I’ve done lots of research in Dubai to find a place that I can trust blindly. As I’ve never done a drastic hair color change before but my gut feeling was exactly right… Nicolas beauty salon was the place to trust. The service is immaculate starting with the ladies at the reception, to the cleanness of the shop, to the support and care I got from the team. And most importantly George Najm is a great professional with an eye for details and care for the costumers hair.Much appreciated

Almost 3 hours to do hands and feet with two people! pedicure without removing hard parts but only scratched! in the end I had to insist on putting polish on the nail polish because for them it shouldnt be put on and the color would have remained opaque! unpleasant because I didnt understand their English, too bad that I speak Italian, German and a little English and French, they dont! too bad that I have a degree and they dont! too bad that I am a manager and they do my manicure and pedicure! so I would say humility and kindness always and above all if you dont know how to do your job its not my problem but yours since I had to explain it to you! thanks anyway, I would never come again, Dubai is full of better places and Im only sorry that I trusted one of your customers who recommended it to me... Ill tell them.

Today i visited Nicholas Salon, and I’m so happy with the results. Last time, I got a balayage, and it looked amazing , the color was perfect. Today, I came back for a haircut and got a cascade. Mohamad Tabet was my stylist, and he did a great job He was very careful, listened to me, and made sure everything was perfect. I’m really happy with the service and recommend the salon

I am visiting the salon on a frequent basis for blow dry by Moni and he is amazing! My hair is long, quite unruly and difficult to manage but there was not a single time when I was unhappy with a result - always great volume and perfect waves. Also, the reception team, as well as the team of assistants are always nice, smiling and ready to help. Highly recommended!

This is a reply to nicolas salons response .Dear Nicolas Salon Team,Thank you for your response, though I must say it further highlights the disappointing experience I had with your establishment.First and foremost, I traveled and arrived well within the time I was advised over the phone, yet was treated with an attitude that suggested I was an inconvenience. While I understand the need for staff to complete their duties before closing, it is equally important to provide clear communication and ensure customers are valued—not turned away with a dismissive attitude. Telling me to reschedule after making the effort to come is not only unprofessional but also a waste of my time and resources.The staff should have clearly mentioned that a consultation wouldn’t be converted to any service post 7:50pm.Your mention of “hostility” from my end is quite surprising. Expressing dissatisfaction when receiving poor service is not hostility; it’s an expectation for better standards—something that should be a priority in any customer-oriented business.As for your decision not to accept future appointments, thank you for the heads-up, though it is hardly a loss. Dubai is full of reputable salons that value their clients, respect their time, and would be more than willing to offer excellent service without an attitude.Lastly, a special thanks to your receptionist for her kindness. For the best blow out ask for Tabet! My hair isn’t the greatest condition and curly so very hard to blow dry but he managed to give me a magazine looking blow dry.He also is great for colour he advised on the appropriate colour products for the texture of my hair and brought my hair back to life with special treatments.

I asked for a hairdresser who knows curly hair well for a haircut. But clearly he didnt know curly hair well and there is a disconnect between my layers after the haircut. After it became dry, i clearly saw it. The hairdresser told me not to dry it too much at the salon so if i did, i would have spotted there. I do NOT recommmend this place for curly hair at all.

I visited Nicolas 2 months back when a salon in Barsha 2 running a hair colour promotion royally messed up my hair and coloured it Ash gray inspite of me showing a copper brown colour and werent ready to accept it. I researched for hair dressers with good genuine reviews from word of mouth and found HAMZA at Nicolas salon. He was a savior that time, he toned the horrible ash+bleached toned and neutralised it as much was possible that time and asked to come after 1 month because he suggested not to be aggressive as there was serious hair damage. Today, after 1 month I went agIn and got a beautiful chocolate brown colour toner done and love the shade. I highly and genuinely recommend Hamza.

Mohammad Tabet did a lovely job giving my hair some life back ☺️He gave me advice also on what i initially wanted so it was nice to be advised away from something that would have not suited me :,)He gave me veryyy nice layers that i desperately needed so im super happy with the results and would definitely come back again ❣️I put a before and after so you guys can see ^-^

A hair salon that asks for a deposit when you want to take appointment for hair highlights?? I thought I was doing my hair, not buying a house. If we want to do our hair, we want to do our hair whether we make it to an appointment or reschedule. If I have an emergency and cant make it then be understanding not take my money! I will eventually reschedule. Shame, thats very bad customer service, there are a hundred salons in Dubai, this is the first one I hear asking for a deposit. They want to make money out of every opportunity.

Had a wonderful experience at the salon. My hair is very long and difficult to style, so I was a little bit shaky to go for the hair cut but Hamza was wonderful. Hamza was took a look at the styles I was looking at and recommended the best cut for my hair type. I also had a great experience with Mike, he styled my hair wonderfully and ensured I get the result I wanted.Very friendly staff too. I had my 3 year old daughter with me and they were very nice and playful with her.

Getting my hair or nails done here is always such a wonderful experience. Cezar is incredible with hair and I always walk out feeling like a million bucks. Moni is also amazing for blow dries. CJ also did a wonderful job fixing my roots. The girls who do nails are also amazing. They put a great effort into doing a top quality job and their friendly attitude makes it fun to sit there with them. Even the reception and support staff are always so kind and warm. Today I was the last client and made them stay later than they usually do because I added on services and they were SO kind and accommodating and I am grateful for this level of care.

