I visited twice for gelish manicures, and on both occasions, the polish peeled off within just 3-4 days—far below the standard durability expected. Despite this clear issue, no refund or proper resolution was offered. The managers explanation that there’s only a 7-day warranty and blaming my nail bed is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect quality service and a product that lasts as advertised. This reflects poorly on both the product and the service provided

Jyoti at Ombre Salon did an amazing job on my hair! I wanted something different and she nailed it with the perfect ash grey color. She really listened to what I wanted, and the result turned out better than I imagined. Super happy with how it looks—definitely recommend her!

Very good service from Jessy. She’s very friendly, passionate and willing to do her best. Jessy advised me regarding my hair and the colour that would suit me.The place could be cleaner, for example, chairs and sinks where hair is washed could be cleaned after each client.They could do with new hairdresser’s capes to avoid hair from getting onto our clothes.

A hidden gem, my first visit to the parlor was bustling with energy. I went in for a haircut and walked out with a makeover. Jannat did an excellent job; she knew exactly what needed to be done, offered her suggestions, and managed everything efficiently while handling other tasks simultaneously. Zuzu was the cherry on top, buzzing around to ensure all customers were comfortable and providing assistance wherever needed. The reasonable prices and friendly service keep this place constantly busy.

Extremely disappointed with the service here—definitely not worth it and absolutely not recommended!I wasn’t expecting luxury, but the prices for the poor quality were shocking. I came in for a gel mani-pedi, and they charged an absurd 80 dirhams for removing my old polish. I asked if this fee was for both hands and feet, and the staff confirmed, but they had no idea how to do proper removal. The first technician hurt me multiple times using the machine and eventually had to ask someone else for help.What’s even more frustrating? They charged me 80 dirhams for hands and another 80 for feet, but they didn’t even fully remove the old polish on my hands—they just applied new polish on top! Why am I paying for something that wasn’t even done properly?From a distance, my nails looked okay, but up close, the flaws were obvious. The polish application was messy, the shape was strange due to layering, and there was no attention given to skin treatment around my nails. Both technicians used their fingers to clean up excess polish, which was bizarre.I usually get my nails done at a different salon for 250 dirhams but decided to save money this time, and it was a huge mistake. By the end, I was shocked when the total came to 340 dirhams—way more than the 180–200 I had expected. After expressing my dissatisfaction, the receptionist lowered it to 302 dirhams, but even that was far too much for such subpar service.To top it off, two of my nails started peeling off as soon as I got home and took a shower. Honestly, be careful booking here, and make sure you’re aware of hidden charges. The service and quality simply don’t match the price, and youre better off spending a little extra elsewhere where real professionals will take care of you properly. I’m giving 3 stars only because the technicians tried, but even their best effort wasn’t enough.

I bought voucher from Group on and used exactly what was on voucher but the staff took extra money saying my hair was long. Actually my hair was not long. The girl who gave me service finished all procedures in 20 minutes( washing, cutting and blow dry) you can judge the level of service. Quality is of service is very poor. I chose this saloon because of the ratings but I realized that they make you to give a review before you leave the salon. Yes, the money you pay for the service is cheaper than other places but don’t get confused that you will get great service for 100 dirhams )

Every staff are welcoming and smiling but not too chatty which I appreciate so much. I accidentally booked from the wrong branch but they still accommodated me. Very poor salon, didnt feel clean from beggining. Staff kept talking in their language whole time they were doing my manicure. I been cut till blood. And 1 week after nails start to chip in and broke. 2 weeks later 2 nails broken and rest starr to chipin. Wouldnt reccomend.

Brilliant salon!! I have had my nails done several times from here and the shellac always lasts 3 to 4 weeks. All the staff are lovely and welcoming, especially the receptionist. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I still travel to this salon even though i have now moved to a different area.

I did hair protein with Maria and the results is stunning. I have a long thick hair and she was very patient and gentle and gave me the direction to maintain the result.

I bought a Groupon to do my hair and mani, pedi. This place is great because the location isnt so far from me, the area is quiet and I was so happy to know they had free parking (just call them in advance). I really dislike going to places where parking is hard to find! When I walked in, I didnt have to wait at all. They immediately got to work not only quickly but efficiently. Benita did a hot oil treatment on my hair while 2 ladies (Manisha & Babylin) did the mani and pedi. Then Benita washed my hair and did a trim and a blow dry. The best part is all of that didnt take that long at all! This is perfect for me because I really dont like to be in salons for too long...I dont have the time! I actually really liked the haircut Benita gave me. Manicure and pedicure were both lovely. It was a great experience and I will definitely come back again. Thank you so much, ladies!

