I recently visited the Ola Ladies salon in Dubai and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! ♥️♥️♥️The team was incredibly friendly and professional, transforming my hair with a stunning colour and a fresh new style that suits me perfectly.The atmosphere was relaxing and I felt pampered throughout my visit. If you’re looking for a place to enhance your look, Ola Ladies is definitely the place to go! Highly recommend!Especially recommend you a professional from Philippines, Richel!

I loved the experience so much!! The hair stylist did a really good job with my hair and i tots recommend this place. She did it really fast proving experience, and she was very polite, and gave what i asked for. Another good thing i noticed in this place was they took me in despite my late night arrival which was top notch!! The counter lady, i believe her name was sandhya? She was super polite!! Welcomed me with a warm smile which just lifted my mood. I wish i asked my stylists name to recommend her to my friends!! Loved everything, will definitely come back for more services!!!

The staff In Ola Saloon and very friendly and welcoming!! My Acrylic nails were perfectly done, will definitely be going back again. During my visit, I have noticed multiple regular customers visiting the saloon which proves its a good one!!Their prices are affordable too.

I visited this salon for a blow-dry and wavy style, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. Instead of using proper tools for the wavy style, they used a straightener machine that is typically used for protein treatments. I have naturally curly hair, and since that day—15 days ago—my hair has not returned to its normal state. It is now half curly and half straight, which makes me feel terrible and frustrated. I trusted this salon to handle my hair professionally, but it seems they used inappropriate techniques that damaged my natural curl pattern. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who values the health and appearance of their hair.

Update : 18 Aug :Went for my massage today and it was perfect and all points of my previous suggestion was taken into consideration ! 5/5. Excellent work to the main reception manager.- Been going here for a year plus and I must say that the new management and staff in the salon are brilliant.Got a massage done today and it was one of the best ever - bhima did a fabulous job.Mia is fantastic and so quick with nails, blow dry is great too! And not to mention the lady at the reception is absolutely warm, sweet and a is a great sales girl too :)The only point I would highlight is there should be some extra fans in the massage n salon. I would have liked a calm time during the massage but it was not a fully private room so the salon noise is distracting. Also I wish the items and things in the salon are cleaned continuously. Today’s towel was not clean and at some point the massage lady used my dress to cover my private part which is not nice.These are the areas of improvement and hope these basic things are taken into consideration for a fully amazing experience !

I did my nails there, they were patient while choosing the color I was very hesitant, and the color stayed more than usual. Good prices. I am planning to back there for more services.

Finally i found the Parlour with great service and affordable price in Dubailand, I had visited few other Parlours near Dubailand they were also good but very pricy, I did manicure, hair cut, pedicure, clean up and I Just loved the serviceSpecially manicure by Mia was amazing, also she is very kind to customers.This will be my regular parlour now 🥰 and yes not to forget I got clean up for free when selected a package for all the services 😍 Thanks Sandhya

I totally regret for doing the protein treatment for hair at Ola Saloon. From Day 1 till now I am facing severe hair fall. Bunch of hair is falling down on a daily basis. My hair was strong before but after the treatment I am facing lots of issues.Please enquire thoroughly and go for the treatment.I used to do other services from the Saloon which are satisfactory but the hair treatment was a wrong decision.

I had my first visit to the salon this week and I really enjoyed it. Nice environment and kind people. I had my nails done with Shree, I chose hard gel and she did a great job. I’m definitely coming back!

If you really care about your health,Don’t waste your time.Nail technician started my hand with tools,which is she use already for another client.No sterilizing pouch,very dirty part was the nail cutter,nail neper was full of dry skin and dirt. I ask her to wash(I could leave, I didn’t have time for another saloon)Booking also was very unprofessional.They just ignored my message,even when they were online.

