Wow! Such a fantastic salon. The prices are so fair and the quality level of work is high. Nice to be in an all female environment- staff was kind, complimentary and pleasant to be around. Lovely did a great job with my blonde highlights. Will return 🌞

I’ve been getting hair extensions fitted by Rochelle for around 3 years now.I’m trained in extensions myself and had extensions on and off (mostly on) for 25 years.Rochelle is brilliant! Also Lovely is a great hairdresser.I’d recommend them both for anything to do with hair 👍

Very good service! Maria has done my eyelash extensions for a few times now and they have always been perfect! The quality is amazing and I don’t need to come for refills frequently because they’re so well done and don’t come off easily. I’ve also gotten my hair done here and I come out looking fabulous every time! Highly recommended!

I have used Ofelia Salon’s room service twice now, as I was impressed by the clean and meticulous work of their nail technician during my first experience. However, while the technicians skills are commendable, the service has significant issues with professionalism and management, which have left me deeply disappointed this time around.Firstly, there is a clear inefficiency in their resource allocation. For services like a manicure and pedicure, it is unreasonable to assign just one technician. While the work was done well, the process took far longer than it should have, as the same technician had to handle both tasks. Two technicians should be assigned for such appointments to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.The bigger issue, however, lies with their management and level of integrity. During my booking via WhatsApp, I was assured that gel removal would be free of charge. I didn’t have any gel polish on my nails, but I also didn’t feel the need to disclose this. Once the service was completed, I was presented with an invoice that included a 50 AED charge for gel removal. When I pointed out that I never had gel polish on my nails, they insisted on charging me, only relenting when I refused to pay and shared screenshots of our conversation. This was not an isolated incident; they attempted a similar tactic during my first appointment, which I let slide at the time. This repeated behavior comes across as a deliberate attempt to extract more money post-service, which is both unprofessional and unethical.What was even more concerning was the health and hygiene standards of the technician sent to my room. She was visibly unwell, frequently running to the washroom and, alarmingly, not wearing a mask despite her condition. As someone undergoing chemotherapy and with a compromised immune system, this lack of precaution was not only negligent but also dangerous. The technician was fully aware of my health condition but failed to take the necessary precautions to protect my well-being, which is deeply disturbing.While the technicians work itself remains good, the unprofessional conduct, lack of transparency, and disregard for basic health protocols have made it impossible for me to continue using Ofelia Salon’s services. I would strongly advise management to address these serious concerns to ensure no other client has a similar experience.

They did a great job w my root color. I also tried their nail extensions and nail art by Edrem and its so beautiful

Thank you for the amazing service of Ms. Joyce. I came with real short nails and she designed my nails so wonderfully and now my fingernails are strong, very good looking. The cuticles are very healthy as well. I really recommend Ms. Joyce!

I already visited the salon for more than 5 times now since it opened. I am very very satisfied with the service. I had hair color twice which I am very much satisfied also had my hair toned also. I had pedicure as well without any problems encountered.They have professional staff and they definitely know their job. I will keep on coming back to them. I went personally to book a slot for waxing and meni pedi after my work hours and they agreed , on my arrival they started to behave as if i was asking for the services for free . Secondly the meni pedi girl left without my knowledge while i was at the salon and when i asked them they said oh she left as we were very busy today because of eid . No professionalism at all i had to tell the waxing lady to be gentle with the face waxing multiple times and she seemed to not care and stripped off my skin from multiple areas . I will make sure i meet the owner and let her know how the staff works . Never going back again , worst experience .

I asked over the phone how much is the manicure she answered 75 aed ...then I told her I am holder of flydubai platinum card how much would be the discount?! She answered automatically oh mam I already gave u the discounted price! Really? Took time for me to do the review but better late than never. Its quite a new salon but very convenient from my work so its like a one stop shop. Manicure and pedicure was amazing. Anna who did my manicure was really fast. Shout out to Rochelle who did my pedicure is one of a kind multiskilled technician who patiently took time to get rid all of my dry skin without making it bleed. They are experts in their job from just observing them and their finished service. I cant thank enough as well Irene who did my hair wash and Amina the hair dresser who given me ton of advises and consultation during my hair cut whilst Im planning to do some treatment as well. Ill definitely recommend this salon to everyone e. Booking is easy.
