Hi... I took service of gold facial here which was superb. The girl who did facial was professional and with soft hand she massage it so well. I was very happy with the results as well. I m recommending this salon as I got good results.thank you Nikkis beauty salon. 👍❤️

Keratin- 0Alright, so after reading all the positive reviews, I decided to visit Nikkis salon for the first time to get Keratin treatment and highlights.My highlights were done first, and then the following day I had keratin. After a day or two, my front hair began to look like dried grass. I called and told them,  their response-Madam, I told your hair was dry. Thats why its not completely smooth. They said, You please come to salon we will do hair wash and check. I went to the salon the same day she did hair wash, and after blow drying and everything it was the same, the hairdresser said, Madam, I told your hair was dry.I remarked, But this doesnt look smooth; it looks frizzy or damaged. But my hair continues to be blamed by both hairdressers.I want to make it clear to them that the reason a customer comes to your salon for any kind of treatment is that they do not have it properly, and it is your responsibility for fixing that. Additionally, before doing any hair-related procedure, you have to understand the clients hair type and what color, treatment would work best for them. These are really basic concepts that you should be aware of.Because other hairdressers make sure all these things before doing any treatment  and discuss the benefits and drawbacks prior to beginning the treatment rather than after it has been completed.

I had such an amazing experience at this salon! From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was so welcoming and positive. Despite booking at the last minute, they accommodated me without any hassle. Jass and Nikki were both incredible – they made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. Nikki absolutely nailed my hairstyle, while Jass completely killed my eye makeup look! Both were beyond talented. I drove all the way from Abu Dhabi, and it was totally worth it. Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for top-notch service!

I am writing this review after almost 20 day. So I did meni pedi and haircut. It was my first visit. The service they provided for 100 aed for meni and pedi was very basic and not at all relaxing the 2 girls doing my service was chatting to eachother. No hygiene was maintained and worst of all she pulled and literally carved my toenails so harshly it was swollen after 2 hrs and even after almost 20 day its still painful. They lack skill, professionalism. Haircut was decent. But i feel i have lost volume i hve very thick hair but now its looking very thin and flat. Overall not value for money and they need to improve on cleanliness and equipments.

Such a happy place to visit for grooming. Very friendly staff, they listen to our priorities and will do the needful.

Nikki’s is the best beauty salon in the area, with the services being significantly better than the others. But the best thing about them is their staff who are not only very good at their work but also go to great lengths to make you feel at home while you’re there. Preeti and Neha are always very nice to interact with. And Preeti’s facials are very good.

I got my gel nails done from this salon for an event and their service satisfied the kind of idea I had in mind for my nails. Really kind staff and the overall hospitality is welcoming. The only suggestion is that there should be a larger variety of nail designs they can do

Jasleen is one of the best hair dresser❤️ . She is very good at her work and very talented. If you want to do any hair work do contact her !!

In Dubai , discovery gardens, NIKKIS is the only place I would choose to visit all the time, I want to pamper myself… All the ladies there are very friendly and especially Neha and Preeti make me feel at ease while getting my waxing and threading done😍 … also Jasleen the hairstylist is amazing at her work 🥰.

I happen to randomly pick up their salon while I was standing clueless in middle of the area which was surrounded by salons and I am happy, I picked Nikkis salon. I have been visiting Nikki’s from quite sometime now and i absolutely adore owner Ambika as she is always the perfect host. Her smiling face is always welcoming 😊.Last time i had a facial which was done by Preeti and seriously its the best relaxation i had.She has swift hands and did a brilliant job .Preeti knows her work very well and is excellent in it..i was stress free after the session.

Ive been to Nikkis Beauty Salon several times now, and each visit has left me beyond satisfied! The beauticians here are not only incredibly skilled and professional but also super friendly. Neha expertly recommended a gelish manicure that suited me perfectly, with no discomfort or pain during the process. Preety took care of my waxing and pedicure, and I couldnt have asked for better results. Jas is a hair wizard, offering great advice on hair nourishment as well as colour that not only look good but are also great for your hair. And Khushboos massage was absolutely fantastic! One thing I really appreciated was the serene atmosphere during massages, allowing for complete relaxation. My experience here was exceptional, and I wish more salons understood the importance of catering to their clients needs like Nikkis does. After years of disappointment elsewhere, I only wish I had discovered Nikkis sooner. I cant recommend this salon highly enough for an all-around amazing experience!

I love how the staff do their work and I am very satisfied. Will definitely go back again and again. Would also mention Siju who is really nice and friendly. Enjoyed my time and appreciated her efforts for me. Loved the gelish mani (matte) & pedi in which she chose the color and designs for me.

Its my 3rd time at Nikis.I had a classic pedicure and a gelish manicure.I only wanted to do some glitters but Siju asked me to pick a base color and she offered to do the design.

