I have been doing my nails with Sharareh at Nooshes beauty saloon For the past 3 months and I couldn’t be happier. The fact that I can sit and not stress about how my nails will turn out when sharareh is working on them is the best feeling. Her work is so clean and she really cares about precision which is something I really care about and appreciate. To top it all off they have the best customer service and everyone there is so sweet ♡

I strongly advise against this place. It’s dirty, unprofessional, and the prices at the counter differ… a total scam with assembly-line service.I went there to get multiple treatments at once, thinking it would be cost-effective given the price. NEVER AGAIN 👎. Here’s my full experience:For eyelash extensions, they made me lie down on a pillow covered in STAINS (see photo). The extensions themselves are a complete disaster—tangled, low-quality, and with gaps. I’m extremely disappointed and will have to remove them (see picture).For the blow-dry, they washed my hair in a sink that was, once again, DIRTY. They soaked all my clothes from the inside during the wash because they don’t have proper towels. On top of that, my hair didn’t smell of any product—just a burnt odor.For the French pedicure, I left with two different sides—one thick, the other thin (see picture). While doing the pedicure, the lady had earphones in, with the sound on. When I asked for an adjustment, she had to call her supervisor because, once again, she didn’t speak the language. The supervisor then said there wasn’t enough time, even though the salon was still open for over an hour.At the counter, the receptionist immediately suggested I pay by card, which I accepted. She handed me the payment device, repeated the good price, and I paid. But as I was leaving, I realized she had added an extra 50 AED to the price.I naïvely went back to tell her there had been a mistake, but she said it wasn’t a mistake—it was their salon’s 10% card fee. At no point did she inform me of this. She could have warned me, and I would have paid cash, but instead, she deliberately pushed for card payment to add the 50 AED.What’s more, I live here and have never had to pay a 10% card fee anywhere else. This is outright theft.In the end, this place isn’t worth it at all. The quality is terrible, and you can find honest, high-quality salons offering similar prices elsewhere.Avoid this place completely.

Great atmosphere, very relaxing.One of the saloons that you really feel the relaxation in.Highly recommend the gel nail polish and hair services.I did my hair with Najmeh she was so lovely and she has magic hands in doing hair styles.Would definitely come back.

I had my nails done at Nooshes Beauty Salon.. Honestly, the staff is very good, especially a girl named Sherry, who did my nails in a style that I liked a lot and exactly as I wanted.. Her work is very professional and the girl is talented. Thank you very much.

Beautiful service. I showed sherry one reference picture and she got it right away. Very gentle and quick. She mastered the shape of my nails so i’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. Gita was very lovely and did my pedicure very neatly!

I did my nails extensions at Nooshes, and i was surprised by the quality of the service and the place wich is very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was nice and polite, specially my technician Rose she was focus on her work and polite she help me and give me advance about what will be nice on my nails. Nice experience !

Disaster nail tech no comments they gave me the appointment i was there on time and then becauze of their lack of work experience on timing management they said that im late which i wasnt so thats why they are soibg everything in rush .am not happy at all thats not what i asked for .if you wont give me a good work then dont start it .anywho the eyelash extension tech was fine .wont recommend

I go every two weeks to get my nails done with Sherry. Shes an absolute star. A true professional. Im always super happy with the outcome and she works at speed meaning Im not there half the night getting acrylics done. The staff are super happy and friendly. They all appear to love their jobs. And the management are more than accommodating. I highly recommend Nooshes.

Do not get your hair done here!! I got a root touch up on Friday and they colored my hair copper even though it’s BLACK. I called and they said they would fix it. To fix it the hair appointment took 3 hours… for a root touch up and they left dye all over my face.I also had to pay for them to blow dry my hair after the re do…

I have never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable in my life. The moment that the first service lady knew I wanted a “Regular Manicure “ she started to complain and I was transfer to another service lady whom was also unhappy about me getting a regular manicure. Really unprofessional! Not a great experience….maybe not having layers of makeup and Botox made them treat me some way some how. After I tip her then attitude changed …

Goodness this place it’s just about their boho appearance on instagram and the low prices and the “great” quality. Check the video to see how my nails were after the service and the messages I sent them which they are so inadequate and incompetent where no one ever replied to me. Their staff is ridiculous.

