I have been to Olive Ladies Salon a couple of times, and I must say it is a delightful experience!The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staffs friendly smiles make you feel at ease.I have tried their manicure and a pedicure. They impress me with the wide selection of colors and finishes available.The nail technician is skilled and attentive, and she takes interest to ensure that everything is perfect. She also offers tips on nail care, which I really appreciate.The salon itself is clean and well-maintained, with a soothing ambience.I highly recommend Olive Ladies Salon to anyone in need of a little self-care.

The massage was not a massage (almost no pressure applied and more like an oil bath). Would not recommend, especially when the massage costs 150

A good time to relax. My first visit at Olive Salon and already planning for my second visit. I have done my pedicure and i am love with what Loan did to my toes. If you are having dry skin, she is actually very good at it. I literally relaxed during the service. The price is affordable, and with good results in the end. You should visit the salon.Great ambiance!

I got my gel nails done on the 7th of November, and this is a picture from the 18th of November. They claim their gel nails last for 30 days, but this happened in just 10 days, even though I was only traveling and not doing any household chores. When I messaged them on WhatsApp, they mentioned that putting your hands in boiling water causes the nails to chip like this. I was just expecting an apology in return, but they chose to stay quiet and ignored my message. On top of that, they even charged an extra 10 dirhams for filling and buffing. This is even worse than the normal nail paint.

I come to olive salon almost every month for their body waxing , they do it professionally and with a very reasonable price. Thanks for their professional employee Priya!. Nice salon and am soon coming to try their hair services.

I had a great experience at this salon! I got a haircut, manicure, and pedicure all done in just one hour, and the quality was fantastic. The prices are very affordable, and I loved that they could do all three services simultaneously—super convenient! Just a heads-up: reservations are essential on weekends, as they get quite busy.

The staff are so nice and accomodating especially Ate Gina. She cut & color my hair, the way I wanted to be. Also did the Spa Pedicure with the Vietnamese lady (I forgot her name), her hands are so gentle in the procedure.

I did Mani/Pedi in olive saloon it was very perfect for cleaning, apply the gel polish and all the staff friendly 👏👏👏

Excellent service 💯 Mrs.Saritha is really sweet. She gave me a beautiful haircut and some natural haircare and skincare tips. I did hair spa, hair cut, blow dry, ironing and gold facial. All the staffs do a very good job. Price is reasonable too. Will definitely recommend Olive Salon.

Review for Olive Beauty SalonI had a terrible experience at Olive Beauty Salon. As someone who regularly gets hair spas at various salons, this was by far the worst. The hair spa felt like nothing more than applying conditioner and pressing my head twice. There was no massage, no proper application of cream, and they made me sit under the steamer to cover up the time, falsely claiming the total massage time was 30 minutes.I also got a clean-up, which was just okay, but the threading experience was horrible. My face was dry after the clean-up, and they started threading without applying any moisturizer or powder, resulting in bruises and horrible pain. Only after I insisted did they apply some powder.When I questioned the poor service, they blamed it on their promotional offers. However, my friend, who visited before these offers started, had the same subpar experience. The only difference was they applied serum for her, which they didnt do for me.My family is urging me to file a complaint with consumer protection due to the bruises on my face. I have taken all the photoes and have all the records with me . If have any doubt any one can free to ask . I strongly advise against visiting Olive Beauty Salon. The service is extremely poor and unprofessional. NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. PLEASE DONT GO. Very bad experience .

The manager was so disrespectful and she was overbooking customers. She had the worst attitude. And she stopped the worker from doing my nails in the middle of the appointment and just left me sitting there, while she is rude about it. She talked to me in the worst way possible and she wasn’t even sorry about the inconvenience. On top of that, she was so rude to the workers as well. I was a loyal customer and I used to come all the time, but after this i will never be going again.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent treatment I received from the Indian manager at your salon. As a regular customer, I have always valued the service provided, but my recent experiences have left me deeply dissatisfied.During my last visit, I was accused of providing incorrect payment, despite being a loyal patron. This was not only unfounded but also disrespectful. Today, when I politely requested change to tip your staff, I was met with further rudeness. Instead of addressing me directly, she passed the request through your staff and turned her back on me.Such behavior is unacceptable, particularly from a manager. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. Sadly, this has not been my experience lately.I urge you to reflect on these incidents and take steps to improve the professionalism and customer service at your salon!

I came to cut split ends, asked for straight haircut which is so simple, the lady didn’t even manage to do that, didn’t listen to what I say and even the scissors they had didn’t cut, they damaged my hair and charged me for ruining my hair

Visited Olive Ladies Salon and got face threading, hands and legs waxing done and am very happy with the outcome. I have sensitive skin and they made sure that the procedures did not leave any reddish marks or irritations. Very clean and well maintained. The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome. My daughter had her hair coloured and she is thrilled with the result. They have good packages and their rates for services are reasonable. Would definitely recommend this place.

The manager in the salon is very rude and disrespectful to customers and to the workers. I booked an appointment for manicure and pedicure and in the middle of my appointment they switched me from the pedicure chair to a normal chair and continues service there because there was a customer who walked in. It was so uncomfortable and I was walking with my shoes half on, I asked for the pedicure slippers twice and they wouldn’t give it to me. Overall it was a very bad experience.

Very happy with my visit. Felt like a VIP. Pedicure was lovely with a free back massage on the chair. My hair colour was perfect. Rema is the best for nails!!

Worst service ever, while doing waxing the lady opens the door and leave me more than 3 times, and most of the time she dont even close the door, prices on phone changes on real, when i was in salon totally different prices and when i told the manager her color changed and said okay u can pay this amount!! And the waxing it wasn’t even good

Newly opened salon in MAG, went there today & was extremely impressed with them. They did my hair treatment & facial very well. They suggested facial as per my skin type. This place is highly recommended. Will surely go back to olive again.

I moved to the area a few months ago and my only fast option to a salon was Olive Ladies Salon. At first I passed the mistakes that happened but it became too much. First, they told one of the staff to do my nails and I heard her say “I cannot do almond nails for her” and indeed she cannot. I went out of the salon with a crooked nail. Second, I did lash extensions and requested a simple look, I left the salon with the bulkiest lashes and requested for them to fix it the next day. Third, I did eyebrow threading and now I have one thin and one thick eyebrow. Never going back to this salon. Do not recommend. Staff are nice but are not professionals nor they are trained well, bad management and manager, horrible service.

Visited Olive today, had an excellent experience. The hair technician is great . All other staff are very polite , clean and tidy saloon . Looking forward to visit again soon .thank you very much for your service .

One of the best salons which I have visited in Dubai south. Great prices & great service.

They hunt you by saying this service is 200 +dry or whatever. Force you to do things and when you are done they require extra charges by saying that + means you have to also pay for it blah blah, please be clear with your prices. And for customers make sure you ask them for the final price before they start your work. Not recommended too much high prices and service is poor.

They don’t know how to make hair styles for short hair. They didn’t tell me from the beginning and they still charged me just to blow dry my hair which was already blow dried before I arrive there.I don’t recommend it for short hairs.
