Unfortunately very bad experience compared with other places, The reception team and doctors show no respect to patients timing , they keep changing their schedule and after the first visit poeple there seems like upset. From my experience this clinic are good for reaching patients in social media only. But in reality they can not handle and treat patients. If you this is your first appointment please go to different places! Unless you don’t care about timing!

This is the worst medical center I have ever visited in my life.If there was less than one star, it would have been the appropriate evaluation for the place.First of all, when you first enter the place, you feel like you are in a market because of the large number of employees who outnumber the customers. Secondly, when they change the agreements concluded over the phone, you feel surrounded by a thousand sales representatives trying to involve you in the largest possible number of services, regardless of the quality and honesty of the service provided.The place is full of negatives that need to be written a lot, but the bottom line is, do not go to this place. They are dishonest and unprofessional people, and there is no system at all.

I recently visited Noor almamzar Medical Center, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout my visit. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained, reflecting their commitment to high standards of care. Not recommended at all 👎!I recently purchased a package from this clinic that included a HydraFacial, DermaPen therapy, and mesotherapy. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results. I didn’t notice any difference in my skin— not even the simplest improvement, such as the removal of blackheads, which I specifically hoped to address.The DermaPen therapy was especially underwhelming. It felt more like a superficial facial massage rather than a proper treatment. There was no anesthesia, no deep injections, and not even the mild redness you’d expect from a genuine microneedling session. It lacked the depth and effectiveness typically associated with this procedure.The picture was taken day after the session!And by the way this is may first time visiting a clinic that let you pay before you even set on the chair!

From my experience with this medical center, I do not advise anyone to deal with them. Bad treatment, poor management organization. The employees are good until you pay them an amount, after which the treatment becomes very bad and uncaring, and the management does not treat them well.

Today I have bad experience in Noor al mamzar clinic I do Hijama I saw they have offer in the social media through Facebook. I enquiry for appointment for Hijama and today I attend the appointment to do the Hijama the Doctor when I meet him Dr Mahmoud he offered me massage and Hijama by himself when I paid and I be inside the room who came to make the massage 🤷🏻‍♂️it’s Philipino who make the Hijama it’s Indian🤷🏻‍♂️ they are a liar is a bullshit. Don’t believe them guys. They give a discount but they give you a different nationality to do the Hijama in professional.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Noor Al Mamzar Clinic. What began as a routine consultation quickly turned into a situation of manipulation and misguidance. After my appointment, I was taken into a room where they strongly insisted that I needed to take their branded Vita Sign vitamins, claiming it was crucial for my health. They even convinced me to double the recommended dosage for three months, which resulted in me spending over 5,000 AED!It’s evident that their primary focus is selling these expensive supplements, rather than genuinely caring for their patients’ well-being. Unfortunately, I trusted their advice, only to realize later that this feels like a deliberate tactic to push unnecessary products. I regret falling for this, and I would advise others to be cautious. This experience left me feeling misled and financially burdened.

I was at Noor Al Mamzar Clinic for dental cleaning and orthodontics, and I also tried a plasma facial session with them, and frankly, the service is beyond excellent! The place is very clean and tidy, and the appliances are modern.I came back the next day for an additional session, and I want to thank Professor Wael for his great interest, from the moment I entered the clinic until the session ended.