The service here is amazing! I walked in without an appointment and Marhnoush accomodated me cause i was celebrating my birthday. Sogool did my manicure, such a lovely and professional lady. Sangita was amazing on my pedicure, very gentle and attentive

This salon absolutely played me! Their instagram pictures are gorgeous, but don’t even get me started on the mountainous disaster on my nails! I specifically asked for a gel infill, the nail technician they assigned me did not speak a lick of English so I couldn’t even communicate with her properly, she used acrylic, absolutely burned my nails as she was removing the old product (just some gel polish + base gel, no builder) and she ran out of colour midway and had to make do with something I didn’t want - I asked for square nails, but I’m now somewhere between a blobby square and almond. The top coat didn’t settle properly and has leaked through on top of cuticles. On top of that? No wiping/rubbing alcohol to be seen anywhere. Nothing was sanitised, my nails were not even wiped prior to building out with acrylic. I was so appalled I couldn’t say anything, not that I would’ve been able to tell her because we had a language barrier.I do not recommend at all this place - on top of all of this, I now have to go spend more money and more of my time to get this disaster fixed.

This is my 4th visit to Nooshes Salon, and it’s truly the best place for nails! The team is highly skilled, and the results always last long. A special mention to Negin, who did my nails—shes fast, careful, and precise. Also, the receptionist and manager are always so welcoming and nice. Highly recommend!

Got my gelish manicure done by Hasti, she is brilliant and recommends Whts best for u and is very warm too! Overall all the staff are warm! Am regular with them.

The nail technician so nice , but the service and quality of product so horrible. Before 10 days I make my nail extensions Acrylic after 5 days all my nails one by one broken. Also for paymanet they tell if you want to pay whit card , we charge you 25Aed more . This is our rules of our salon. How is it this service?

I just got my manicure done from this place! The nail technicians are below average and have zero idea of how to get the manicure done! The nail equipment was not sanitized the nail filer was being re used over and over again and was super filthy.Also, the entire manicure experience was like a nail color change with filing thats it! Nothing else . I would never recommend this place until they get their nail therapists trained properly for such services.

Highly recommended for the services they required with descent price. All technicians specially nail artists are very welcoming and most important is they listen to your request and make sure you step out of the salon happy. Thank you

Please please please do not get scammed because of their Instagram. I’ve been here probably 5 times and out of which two times they messed up my nails and yesterday was the peak where I was sure I was never coming back here. Their nail technician literally made the jnside of my nail bleed and when I complain at the front who apparently calls herself the manager said yeah but you know your nails are soft so it happens I was like yeah that’s why you need to take care of it and not let it happen right? I’m sure your nail technicians know their jobs and I’m not paying to get bled. More over, they literally left the white paint around my skin saying yeah that’s how it is. Please go at your risk. I’d much rather pay somewhere where this arrogance doesn’t exist atleast. It is not worth the money and damage.

Ive gotten a haircut done from Najma twice here, and both times, she has been incredible! She is so patient and calm, and focused. The results are gorgeous, and she makes you feel like a princess! Thank you so much, Najma!

I had a terrible experience with this salon. I went in for an ombre nail design, but the result was absolutely horrible. After just three days, the nails looked so bad that I had to go to another salon to get them fixed. The nails were incredibly thin and started chipping almost immediately.To make matters worse, they quoted one price at the beginning, but after the service was done, they charged me a much higher amount. However, the price isnt even the biggest issue. its the awful quality of the nails that really bothered me. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality nail services.

Nail tech is nice, however work is not worth for 150aed bubbles, crook, color have chip. I think she is new and you are the trial.

