Still no reply from the management for the horrible service!!!!!**Terrible Service and Incompetent Management**This was by far the worst mani-pedi experience I’ve ever had. The staff didn’t even bother to ask what type of polish I had on, leading to a frustrating and time-wasting process. They were grossly unprepared, with no proper machines for polish removal, and their broken trolley was a joke. The management is absolutely useless—zero support and no accountability for their subpar service. On top of that, they have the audacity to overcharge for such an awful experience. This place is a rip-off and an embarrassment. Save your money and go somewhere else!Update on my nails treatment after 4 days :Broken nails and hallow under the nail from the acetone removal !!! Check pics for this terrible service! I had to book with another professional nail spa and here are the pics of the process that should be done and final result !!!!!!Worse place ever !I ask for a refund immediately!Update after 10 days : still waiting for the refund

I had a 60min full body and 30min facial massage with Patmi. It’s one of the best massage experiences I’ve had. The service was so professional and relaxing and I’ll definitely rebook. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for an in home massage.

I just had an amazing 60-minute Thai massage at home with Made and Putu! They were so kind, professional, and absolutely amazing at what they do. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. As a first time user, they had a beautician to my door within two hours of enquiring. Gillian was absolutely amazing and completely transformed my nails. She took so much care and listened to exactly what I wanted. My nails look amazing and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience.

I booked a treatment with Noora for the first time because of the positive reviews, but my experience was the complete opposite. The service was awful, and within just one day, the gelish on my toe broke off in the middle of my nail.I immediately reached out via WhatsApp to report the issue but received no response. Despite sending multiple follow-up messages and calling several times, I was told they had to escalate the issue to management. However, it seems management is completely uninterested in addressing complaints.What is most frustrating is that when booking an appointment, the team responds instantly, but when it comes to fixing a problem or handling a complaint, they make you wait indefinitely.This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. I expected much better based on the reviews but was deeply disappointed. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who values quality service and proper customer care. I would not give them even 1 star.

I had my lashes done (LVL) by Melody and theyre fantastic. I would definitely recommend. Melody is professional and friendly and always makes me feel at ease.

I always ask for Ceril for my nails and Nimade for my massage and they are just perfect ! Ceril is super good with nails and fast and Nimade will make sure you are super relaxed. I also tried victoria for my pedicure this time and she was also very good . Ask for these names if u ever book u wont regret !

Patmi did an amazing job with my facial! She is very skilled, has attention to detail and makes you super comfortable. She has magical hands and is an amazing person! 10/10 would recommend.

Do not recommend whatsoever the service is horrible not only were they 25 minutes late but my nails looked horrific the polish was horrible and is smudged everywhere looking like a three year old did it and my cuticles were worse than before. Not only this but the technician came with no bucket for the pedicure and after an hour someone dropped it off which is very unprofessional. She proceeded to do my pedicure and the same night i was in a lot of pain and I had a swollen toe. I contacted nooora with images of both my mani and pedi and they proceeded to tell me that the only thing they could do was send a technician to fix it which was a solution that wasn’t suitable for me as i felt that they were unhygienic and didn’t want anyone to comeback. Nooora then told me that my toe isn’t swollen and denied that i was in pain. They told me to wait until they contacted their superior and after multiple hours i did not get a response back. I then contacted them again asking for a different solution or a refund and they proceeded to tell me the same thing. Overall would not recommend at all would give zero stars if possible.

Ive been getting home massages for about 4 months consistently, weekly from Noora, all of the ladies are very veryyy good, specifically Patmi, shes my main lady i absolutely loveeee her joyful energy, her kindness, and most of all she does amazing massages :)

I’ve always struggled to find a good at-home service for my nails, but Nooora has kept their quality consistent and they are perfect for busy bees as they can accommodate last minute bookings. My only recommendation would be to bring the type and level of light they require to ensure the utmost level of quality and attention to detail.

I asked for a deep cleansing treatment and Patmi did a good job and she made sure everything done smoothly and highest level of hygiene was maintained as well. Will definitely recommend her :)

