The barber at this shop has decent skills, and if you give specific instructions, they’ll do their best to follow them. In the end, I was satisfied with my haircut, so I tipped 40 AED even though the haircut cost 35 AED. However, their communication could be improved, as they didn’t say thank you or use any polite expressions.

I needed a haircut for a very important meeting so I went to this place, which ended up with me having the worst experience ever!!!They couldn’t fix it admitting they had made a mistake cutting more hair and it can’t be fixed.The only answer from their side was I’ll have nothing to do but to wait for 5 or 6 days maybe the hair will grow!!!!! This place is highly not recommended ….. don’t go there !!!!!!!!!!!

Very bad hospitality and welcome service.Called for an appointment they said no need just walk in, and 15 minutes later when I reached , 7 employees were outside chatting and none was free for do the service. Excuse was only 3 gentleman are doing manicure, and at the moment one is busy with client and two are waiting for their clients to reach. This isnt how you manage a spa. Either you ask for appointment or you let the guys waiting to do the service.

Always my go to ODD branch. It is spacious and pleasant. They provide all the essential grooming services and gives a salon type vibe. Staff is welcoming and humble. They are also skilled and are experts at their jobs. I highly recommend a visit to this place. Its quite the eye opener.

Great barbers and wicked service.I just was in Bashra Heights, on holiday and needed a trim barley. Walked in to Odd barbers and was approached by Nisam, and told him to cut it properly and specifically to not ruin my hair. While cutting my hair he stopped and ask if it’s okay and carried on listening to my instructions. He cut my hair better than my own barber does in London, England.Returned back to the shop a week after before my flight back to London and asked for Nisam but he was off so Areem khan cut my hair and was so on point and good, he even gave me a two minute head massage for free. Really good service and showed me so much love. I paid 65AED which is £16 which is £4 cheaper than my own barber.If I moved out to Dubai, I know where to go.

All the staff are only Indian and no Arabic among them, the problem when you try to describe what you need in good English but they dont get you, today one of them was so defensive that he got 7 years experience just because I asked for zn Arabic hairdresser just to know the type of style I need.

One of the cheapest male saloons in the area.Quality of service really varies from one employee to to another, so it can be a hit or miss.

Service was good but unfortunately the smell of the store was very bad! The management shoud educate their employees to use deodorants as the smell of the hair dresser was really terrible! Not all people enjoy those kind of smell! It was really suffocating!

Hi dear peopleI never Recomend this Hair SaloneCouse they change price looking for people when i come first time they told me haircut 35 than i come with my friend, they told my friend haircut 30 for beard 25 but for me they again told for haircut 35 and beard 30.I wanted mainly mention Employee No 78 name Ashraf . He is not following safety regulations , he wanted trim with blade he didnt change his old blade, than i told him change it, he told me i changed already, he bring it with old blade i didnt see nothing thats he change . Than after i told him he bring new blade and he changed . FOR THEM MAYBE ITS ECONOM 1 AED or 50 cent but if people will catches some disease from that blade for them it will cost more than thousands AED to get treatment . And plus he can not cut beard properly, wrong lines and wrong style i was regret that i come this ODD gents salon cut my hair and beard.Managers please try to solve this problemsBest RegardsAman Dzhumabayev
