My daughter and I use the no more lice service once a year after travelling and as per usual, Roxy and Norma were fantastic yet again. Very thorough, professional, friendly and always make my daughter feel at ease. Recommended to all that want an efficient way to remove lice whilst under the care of professionals.

Janna and Norma were absolutely fantastic in treating my daughter’s hair. She has long and very thick hair and my initial concerns around whether they were able to treat her hair were very quickly dispelled!They were both very professional and clearly knowledgeable. My daughter left the salon very happy and it was an all round excellent experience. I highly recommend their services.

My 2yr old daughter had lice manifestation and she was really struggling; Norma took care of very well and with the treatment my daughter was 100% lice free; Norma was very cordial and playful with my daughter and she handled her with a lot care. She made the entire painful experience in to and a happy one. Good work done by the staff.
I had such a good experience with Roxy, Janna and Alex. We went there to check out if we had lice and they were so professional and forthcoming. They had so much knowledge about their field, gave so many suggestions how to avoid lice and so professional in the way that went through my hair. I can highly recommend it and I will definitely go back for more check ups when I feel it’s the season for it!

Pathetic experience!!!They gave us an appointment for 6PM at their J3 Mall branch. When we arrive its shut.Tried calling them at least 15 times, out of which they picked up once and said we will check and then no responses there after. We kept waiting with our children hoping that someone will arrive but nobody did.PR is no good when the service is poor. Never recommending this place to anybody.
Very professional and PATIENT girl named Norma. I arrived yesterday for a check up and I found out a customer stressing & disrespecting her while she was doing her job just cuz she didnt have more time to treat her. I was very annoyed but that woman who didnt care to talk in a rude way infront of the other people . By my side, very professional, friendly & PATIENT employee who did her job despite the pressure she was suffering. Thanks and I will totally be back if I need to.

No More Lice is in fact worthy of nothing more than a zero. For the eye-watering price they charge for the treatment, you’d expect that A) at the very least, they’d actually remove all the lice and nits and that B) the service would be professional - sadly that couldn’t be further from the truth. I discovered my son had lice while on holiday in the UAE and even though I thought the cost of the treatment was steep, I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of removing the lice myself (something I have experience with) while on holiday. Right off the bat it was near impossible to get an initial appointment. All the phone numbers listed for this company, regardless of the branch, are connected to one mobile phone number and I had to repeatedly call several times throughout the day until I was able to actually reach someone and there’s no option to do that online.We had the first treatment, which was nowhere near as thorough as I had hoped and as you would need to be to get rid of tiny stubborn nits. However as the treatment is supposed to also include a follow up session a week later, I figured if there was anything still there they’d be able to get it then. This is where it starts to go awry.I had booked a follow-up session but in the space of just 3 days, they rescheduled my appointment 3 times without asking me if it even suited me - I would literally just receive a text message saying my appointments had been rescheduled (see text messages below)! The salon is super far from where I was staying and I had to jump through hoops to be able to arrange going there. Every time I called (this alone was unbelievably frustrating as no one would ever pick up!) to enquire about why it was rescheduled and asking them to perhaps consult me before rescheduling as the slots did not suit me at all, I was given attitude and some random excuse every time. First it was someone is sick, then something about the systems and 3rd time no excuse given. They simply could not book me in for a follow-up and I was running out of time as my holiday was coming to an end. This is the point at which I was asked to speak to the owner about my dissatisfaction and when I did, it became clear that their shoddy customer service was top-down.I politely explained to the owner that I was banking on having a follow-up session as it’s included in the price but more importantly because my son’s head was still super itchy and I was certain that not everything was removed (and by the way, this was confirmed when I returned home and treated his hair myself, there were plenty of nits still there!!). I also explained that my appointment kept getting moved without anyone calling to inform or ask me. She very tersely said she would need to investigate and get back to me shortly. Of course, she didn’t. So I called back and politely repeated what I had said the day before. It’s important to note that she was extremely unapologetic, in fact she literally not once said “sorry”, and then proceeded to tell me that the itchiness isn’t necessarily a sign that the lice are still there (it is). She wasn’t at all focused on trying to find a solution for me so I asked for a refund, she said the best she could do is give me a 50% refund to which I said that’s fair. I forwarded to her my account details. Weeks went by and nothing. I messaged her asking her to please process the refund. No response.Then I messaged her once more and instead of apologizing and letting me know whether or not the refund went through, she talks to me in an argumentative tone and tells me she wishes she could write negative reviews about customers when I told her that I would be writing a negative review. She clearly needs business 101 lessons as she hasn’t a clue what a customer-driven business looks like. Instead of apologizing and trying to find a solution, she was more interested in arguing with me.It’s been 3 months now and I STILL don’t have that refund. Please save yourself some time, some money and A LOT of frustration and disappointment and stay away from this place.

They may take care of your lice, but beware of the cockaroaches, they will appear to your despise. When you think everything is going right, you will experience a fright. Located in j3 mall, a very small shop, you may need to crawl to enter.
The worst service I have ever experienced in Dubai .. Very poor and inefficient. You book a follow up appointment and you go but can’t find any appointment booked for you. Horrible
