Very expensive for the service - I did my nails gelish which normally should last for a really long time the minute I was home it started to chip … I got to other nail salons in Dubai but I was in hurry and tried them for the first time and it wasn’t a good service and the price is about 20% than the normal

I spent the weekend in Dubai and really wanted to get my feet done - the good reviews brought me here and I wasn’t disappointed! Got pedicure with Shellac - Swastika was such a gentle technician and did a great job! Very happy with the results.

I love this salon! Always having my nails done here plus a fantastic massage.All the staff are super friendly and polite with amazing service. They are very professional and clean as well.I will definitely recommend this place.

I just love how my gel polish manicure stayed longer than I anticipated. She done it professionally and it’s super neat. I’m beyond satisfied! Look for Suzy if you want to do any type of manicure services. She’s best at it! Highly recommended!

Terrible terrible terrible. The staff cut part of my skin next to my middle finger of my left hand. It was swollen next day and terribly hurt. Also part of the gel came off within 24hours. No staff told me that I can redo it if I inform them within 48hours so I didn’t … but it’s been only 10days and my nails are miserable as you can see. I contacted them but they said I have to pay to redo it for their horrible work. I cannot recommend here at all. I’m happy that I didn’t use here right before I go for summer holiday, as I have time to redo all at a better place.

I had my manicure and eyebrows done by Sumaira. She is exceptional! Her attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism are unmatched. She is so positive and kind, making every visit a delightful experience. I highly recommend her for outstanding nail care. A true asset to the salon!

Sumaira was really good and very thoughtful while doing my nails. She was very proactive and considerate to ask her colleagues to turn off the a/c that was directly blowing on me as I was having a back massage at the same time. Manicure is very good!

Had two experiences with them and not going back. Paid 72 aed for a nail polish change (not even manicure). They charged extra 20 aed for this supposedly long lasting polish. This is what it looks like 2 days later. Also came for a wash and blow dry, stylist said my hair was greasy and shell put some treatment, I ended up paying 450 aed, without being warned this is how much it costs. Treatment add ons are typically a third of the price of the original treatment, not three times the price. Also the treatment was nothing special. I feel like theyre starved for money and always up selling, while the service isnt brilliant.

Sumaira is the best Nail tech ever. She is soft spoken , caring and did a great job . She paid attention to details. My manicure gelish stayed up to one month. Thank you so much my dear .

Dear Nstyle,I was a new customer today, visiting for a first time to do quick blowout. The ladies at the reception explained the service and price (199,50 aed) and I was let in.During my hair wash, the hairstylist suggested we do hair scrub quickly and did the blowout.On my way to pay, I was shockingly surprised that the hair scrub in question, costed almost as much as the service itself.I would have preferred your hairstylist to have informed me of this, so I can gracefully decline it.I left with the feeling of a rip off, and despite your receptionist lady trying to convince me to come back, this is not happening.Have decency and inform customers of the add-on prices you have, so they can make informed decisions!

Very bad quality, and it’s not the first time. Had a manicure, no soaking hands in water to soften cuticles, and had to remind them to apply lotion. Application poor, but I believe this is the quality of the products they are using. Never going back.

I have been coming to NStyle Nakheel mall branch for years. I wholeheartedly recommend Suzy, who has proven herself to be a top-notch nail technician. She is amazing. Her skills and dedication have consistently impressed me.

I am new New to DubaiBeen using this saloon for mani and pedi either soft gel or classic one in Nakheel mall since I moved to the Palm and they always provide quality and professional service. Staff are all welcoming accommodation and friendly.

In terms of customer service, the staff are nice and accommodating in nakheel mall. I want to mention swastika, shes very friendly, professional and makes sure that you are comfortable and does her job well!About the style and interior of the salon, to be honest. It looks like a hospital, i know the theme is meant to be peaceful but it looks too boring, empty and plain. Customers are paying alot of money, atleast make the interior nicer and fun.