Honestly this place is soooo terrible! Only their Instagram looks aesthetically please but everything else is SO BAD. I went there for a gel manicure (I’ve been doing nails for the past 5 years) and this was probably my worst experience. The technician thinned my nails so much that it was almost skin. The gel nail polish was so terrible it look like normal nail polish. Once done and when I walked out my nails was so damn thin that when I scratched anything my nail was BENDING THE OTHER WAY!This was honestly the WORST place ever. My nails were hurting so much and even when I shower if the water was slightly hot it pained me so much! I will NEVER go back.Ps: I hade to keep me nails for over a month so it grew out. And I cut is so short until it did because my nail was so thin and I couldn’t do anything. CRAZY!

Lovely salon, very professional ladies and atmosphere. I always do my manicure with Shery, she is the best. Very efficient and prices are also great.

Im very disappointed with the service i did today, eyelash and brow lamination and my brows and lashes were not lifted at all. I told the lady and she had to do the eyebrows again which left my skin feeling very irritated but my lashes are still the same because they cannot touch them. When i told the manager she refused to believe me and said “they look lifted”. Then later when i showed her a picture she agreed to go in and try again (ive been doing this for over 2 years i know what its supposed to look like). Yet still she was in denial and made me feel like im wrong… honestly ive done eyelash extensions at nooshes and they are amazing. But i do NOT recommend lifting / lamination at all. Thank u to the receptionist however because she told me no need to pay after she saw how upset i was.

So I had gone to Nooshes after seeing their offer about all their services at AED 100. I got an appointment for a gel manicure. I went there and started the service where the technician suggested that I can also get extensions instead of only gel nail application. I said but my nails are long to which she replied that it’s little uneven so go for extensions. I for convinced and went on for extensions and asked for chromeNails to which she said itll be AED 15 and I agreed to it. After starting the service her manager came in and said it’ll be 50 AED extra because I went for long extensions. I said I was not informed about it before the service and the technician convinced me to do extensions (I already had long nails). The manager was not friendly (Ramola/ Romila was her name) and started making faces and after a while said ok. After my service I went to pay and she asked me to pay 50 AED extra because the nail technician did some technique called cat eye on my nails (I’ve heard of it for the first time) and I had asked her for chrome. I said no one told me about these charges earlier and I had agreed to pay for chrome. Romila made rude expressions again and misbehaved with me. She spoke very disrespectfully and I said never I will pay for the service but don’t fool your customers like this. After I told her that I will be mentioning this online she apologized but that doesn’t make sense. The staff is very poor, they don’t have basic hospitality etiquettes, they don’t under stand English either I think. The technician made many cuts on my skin and over a bad experience especially with the receptionist Romila. Will not recommend it!

I had requested to do chrome powder, and they failed to inform me that the colour I wanted was not available - so I had to get another one that cannot even be seen. Waste of money, paying so much to apply some powder thats not visible and makes me look like I have sick/unwell nails. They also almost always make me wait ~20min for an appointment I had booked well in advance. Will not be returning

Salon Review:I recently visited Nooshes beauty salon at bay 4 business bay dubai and I’m so impressed with their services and pricing! The salon is clean, modern, and welcoming, with a friendly team ready to help from the moment you walk in. I highly recommend Sadaf for nails, Geeta for waxing and Mircela for pedicure. They are extremely sweet and polite and they work with so much precision. Thoroughly impressed🤗😘Overall ExperienceThe staff at Nooshes were knowledgeable and patient, making me feel like a valued customer. Their pricing is competitive, especially given the quality of service. When you’re looking for a quick makeover and to look glamorous Nooshes is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be back for sure!