Unfortunately I have to update my review to Very Bad Customer service!!!Although the management efforts to fix the first issue I had Nooora, after six message sessions:- The massage technician was amazing. Mary really knows what she is doing and I was really Really happy with her. I highly recommend her to anyone with back issues.Having said that, the customer service team on the other hand was something I have never come across! Out of the 6 sessions, the technician was on time twice only! Even after complaining many times, they still send her in the wrong time. No respect to my timings, what I am doing or personal space.On my final session, of course sent again in the wrong time, they blamed the technician for not showing up on time! How unprofessional?!I have complained about the stained towels (although they are clean) and about the wheels of the bed. Again, nothing happened.I am angry or annoyed every time I have a session because of all these factors, which defies the whole purpose of a relaxing home experience. Really annoying and unprofessional.Since my review/complaint detailed below, Nooora management reached out to me to understand in details what happened. They worked really hard to rectify the issues I faced and then to make up for it.They gave me the opportunity to try their services again and this time it was EXCELLENT! The service was fantastic. I was happy again. I even booked for message sessions for next coming weeks. The diligent efforts of Nooora management in addressing the issue were truly commendable and clearly reflected in the subsequent service. Im confident that my initial experience was an isolated incident and not indicative of the service and quality.Keep up the good work and thank you.BAD!I booked the service last week and I was never going to book them again but today when I removed the nail polish and really discovered how she butchered my nails, it made me so mad that I had to write this review and let it all out.The service last Saturday was horrible!!!- The lady doing my hands was super rude, aggressive and unprofessional!!!!- She was bad at doing her job, I had to correct the shape so many times. After the last rude encounter, I just wanted her to finish and get out of my house!- She also aggressively demanded I take a picture of the payment confirmation! The company should confirm this to them outside my house. I wonder what she would have done to me if I refused to show her anything!?- Her process was not clean and she had no system- I am baffled by how RUDE she was- The lady handling my feet, while she was Ok she also did not keep a clean area around.Its shocking to me how there are still businesses in Dubai with such poor customer service and then going to homes.

Madusha is the best. Her attention to detail and professionalism is top notch. My hair stays gorgeous for days after service. I do not ever feel like a rush job. Madusha takes her time and makes me feel like pampered. I won’t allow anyone else to style/blow dry my hair in DXB!

Had a 60min Lymphatic Drainage Massage with Nimade, she was very sweet and very professional. The pressure was on point and she pays attention to the details, definitely feeling more relaxed afterwards.

I had the worst pedi with color over my cuticles gelish so it will be there for 3 weeks or so and when I asked for a refund they said it’s not possible. They wasted my time and offered to fix it but within 48h, which obviously didn’t work for me because I was already having a full schedule for Eid holidays.

You have just lost a potential long term client. I contacted you via whatsapp to get an appointment for a maternity massage today. The price on the website is 277 AED and theres 30 AED for first time customers. The CA on whatsapp tells me initially that the price is 314 AED. After I inform her of whats on the website she sends me another quote for 277 undiscounted. I prefer to pay more with a more honest business..

I booked a service and was transferred to WhatsApp for confirmation. The person handling the bot was unprofessional twice, she didn’t update me and ignored messages. If you’re not interested in serving customers, don’t waste our time by offering online booking without proper support Very disappointing.

I had an extremely unprofessional and unpleasant experience with Steph during a foot massage. It was clear she lacked any professional training. She arrived at our home with a grumpy expression, didn’t greet us, and remained silent throughout. When I politely mentioned that she could be more courteous, she responded with a dismissive attitude, saying, This is just how I am. It was by far the worst experience I’ve had.

I did my nails twice. And honestly the products what you use are not good. The last time I did it and I said ok, I’m gonna try again but the last time my nails start broken less than 1 week. It’s so sad because the girls are so cute but the service and quality it’s not nice. And the most bad was that they told me they will “try come” to fix it abs they never come!

Terrible service, I dont recommend them at all! I did acrylic refill 2 times with them and both times it was horrible! It took 3 hours to finish and after one week I need to do it again because its damaged and they dont have customer service to help you! When I told them it took one day to answer me then they said we give you 15% discount which is nothing after one week and I have to pay 400 dirham again !Waste of money and time !!

Unfortunately the service from the customer service team was awful, there was so much miscommunication from their end. They booked an appointment for me without my acknowledgment so the ladies came and had to go which was really awful. Then, another appointment they came extra early, so much more. There was a lot of miscommunication from the woman who said she didn’t want to give me her name, she didn’t even bother to accommodate and had to management skills to resolve which was really just so stressful. I had hair Botox done by Mukta and not only did she do a great job with my hair, she was so accommodating of my young kids and was a pleasure to have as my hair stylist. The home service is so convenient, especially as a Mum, plus its very easy to book and pay.

Very good service. Miss Nova does a great job on mani-pedi. It is very convenient that they come to your home so no time is wasted for a trip to a salon. Also, I think their prices are a little cheaper because of that.

I had a much needed deep cleansing facial and a back massage. Steph was on time, she talked me through the steps of my facial and the massage was fantastic. Will definitely book again.

I‘m so happy. I spontaneously ordered a home service for pedicure. The woman came on time and even little bit earlier. She was very nice and did a super good job. It looks she was a perfectionist. Everything was hygienic and clean. I‘m so happy about my feet and the nails. They look perfect. I got so many times disappointed after pedicure appointments but this cosmetic studio made me happy. I would recommend it to everybody and will book again.