Horrible nail service. I asked for an acrylic nail removal and the lady had no clue what she was doing and wasted my time. I ended up not having time to do a polish and she gave me the wrong nail shape because she never even asked. When I complained to the receptionist, she did nothing to fix it and charged me the full price for a service that was terrible. Never stepping foot here ever again!

I didn’t have a good experience with the male Lebanese hairstylist , he didn’t do my hair as requested and when i told him how to style his response was - am i the hairdresser or you ? Very disappointing - 200 dirhams for wash and blow dry and didn’t even get the hairstyle that was Californian waves as i wanted .

One of the best experience I had so far here in Dubai is to try and visit NStyle. Ive tried a lot of salon before, but this is where I reach the satisfaction to the fullest. They have a brilliant hairstylist here which I can definitely say that she have handled me in a very professional way. I got the hair the way I want it. And I just wanna add the very friendly nail technicians who did my nails perfectly. Thank you NStyle for the wonderful time, it was worth it.

I am so surprised from the misleading information received by the receptionist. I came one day before eid asking for Biab nail service. I was clear that I never tried it and looking for this service. She assured me that they do it then I a booked an appointment for next Day. After am done , I realized that the service I had wasnt biab and you dont do it in your salon! I text your customer service whats up number. I told them I need someone to call but the keep telling we will be conveing this to higher management! 2 weeks now with no clear explanation!

The Nakheel mall location is the better NSTYLE location. I like seeing Tara for blow dry she does a good job. Massage is good with Trishna and others. Gel nail colours need to be updated because the selection is not great. I would do my nails there if they had better gel polish colours. Staff needs to be more transparent when the price is going to increase instead of charging extra after because most people don’t mind paying for extra services if they know in advance.

My therapist Caroline was so friendly and professional. She did a really excellent job on my manicure and was very considerate to ensure I was happy with the shape of my nails and made sure the manicure was perfect.Could not have been happier - will definitely be coming back and asking for Caroline. Found my new favourite salon and therapist in Dubai. So happy 😃

What a wonderful Beauty Salon this is!! I have been coming for a few months now and all the staff I have met have been so professional, skilled, friendly and eager to deliver to the best experience and service possible.I use them mainly for my gel manicure and pedicures which last extremely well and do nicely done.I recently had a complete hair restyle, moving from blond to deep reddish brown and it looks amazing. The hairdresser Tarah was exceptional, listened to what I was looking fo and guided my choices. I was thrilled with the results- Highly recommend xx

Beautiful salon, clean and comfortable. Nail services are really good - Susan for manicure is the best and Patience for pedicures is amazing. Very friendly and professional.The manager is good, makes you feel welcome and tries to get to know you. You do need to check prices before using the services and agree beforehand how much a service will cost - especially for hair.I had my hair done twice now at this salon. First time I was very happy, the stylist worked very hard and achieved exactly the result I wanted. The second time was a disaster.I told the manager and the stylist that I just wanted a root touch up and booked this service via the app. The stylist completely forgot what she did for me only 5 weeks ago and used a different technique on my roots, a more expensive service and horrible result. I asked what she was doing when she mixed the colour and confirmed if this was the same as last time, to which she said yes. I was very upset with the result, can’t leave the house now as my hair is basically white!!They then tried to charge me for this more expensive service instead of the root touch up. The stylist also blamed me and started an argument in reception area, talking to the manager about me like I wasn’t there!! Very unprofessional and made me extremely upset. Manager attempted to resolve this and offered to redo my hair next week. However my experience was soured and I can’t imagine going back to this stylist.My husband goes to Urban Male Lounge next door, part of the same chain. After I told him what happened and he saw my horrendous white hair, we’ll have to find somewhere else to get our services done.