Im a loyal customer of Patrick (whom I highly recommend) and I love the quality of the service and the availability, even at the last minute. Its expensive but worth itHowever, I think its a shame that loyal customers arent rewarded or that there isnt at least a special offer for birthdays ... once a year doesnt have a huge business impact, something that other salons offer.

Missed this so much when I lived in Germany, then London both dont measure up to this amazing service. Worth every penny.

The salon is neat and nice, the staff were amazing and polite. The experience with the nail dipping wasn’t that great. It only lasted for 2 days and started cracking and chipping within the third day it was all gone. I won’t try the nail dipping again but am quite positive that the salon is good in different areas (hair etc)

Rami did an amazing job with my hair. He’s so knowledgeable. He cut and blow dried my hair and recommended at home care to mitigate the bleach damage caused by another hairdresser.

Not worth the money . Don’t get misled by positive reviews on this salon . Decided to visit this salon hoping for a nice hairstyle… the “master “ washed my hair , blow dried it , and said - done . Charged me 500 for it , for something I could have done at home myself , no volume , no shape , nothing , and why I complained to him that I don’t like - he rudely said that he can’t do anything from my hair and what else did I expect. Well .. when you go to a salon - you expect at least the master to give some volume and make it nice and not just give me a hair wash and dry it and then say that there is nothing else he can do .Horrible experience- ruined my special day . Will not recommend this salon to anybody.

After reviewing the salons responses to negative online reviews, its clear where the poor customer service originates! I booked an appointment for a simple toner specifically with Samer from 3 weeks ago, I reached a bit early and was told to take a sit in the waiting area. A lady came in after me and Samer took her in immediately! After a while I told the receptionist that I can’t wait anymore and she said he is busy and his work takes time, she then offered me to do the service with another person! I mean I’m not sure how things work in this salon is it by appointment or simply if they don’t like someone face they can pick and choose who to give service to! Anyways I definitely didn’t have a good experience in this place, I believe while skill is important, good manners and attitude are paramount in customer service.

Wherever I go in the world no one does hair quite like the stylists at Nicolas Beauty Salon. Believe me I’ve tried and it doesn’t exist!!!! I get many comments on my colour/balayage and these are the only blow drys that don’t make my hair fuzzy. Even when blowdried with natural waves you still feel like a Goddess!

Just dropped my partner off for a hair appointment. Just walked in and was going to order myself a manicure and pedicure too but was told I wasn’t allowed to be in the salon for even 1 minute (I assumed I’d be afforded at least a minute to order a service) and was driven out.Update (response to Nicolas Salon):I’d have totally understood if it was a female only salon if I had been advised as such. Instead I was told I’d be able to order a service whilst I waited for my partner, and was offered the pricing list to choose a service. I was still holding the pricing list in my hand, which was provided by your staff, when I was suddenly driven out.

The whole team at Salon Nicolas are excellent. Ive had my fair share of hairdressers in Dubai and this is the only hair dresser im loyal to. I went from Abu Dhabi to Dubai specifically to get my haircut by him. When I explained what I wanted he completely understood each detail and after he was done, I was speechless! Unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. I paid 1600aed and wasted 3 and ahalf hours of my time. The stylist gave me the hair colour I said I didn’t want, communication was poor and the process of what he could and could not do was not explained properly, he seemed distracted during the appointment. Over rated, Wouldn’t recommend.

The service was mediocre at best. The stylist could barely communicate in english to answer my concern or give suggestions. The cut was not at all suited to my hair type and made it all poofy. Tried to explain that to the hair dresser but we couldnt communicate. After the hair cut, i was left with hair bits all over my face and clothes which he didnt even bother to clean. It was one of those experiences that leaves you searching for another hair dresser to fix up the mess that youre left with and wait for month so that your hair can outgrow this disaster. Disappointed.

I love Nicolas Saloon, it is amazing! Ceaser has been my guy for about 6 years now and I always come out feeling and looking so beautiful because of him! Nicolas was very kind in squeezing me into his busy schedule when I had a hair emergency. I was fortunate enough that he had a Miracle hair product that could remove the toner and darkness from my hair. I only wish I could remember the name of the kerastase product he used! I have also retuned to the salon for styling with Simone who is great.

They couldn’t give me the desired shade feels like the 1600 aed went down the drain. Safo did my hair first and they turned orange. I’m unable to comment back on the post. Then Safo had left, did toner with patrick, he says ull have to wait for few months, he doesn’t know how much safo lifted the hair and why ashy beige tone didn’t come.

Hit or miss. You may get a good haircut there on occasion but they are inconsistent. The last haircut I had with Safo he seemed rushed and as a result the haircut is choppy and unblended. When I raised this at the end of the cut, he said it looked fine and moved on to the next client. Additionally, there are limited parking spots out in front of the salon, if you manage to get one it is quite convenient but if you don’t, the parking lot behind the building is difficult to get in and out of, especially if you have a big car because the ramps are very narrow.

Went in to get a balayage and George did an amazing job, Exactly what I asked for.The staff was very friendly & professional too.Definitely recommend this salon.