Worst service ever, i contacted them on whatsapp and double checked about the prices and they confirmed twice that everything i asked for was 100 each, as soon as i reached the owner went on saying these are the old prices. total scam!! my friend was there the day before me and the prices were still 100, they pick and choose. I complained and even the nail technician was working with the tip of her fingers, worst salon ever

Mediocre work, the girl that gave me the service used clean equipment. Many girls sitting around doing nothing looks super unprofessional but I gave it a chance. I was a walk in for a simple paint job on my nails since they were already build, the receptionist insisted to do refill. Since it’s all 100aed cash (I paid card and it had extra charge) I said ok. I told the girl to just clean around the cuticles I liked my shape and thickness. She took everything off and did them from scratch she overfilled 3 nails, and made all of them super thin after the acrygel build, so much they are bending. The shape is not almond is oval I asked her to give me the file so I can do them as I wish and she refused. I believe the girls are just fresh graduates and are doing their training so 3 stars for the effort.

Went there to do my nails. (I’ve been doing nails for 6years) This was the first time i went to Nooshes for the cheap prices. My nail broke off after 4 weeks (it’s normal) But what I saw was that my nail was green underneath. I had a fungus nail. Then another broke and I saw the same. I took all my acrylic nails off and every nail was green covered in fungus. I contacted them twice on instagram and they didn’t respond. But they have read it. No apology, no explanation, no money back, nothing. They don’t work with clean files and they most definitely don’t disinfect their tools. That’s how this happened. I’ve been doing nails for 6 years and I have never seen this before. Now I have to buy medication pills and creams..

I’ve come here several times, they have great prices and a nice atmosphere. Yesterday Shere did my nails she was very sweet and kind and did a great job! I’ve also gotten a a massage from Gita she made the experience relaxing and was very friendly as well. Definitely recommend, the prices are great!

I had such a great experience with dear “sadaf” at nooshes beauty salon, it was perfect. Will book my future nail service with her she’s so sweet and talented!

Got a gel mani pedi there, girl who did my toes was called fatima she was amazing and did a very good job. The girl who did my hands (can’t remember her name) however was in a rush and didn’t do a good job at all, the gel was bumpy, some spots were missing, each nail looked different they were completely uneven. I went back to have them fixed the next day and they somehow ended up even worse and were filed way too thin to the point where one of them broke the next day.. the nail tech was almost annoyed that i went back to get HER WORK fixed😂 overall 4/10 experience i don’t think the entire salon is bad i just think it was that specific girl i went to, i do think they should pay more attention to customer service and client relations.

Had an appointment for manicure and pedicure but no nude color for normal polish, the gel on the hands was old polish and 2 colors I’ve tried to asked wasn’t avaiable. The final result got textured, very bad.

Very Bad Service, the technician who did my nails ruined them, seems that she is in a hurry to finish, not careful at all. The way how she remove the existing polish, its very bad she scraped my nails until it reach my deep skin in my nails. I could feel the pain until now.I would not recommend. No quality at all, not worth the pay.

Got a manicure /pedicure and haircut service from them. The manicure was done very poorly and I was left bleeding in one nail. Pedicure was OK but not a very relaxing experience. Haircut was OK too,but FYI 100 AED price does not include blow dry. Perhaps due to the price point this would not be considered a high end salon experience.

I did Extention eyelash with Zeynab , she is wonderfull, fast professional and just amazing, ahe did exactly that i want and she is very polite and smiling , im so satisfied thank you for your amazing experience for all services 💙 my nails also always amazinggggg

I highly recommend this place. I was looking for a place to do a quick gel pedicure and I found this salon. They were welling to take me in even though they wear near closing and let two workers work together to do my gel pedicure in time. Sarangi and Bima did an amazing gel pedicure and the cleaning was really good, the application was done really nicely. She also did a foot massage afterwards which was also really good. The front desk lady was also so sweet and accommodating.

I dyed my hair there and also I took my friend there, before everything,their behaviour werent good at all they treated me so bad and insulted me and also they told lied to me about price after I finished they asked me for giving more money, my experience there was so bad , and I didnt like my hair color wasnt color that I wanted it wasnt same as I wanted and expected

Very lousy living room! Nothing to do with their advertising on Instagram, their prices are false. They are very expensive for hair even though they know nothing about it, they dont even give you a quote, blow drying 0, they put water everywhere when they wash your hair and then surprise you at the end with otherworldly prices. I wouldnt go back!