Zainab done a great job with my hair shes very thorough and careful and is very welcoming.At the sametime, I had my Mani Pedi done by Suzy and team, again very thorough and done a great jobReasonably priced and quick services.My only request would be stock Orly Breathable (or a water permeable nail polish) and please stop forcing products constantly - perhaps invest that effort into posters, Socials, marketing and allow people to naturally ask for products.

Mekdes ( I hope I got her name right) did a fantastic job on my eyebrows. Highly recommend, she executed on what I wanted perfectly.

I had a Brazilian wax from Mary. Mary was very kind and professional. She was also very thorough with the waxing and took her time. She made sure to ask me every now and then if the wax temperature was OK etc which I really appreciated. I went during my holiday many times to the nstyle nakheel for a full makeover. I did a mani pedi which is still looking so beautiful today and i‘am very impressed with the fast and precise work they have done. Then i had two massages with trishna and jennefer and she is superior! She did a great job and explained to me what i can do against the pain on my shoulders. I also did a hydrafacial and i was so happy that during the time my mask was on she went the extra mile to give me even more massage on my arms and legs🥰. I also coloured my hair with Zainab and she is truly a gem. I went with a color a bit extra which i have never done before and i must say zainab exceeded all my expectations my hair looked amazing and beautiful and still does. I love the whole team including manager in the Nstyle nakheel and can‘t wait for my next holiday to get pampered again!❤️

It was a great experience here in NSTYLE Nakheel the filipina hairstylist is very approachable and very professional. I can’t speak highly enough of this salon. The stylist is very perfection when it comes to haircutting and coloring. I will recommend this and absolutely will come back again. SALUTE for this salon 👏👏👏👏👏

It was the worst experience the filipino lady was in a hurry she dried my hair hit me the first time with the blow dry on my head while blow drying the second time she burnt my forehead while blow drying my fringes. The manager was not there they called her and it took her sooo long to arrive I paid 194aed for the worst customer service and blow dry. They cared less about my opinion not recommended at all.

Horrible service be aware please they charge 200 derhams to remove the old polish if you have! They inform about this in the middle of the service and suggested i can stop it and walk home like this!!! As i sked them why they didn’t inform me for this high extra charge earlier the reply was the technician till the end didn’t know what kind of gel it is. She could hve asked me i was right in front of her for any doughts!!!Even though it was easily removed with foil wrapping within few minutes.Ask about all possible extra charges before starting any service as it is very high.The receptionist suggested 20 % discount for the inconvenience but while paying she said they changed their mind!! It was 400 drh for classic mani pedi with cancelled discount last minute without updating me as i mentioned I will leave the review on their service so they punished me with canceled discount

I had the worst acrylic nail extensions here. Paid around 350 AED and the next day one nail already broke and several lifted. I spent there over 3 hours and it is either bad quality material they use or the technician is not experienced enough. They offered to fix it for free so went back, after another 3 hours, we had to fix almost all nails, and the final result was still not too pleasing. Thick acrylic left under my nails, shape of my nails nowhere near the same, nail polish hasn’t dried after half an hour. After a week all my nails are lifted, went to another place and they told me it needs to be removed! Spent there 6 precious hours for a lasting result that lasted less time as a normal nail polish on my original nails. Terrible terrible! Really not recommended.

The receptionist at Nakheel mall is so rude and doesn’t know how to deal with customers (and this’s the second experience with her)! I was there 2 days ago and did classic manicure and pedicure, the next day one nail got peeled so I came back today (after 48 hours) just to fix one nail! She said no we can’t since it’s more than 24 hours! I told her I’ll pay for that she said no you need to do full polish change!!!! I went to the salon next to it (WOW salon) although I’m not their customer but they were so sweet to do it without charging me anything!

Terrible service and poor management. The salon is clearly under staffed. I did my nails on Wednesday night they chipped the next day and when I came Friday morning to do my hair I asked for my nails to be fixed they said Essie nail polish should last for 24 hours only. I’ve done my nails in other salons using Essie and they definitely last longer. After a long discussion they agreed to fix my nails but unfortunately there was no staff.Houda the hair stylist was great, however the salon needs lots of improvement.

