Ive experienced at other salons.The cellophane treatment didnt seem to make much of a difference to my hair. I was hoping for a bit more shine and vibrancy, but it didnt deliver.The foot spa and pedicure were relaxing, but I noticed that the polish on my toes started to chip after just a few days.Overall, while the staff was friendly, I dont think Ill be returning for these specific services. However, I may consider trying out some of their other services in the future.

I wish I could give more than negative star. It was really disappointing experience and a nightmare to my hair in this salon. As a woman all we wanted is to be beautiful especially to our hair but in my experience with this salon is the worst ever. The one who did my hair is the owner it self but her service and the way she treat her customer is the worst! It was so disappointing in all matters. I would not really recommend to anyone this salon.

Deserve a zero star. They previously giving a good quality of service and using good quality products. Theyve been rebonding my hair once a year for three years and I am happy with the outcome, till this mid of November. . . I went there for my regular hair rebonding then after 3 days I washed my hair and the result was disappointing. Returned for a retouch, then wash after 1 day. Still disappointed with the result. My hair became dry, weak and damage.

I want to complain regarding my hair as i cane in Nice smile salon in al rigga same building of New era supermarket..i came to the salon for them to fixed my hair as my hair is a bit wavy thats it and rather that that my hair is ok soft and shiny..then i ask them if they can do the botox for my hair coz i have a colored hair so my hair will not damage..the staff said we can do the botox on ur hair so it will get shinier and will be more soft so i said ok lets do it,,when everything is dine they told me to wash my hair after 3 days..so 3 days is fast i wash my hair then whild washing my hair my hair is falling down a lot..i got scared i took a picture in the toilet bowl as im trowing my hair in the toilet bowl..massive hair ive lost..then i let my hair dried with my fan..once dried my hair was badly burned and super dry..i am not recommending u guys to go to this salon as i dont know which brand they were using ..lesson learned better to go to expensive salon rather going to cheaper one and this will happen..

I went there last week. The salon is very dirty and the tools they use are not clean and fresh at all. No customer service skills at all. You cannot relax there. They totally spoiled my gelish mani pedi. Gel did not dry well and became sticky! I had to go and fix myself with another parlour. Threading was so hard that ripped my skin. Hair color was a mess!Please do not go there and waste your money!!!This place robs your money and does not do an honest work! Please do not go there!!

I went to nice smile beauty saloon for waxing and Gelish manicure and they suggested me to take foot spa and pedicure I agreed to them but I am so disappointed with the service which they give me for foot spa and pedicure, that lady finished it within 10 mins and didn’t even cut the nails properly. Such a waste of money and time. I didn’t even take the packages , I paid full amount but still she didn’t do her job properly

Its my first time in this salon. I could say that its very bad. Though its only haircut, it should be done nicely but its not. Waste of time and waste of money. The lady seems not in the mood to do her job. My god, i will not go back to that salon ever.

Had my hair Keratin, outcome is very bad my hair is still wavy I’ve been there for a retouch however the outcome is still the same. I message them that I am not happy with the outcome for the second time but no one replied. Supposed to have my hair cut as part of the package but no one could do the hair cutting as the person knows is not on duty. They should informed me when I could come for the hair cut.

I wish I can give minus 10 stars to this place as its a nightmare for meI was doing my keratin from last 3 years inThis saloon as there was a Filipino lady doing it very perfectly and I never had problem with the dirty stuff as I was getting good service but today I found all the workers left the salon and with in 10 minutes I got the reason as the lady called herself owner is having some serious mental issues she doesnt want to work nicely and she is so non professional she put all the treatment in my scalp and doesnt want to do proper blow dry and iron u wasted my money and time and in my I hope not to see this place and this lady ever life again as her attitude is unbearable

I had my hair keratined but unfortunately the outcome was terrible. I went there to show how bad is the quality and kindly ask for an option but they just gave me such nonsense answer and alibis.

Good for keratin only, very bad for coloring hait, rest a disaster. Very dirty place to do nails , & overpriced for hair as the place is not fancy at all.