The worst beauty salon I have ever been to. The girl there because she was in a hurry burned all my hair. Really, if I could close this place, I would close it immediately. I visited Ola after a long time for a hair treatment. There were a couple of new staff.Sandhya welcomed me with a warm smile and took time to explain to me the various treatments available. Jian and Sandhya did a great job with my hair.The place was neat and clean. Definitely going back next month

Ola Salon is not only a salon but i consider it my happy place ,and i have loved my visits ,there service was impeccable, as i went today for my usual services i felt like the salon was hit by a tornado , the vibe was DEAD! and the lady who is assumed to be the manager (sandya) was rude and not welcoming at all i felt so unhappy in there , the place is not what it looked like or even the people in it , i dont think i will visit this salon again , i miss the happy days in there. kudos to Mamtha and the old team who bought that place to life.i hope you take some tips from them.

I have been a regular customer and both Ruwanthi and Priyanka have been excellent with their work right from hair treatments to waxing. This time I decided to have a full body massage and I have never felt refreshed after that. I will surely come again for the massage apart from my regular services

Ive been a regular at Ola salon for a while now, and I just adore the team there. Theyre incredibly warm and welcoming, making every visit feel like coming home. Ruwanthi has some serious talent when it comes to hair – she recently rescued my damaged hair with a treatment and gave me a haircut that blew me away. Her professionalism and expertise are top-notch. Thanks to Ruwanthi and the rest of the crew, Ola salon has truly become my second home.

My personal experience with the salon was very poor. The manager mamta promised something through chat & charged extra for the service they do. So chose your package wisely & confirm with the staff or with Mamta that they don’t charge extra for the service they do. I don’t know that the haircut was extra if we are doing keratin treatment, from my personal experience from other salons it’s all part of styling. They charged extra for that from me. 1 chose 99dhs package & they have done some extra things without my knowledge(I thought it’s all part of their 99dhs package) & after everything they charged extra 50dhs from me. So people who are going to this salon please confirm your package & payment for the service before doing it. Worst worst experience ever from a salon from Dubai. Do not recommend anyone from my knowledge

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with this saloon.1: when we called they gave us a different price and when we went there they increased the price2: the chair was not comfortable when i did my eyebrows3: they considered the kid as an adult to charge more4: they cut the kids hair and they ignored them without doing the blow dry, and went to the people who came after us.5: the place didn’t smell good.6: when we asked them to complete for the kids they were laughing at us only.It was the first & last time for us to be there.the only good thing was the eyebrows the lady who did for us was good with threading.

I came to this new saloon because there were good reviews and so I have high expectations however I had different experience.The lady assisted me didn’t do great job with the waxing. There were still hair left in my legs. And was not cleaned properly. Photo attached.She was so concern her long hair was touching the wax from my leg, so why she wouldn’t tie her hair instead?It is not my first time to do waxing, I’ve been to many saloons already, most ladies in other saloons they used multiple wax strip paper to remove the wax from the skin. But this lady was using only one wax strip paper all throughout my legs. Im not sure if thats how she was told to do so to save wax strip paper but it was really messy job. Although waxing was a mess, she was ok with the threading.I always go to saloons, most ladies are always warm and welcoming, polite. But here I did not felt it, especially with the wax lady. She let me wait because she needs to attend a phone call on her phone, not sure if its a customer call or her own phone. I always do a thorough observation being a first time customer to evaluate if its worth it to go back or no.Sadly its an experience that make me don’t want to go back again.Maybe if i was assisted with different lady who was good in doing waxing, maybe my experience would have been better.

All staffs are really really professional and they care for customers....I was hunting for such an awesome saloon...The saloon staffs give us a feeling of our own Home...They are professionals as what they do.. Cant forget Ms. Mamta (Owner) of the Saloon... She works like a team member doesnt make us feel she is the Owner... She is always available if we require anything.. If staff is busy she will be doing the work and doesnt sit there and watch the staff...Saloon is very clean anytime you enter that gives us an awesome feel... All products used are professional... After long i can say there is a great salon in dubai land in term of friendly collaborative and professionals staff, special thanks to mamta and her team i did the hair protein service, wax and hair cutting even I did not feel the time how it does pass with them, I noticed also during peak hours of my visit they were asking each customer whom ever was waiting if they had their coffee or not, overall its great service and highly recommended