Had a wonderful experience at the salon! Jaz did the hair wash and colour and she did it so well, she handled my hair with care and took her time in making sure its done well. I was so happy with how she didnt do anything with force or roughly, but did it slowly and left my hair feeling soft and shiny ! Khushboo did my facial and it was done so nicely, left with a glowing face ! Neha did my pedicure and she did it very well and the polish was applied neatly and looks pretty! Overall a very very good salon for the price and the staff really care about their customers and their experience!

I had the pleasure of getting my hair colored by Jasleen, and I couldnt be happier with the results! She is an absolute wizard with hair color, and her attention to detail is truly impressive. Id been looking for a good salon in Discovery Gardens since a long time. Chanced upon Nikkis and theres no going anywhere else for me now. Ambica and her team spoil you with their friendliness, expertise and customer centric approach. They know their work well and its obvious in the end result of their services.So far, have gotten a cut and colour done from Jasleen. Shes done a great job on both.Neha, who Ive had a pedicure and a facial done from, has magic in her hands. Her massage seems to melt stress away.Would highly recommend Nikkis, if youre looking for an affordable and a good salon in this part of town. The 5* are truly deserved !

I visited first time for waxing, the product they use for waxing was horrible they dont check the temperature of the wax before application. I got burnt twice from the same person. I was screaming out of pain and all they had to say sorry. Plus I even got burn marks. Thier product was so horrible that after waxing the wax still stays over the body even after oiling or washing with soap. I wont recommend this salon to anyone.

I have been going to Nikki’s saloon for a while now. They offer an excellent service, Neha is very professional in her work, All the staff members are very friendly.

Went for mehandi after taking appointment. On reaching she said it’s only on walk-ins basis. I said that should have been communicated so we would have come accordingly. It was clearly their own miscommunication but we were told that we are lying. The owner was so rude. The staff had even written on the register about my appointment at 7:30pm. I was trying this place for the first time. Will never go there ever again. We went to another salon just after exactly opposite to theirs and got our Mehandi done from there.

I got the best service at Nikki’s Salon. Neha was very considerate and her waxing technique is so amazing and unlike anything I’ve ever had done before. Janvi did the best facial and mani-pedi. It was very relaxing and my skin feels 10x better. I totally recommend Nikki’s Salon to my friends and family.

I always have a very good experience at Nikkis Salon. My one stop destination for Hair cut, Hair colour, Hair keratin, manicure pedicure, facial and other services.Ambica, the owner is very kind, polite and honest with her suggestions. The staff Jasleen, neha and other are very good at their work. For Hair cuts the staff girls are always cautious and takes extra care about the hair length and the hair cut. This is the friendliest salon I have been to. The people there seem genuinely happy, like one big happy family. The customer cant but feel at home and at ease there. They are committed to genuine hair care. More than making a quick buck. I was about to pay for an expensive procedure, but when I casually mentioned I am headed to maldives, the owner Ambica advised me to wait till I got back to do it. Lest the salt and other elements of the ocean water undo the work. Appreciate the thoughtfulness. Khushboo who did my hair was a wonderful warm person. 5/5.

Pathetic service with an arrogant owner. We went for Mehndi and there was a miscommunication from her staff who told us this was appt basis whereas it was walk-in. The owner was rude, misbehaved with us and argued saying we lied about booking. Highly unprofessional, screaming in the middle of the salon and refusing to listen to reason. Never go here if you want to avoid being humiliated, that too by the owner.

Disappointing, went for a hair cut for my daughter and myself almost two months back but writing now as i couldn’t hold back any further. Staff do not listen to what u want rather give what they want to, that’s the hair cut I had, not very groomed in speaking.In spite of asking for layers the lady was so pushy n gave me a flat cut which isn’t even evenly done. My daughters hair was also cut so short n uneven.I wouldn’t recommend and definitely would never go back to them.

Went here for eyebrow threading + hot oil. Went here seeing the good reviews from Google but disappointed AF. The ladies were too interested in chit-chatting than getting the services done for their client. To top it off, treating each customer as you please is very unprofessional when the payment remains the same for all. Left here feeling bad for the way their staff spoke about my hair and eyebrows. You dont know what someones going through physically. Walked in here to feel relaxed after a bad day and I guess thats a choice Ill never make again. To revisit or to recommend.