This salon has a lovely atmosphere. It was so relaxing! The music 8s playing softly and staff talk calmly, not the usual non-stop chit chat amongst staff. I so much enjoyed a quieter atmosphere around me. I had a wonderful Mani Pedi, and a pixie hair cut. Ms Benita knew what she was doing! She considered my wishes and did a fantastic job. I feel refreshed and actually a bit younger now. 😜

I had a wash and blow dry done by Maria after work. They made me feel so relaxed after a long day and I left with a lovely blowdry , bouncy and curled at the ends and it sat beautifully through the night . She did a great job and i received many complements on my hair. Thanks Maria :-)

Its always a pleasure to visit Ombre Salon in Arjan. Girls are extremely professional, packages and services are always affordable. Jasis work on my hair is always beautiful and accurate and Sara always handles nails with attention and care. Front receptionist Zuzu is always friendly and welcoming. :) Couldnt ask for more from this salon.

It’s the first time I have come to this salon to do my hair color. I recently moved to the area, and was given a heads up by a friend that they have all rounded, experienced staff, as well as good customer service. This was proven today. The lady that did my hair colour exceeded my expectations to say the least. Sapna is somebody who listens to you, and consults with you in a genuine manner, by being honest. Sadly I’ve found majority of other hairdressers in Dubai, don’t care about damaging your hair and just want to sell as many products as they can. I booked for full head highlights, however she advised against this, and created the same look if not better by framing at the front, and spreading foils around the back of my head to create a blended look. The suggestions she made were exactly what I was thinking in my mind, and the fact she gave me these options before I said it put extreme confidence in me that I would leave the salon feeling super happy. Again this would be an understatement, my hair has a mix of different colours and nobody has been able to give me what I wanted for the longest time. Instead I’ve had to use extensions to create the colour blend I like. Coming up to closing time, I will note that her fellow peers were not team players in my eyes, despite her kindly asking if they could tag team with her to compete my blow dry, so that they could all be done on time for when their driver arrives, she took no offense and happily did it solo with the biggest smile on her face. I was really sad to find out this is not her regular branch, but if not able to come on request, I would definitely travel from Arjan to Silicon just to ensure I get her!

The five stars are for the ladies that work here. I would highly recommend Ombre Salon, Arjan because they are lovely and highly skilled. The salon itself is clean and the ambience here is much calmer than that in the one based at DSO. However there are some points I would like to highlight… parking is an issue, and can be tricky to navigate. I would also like to add that they seem to be running low on nail colours, managers please support your staff with their work and provide them with the tools they need. Also please help them with their aprons and their uniforms and take note of all the bending they are doing, please have a duty of care towards your staff. It may be worth adding some additional tables… even for customers we have no where to place our belongings. I come here regularly so it would be great to see these things improved. Thank you

I visited Ombre Salon and arrived drenched as it was raining. From the attention I got from the entrance to my nails to leaving the salon, I cannot fault the lovely ladies. I was dried with a blow dryer, given a nice warm cup of coffee and had an amazing mani pedi. Special thanks to Zuzu, Laksmi, Babi and Sara. The end result of my blow dry was nice but the experience really wasn’t the best.I came on Saturday for a wash and blow dry, the lady didn’t even wash my hair properly (only the top) and was quite rough, water was spraying all over my face and the towel used was dirty.For the conditioner, no mask was used and the product itself was only applied to my roots.Because of the way she washed it, my hair was so tangled and she didn’t brush through it before drying so it became so knotted.Quite rough when it came to blow drying, I didn’t want her to use heat styling as I was worried for the damage.Salon itself was very busy at this time, maybe that’s why but I wouldn’t return

First of all the receptionist is very friendly. Talking to her while making the booking gives one confidence to want and visit the Spa/Salon. The place is very clean and well maintained. Lovely environment, not a minute of boredom! The staff are extremely friendly and will keep you entertained with good services. I must say it is one of the best pedicures I have ever tried , with a reasonable price range! It is all thanks to Zuzu where she was scrubbing my feet in a professional way followed by Sara and Laxmi to complete the pedicure and manicure. Sadia was too polite and made sure I was comfortable with their services. At last Jasi was very friendly too. Overall I loved the experience and would come back. I recommend the salon.