I was very happy by the work of the stylist Zeinab, who colored my hairoots. I have strong white hair, which always changes my color to “green” instead of blond beige, but Zeinab gave my hair a good color from the first try. Thanks a lot!

The workers belittled my cancer survivor mother. More interested in selling me services and products. Insisted my mother knew the price before cutting her hair. Seemed they thought we couldnt afford a 350dhs haircut. Obviously no common sense, you save money on haircare when chemo makes it fall out so plenty to spend now. Basic salon, shabby and not surprisingly..... no customers.

Good eyebrow tinting but my pedicure was actually really painful. The lady kept digging and digging at my big toe, and didnt stop even when I asked her to and said it was hurting! She kept going until shed pulled the strip of skin out, with me saying please stop! You are hurting me. Now my toe is puffy and red the day after. Plus she kept trying to upsell me to some treatment, even though I said no 3 times.Please train your staff to actually listen to what your customers are saying.I wont bother going back.

I just do gel nail polish everytime. This is my first nail extensions ever. And i enjoyed the procedure the whole time. The finished product was awesome. And TBH, it adds up in my “feeling beautiful “.Topnotch professional staff, pristine surroundings and cozy atmosphere.See you in my next visit!

Unfortunately the service here pales in comparison to the MoE branch. I did the same one hour therapy in both. In the Nakheel branch I waited for 20 mins before a technician approached me and another 10 min with my feet in the water... the actual therapy took 30 mins but I paid for an hours service. The MoE branch took the whole hour. I think they might be understaffed and over worked. When I told the front desk its unfair to pay for an hour and get a half hour service, she suggested to stay for a 15 min shoulder massage... but I could tell I would be waiting for another 30 mins so i just said no and left. Maybe it was an off day for them. Usually Nstyle has great service.

Don’t ever go there they have changed their Technicians and I got injured On my toe. The manager gave 10% discount and not even waved off the charges it’s not about money dear management it’s about The fact that you don’t have the right skills to do a proper pedicure and when you injure someone this is not the way to handle it you didn’t even have the right cream to apply to help the wound

Got the most horrible haircut Ive ever gotten in my whole life. I literally cried as I went back home. The girl didnt want to cut it the way I was asking her, then I even showed a picture for reference, Im not sure why they have new girls training there or have just started for the fee of a professional. Will never go back again,it was not what I expected for 300 Dirhams

Paid nearly CAD$150 for a poor blow dry and curls. I asked for beach waves for my photoshoot and was given tight Shirley temple type curls with a horrid amount of hairspray that did not allow the curls to release at all. I had asked for BEACH WAVES. Ridiculous price for a ridiculous hairstyle. Also very snobby receptionist. Didn’t like how six of their staff crowded me when I arrived. Uncomfortable, low class service. Not what I’d expect from a business on the Palm.

Terrible Manager by the name of Ezdohar. Staff are nice though constrained by their Manager who threatened to open a case. Check prices before you start, they add on without checking with you on pricing then charge you astronomically, with some items not even on the price list so no way of verifying what you’re paying for. Poor service- bought a package for blow dry, and it took more than 20 mins for staff to be able to retrieve it in their system. Also although i have arrived on time, I had to wait more than 20 mins

I did my nails in nstyle and this is the worst experience with Susan. And the receptionist saimah shes very rude with the staff. Never come back and recommend to my friends as well.

After 2 days the gel started to come off, not impressed, seems like the product they use is not good enough.Although they were apologetic and offered another service I can only feel cheated with the service I got in the first place, waste of time and money.

Really bad experience in this shop!Spend 298AED for hair cut which includes washing hair, hair cut and dry hair, and it finish the whole procedure in 15 mins, she just spend 5 mins for a girls hair cut! Seriously??Really out of my expectation!!!!