As a first timer at Nikki’s Beauty salon, I must say the experience was a pleasant one and the ambience is lovely too. Staff are really warm i.e Kiran, Shijo, Khushboo and Angie.Kiran did my protein treatment and is someone who is confident about her work. I also had a haircut with her and she did exactly what I showed her from a picture. Apart from her passion and detailed work with which she did my hair treatment, she is an amazing person and happily answers queries related to the treatment provided. I highly recommend her fur hair plus prices are affordable.Shijo did my manicure, pedicure, eyebrows and pleased with her work too. Infact I smudged a nail while using my phone and she happily did it up again for me by applying another coat.Khushboo washed and dried my hair and patient answered my queries on their price list.This is a place I highly recommend if you have not visited before. I walked in with a bunch of messy hair, and I walked out looking like a whole different person. These amazing ladies surely know what theyre doing, tell them what and how you want it, they would give you their expert recommendation, and they do magic. And honestly I also like the atmosphere.. I usually dont like going to salons cos of prying chitchats specially as a first time customer.. but the ladies there are very professional, made me feel relaxed with just the right amount of friendly and honest conversation. I would say its awesome , I have been trying many salon in Dubai , visited to Jlt,marina , and even in discovery gardens as well , but now I dont need to go anywhere , I got my point..the staff is very courteous,polite and humble. I had experience with Angelina , shes very nice and of course awesome and intelligent in her work ..she did a superb facial and her way of doing massage on face is very relaxing . So overall , the services are too good over there ,especially cleanliness , hyginene, customer satisfaction they take care of all these factors ..I will definitely recommend this salon and last but not the least the owner is very nice and polite in nature, thanks for great services and keep it up Nikkis salon !! I did my hair treatment at Nikkis recently . Ms.Kiran is expert in suggesting which treatment suits our hair and does her job professionally!! Environment is really good and staff are friendly too.. Being a first time visitor, I really liked their service and I will surely go back to avail their service in future !!

My experience was great as the staff, esp. Ms. Kiran was so accommodating and understanding, she did the hair color and styling and I loved it instantly. Unfortunately my family didn’t like it so I requested them to change it and to my surprise, they immediately responded positively asking me to visit again and get the change done. I wasn’t very comfortable as I don’t like troubling anyone but they treated me with the same warmth and did the whole procedure again to make sure that I get fully satisfied with the new color… to be honest I was ok to pay again for this but they never asked nor expected it. Such behavior is rare specially in a competitive market like in dubai… I give them full marks not just for the great services but also for this positive attitude and respect for customers 👍👍

This parlor gives the best facial ..Ive been living in dubai for nearly 24 yrs and have tried so many salons but this parlor really exceed all expectations the facial experts name is Neha ..Ive also tried haircut as you know we all are very conscious about our haircut but the hair expert jasleen did a superb job ..highly recommended..a little note for the owner Ambica she is very nice humble and professional and takes very good care of her customers.

Bad facial service..Skin is peeling and dried out after the treatment. Aesthetician used too much pressure to remove blackheads around the nose. Even when you’re in pain during the session they don’t bother to take your word to stop it.Ended up with lot of redness and dry peeling skin.End results are not worth the money and horrible pain. Wouldn’t recommend this salon for facial.Not trained to handle sensitive skin. Thumbs down 👎🏻

Ive had protein treatments done in several salons across uae, but the one done at Nikkis is by far the best. All thanks to Kiran and Khusboo. Went on Holi day and the atmosphere was electric and fun and friendly. Will return for other services.

What a place!!! I normally come here when I need pampering and am never disappointed. From welcome smiles to warm goodbyes and everything in between is sheer happiness. Angela is very very good with facials and mani-pedi. I had occasion to get professional party make up done which was fabulous and lasted all night long. Singsing is a magician for hair and Suzie is good with head massage. Absolutely love my monthly trips here.

Highlights for 630 AED --Ive got short hair. In the end, they charged me 315AED for the time and effort they put into it. They basically dyed my hair a different color not once, but twice --when I never requested for my natural hair color to be altered, and it wasnt even uniform. Highlights were pretty much gone when they were done.I thought that given the price, Id get good quality. If I had gotten the highlights I wanted, I wouldve happily paid and even tipped them. But I didnt get what i asked for and they wanted to save face. They tried to gaslight me. As if I hadnt showed them pictures and explained over and over to make sure they understood that I just wanted some highlights.Ive got my hair and the pictures I showed you prior to you touching my hair. I couldve done what you did for 40AED and save 4 hours of my time.Cheers!

I had a long internal debate before I decided to color my long hair. Luckily i came to the right salon! People always compliment my hair highlight. Ive been going to Nikkis for years now. Staff and services are excellent.

I called for an appointment and a lady told me to make it early since they were booked later, so i rescheduled my other program and called them back to confirm as per their timing. This time some other lady picked up and said you have to come earlier. I told her i just rescheduled according to their timing not possible again.. she just rudely said then i cannot adjust as per ur timing either.. wow! Are u really interested in running this salon? Because i dont think its gonna work for u guys in the long run with this attitude towards clients. Never coming to u... thanks !

Poor service, took services like arms waxing, facial, hair trimming and threading. Waxing girl left the back of my arm, facial girl didn’t even knew how to do facial, was also not aware of the service she was giving to me, not clean, also left me un cleaned, finished one hour facial service in 40 min. Trimming and threading was done fairly well. Giving two stars for that only.
