I had an Amazing experience with this salon.Got hair highlighting and facial. My hairdresser was Fathima, she was incredibly polite and very professional. She did an absolutely stunning hair colour process for me. Also for the facial my skin is very sensitive and it was my first time in this salon. So she takes utmost care while applying the products and closely monitor from my side, whether there is any reaction or not. I am so impressed with her works that I will definitely be coming back just because of her. Strongly Recommended….

I got done the vegan protein treatment for my damaged hair. Not to mention, Fatima is very professional and expert at her work. Really satisfied with the service.Bella gave me amazing foot massage.Thanks team NIVA. Keep up work good work.

I found this cute place in JLT, cluster L today with some amazing offers for summers. I got myself a pedicure done and my son a summer haircut. It was done to perfection and quick too. I would say this place has a chill and calm vibe. I loved how detailed and informative the team was and their recommendations was to the point. I also noticed how the work done was so clean and neat. The best part both me and son came out feeling relaxed. Something you don’t find in many salons in Dubai. I would say this place is value for money and worth it.

I generally avoid leaving negative reviews, understanding their impact on small businesses. However, my recent experience at your salon demands attention. During an eyebrow threading session, the staff member, Bella, displayed uncertainty from the start. She barely completed one side of the eyebrow before rushing to the other, prompting me to ask if she was even confident in threading. Shockingly, without any warning, she placed the thread over my eyelid and pulled, cutting my skin. Though the cut was minor, the lack of an apology or acknowledgment was appalling.With her unapologetic attitude, I’m deeply disappointed. My friend has also had similar unpleasant experiences with Bella. She clearly requires more training in both threading technique and customer service. This behavior is unacceptable, and I hope the management takes swift action to prevent further incidents.

Beauty therapist miss Fatema was amazing, I came three times here. She did leg waxing which was painless and very clean. I did facial (express) and I was just soothes my skin. She did every steps of facial very professionally. I am highly recommended as she is good in massage (head. Oil, foot) . I am feeling relaxed after taking all treatments from miss fatema. It was difficult to find such kind of beauty saloon in Dubai specifically JLT area. But they just set and example

My hairdresser: Fatima did such a splendid and careful job on my hair. I have extremely sensitive scalp, and one needs to be very patient to treat my hair, be it colour/ wash/ blowdry/ cut. Fatima was so attentive and careful of my needs, and Im such a happy customer. Amazing new beauty institute in a good place. I really recommend Fatima for the hair and Bella for the nails and eyelashes. They are professional, efficient, fast and very kind. Price is also not too expensive for the high quality !
