23rd Dec- did my hair color with Janath today for the first time and she was also very good .. she knows what she is doing and has a good knowledge in colors . Glad with the outcome.11th sep - today again Saima did her magic for my nail extensions .. loved the nail art..15th Aug- Got my nail extensions and nail art by Irene and extremely happy with her work.. she understood the theme I asked and just “nailed” it 🥰Anisha was equally good in pedicure service ..Got my gel extensions by Saima. Pretty neat work and very satisfied with the nails. Would sure go back for all my extensions in future 🥰🥰Just one concern , they don’t have the nail table set up..

I had found a Groupon for highlights so I called the salon to ask about it. Not only were they super helpful with answering my questions but they also agreed to honor the Groupon discount without me having to go through the hassle of ordering it.The service itself was amazing. All staff were very welcoming. Samaat and Rebecca were incredibly nice and helpful, offering their expertise in helping us decide what color would suit my sister and I. Samaat had to face the extra challenge because my hair is very long and thick and I had green highlights already but she was able to to get the color to perfectly blend. Both my and my sisters hair turned out amazing and was beyond our expectations.

I was curious at the beginning because if you walk in you can see that the place is not the cleanest and lights are flicking ect but she did my nails ( manicure) amazing ngl! I also did a blowdry and loved it but the way was a bit hard. So the outcome is good!

Fouzia did the blow drying she was so professional and fast al so coming back I recommend her in the hair section. For poonam she was so helpful for doing my mani and pedi despite the fact I didn’t have an appointment she’s fast and her work is very clean .

Writing this as i’m leaving, from the UK and didn’t have time to do my nails so i came here & im so happy!! she gave me a manicure before doing the nails (included in the price they give you) and it made a huge difference. they’re gorgeous and did them exactly as i wanted. Top top top gelish manicure and pedicure, exceptional services, perfect result. They respect their clients always and accommodate us even last minute - there have been few times when I call for emergency nail service and they always find a way. All the ladies that work there are so friendly polite smiley professional and it s not a surprise that the place is always full of clients I mean it s more than obvious why this salon is doing so great. Today I was there again to do my nails and honestly Bipan and Sawera offered me the best mani and pedi. Also the manager Sunshine is super nice. Last but not least, the prices are very good.

Nice enough salon, quite clean. Happy with my nails (gel mani and classic pedi) even though every shade of pink I chose they didnt have in classic for the feet...so ended up with red. The photos are 6 days later to show how its stayed. Wasnt quite as happy with the waxing, but it wasnt bad. Will still go again 😊

I had a very bad experience at this branch.I booked with groupon and they asked me to add 99 aed more for a haircut.They never mention that thing in the groupon!!!If they cut they do the minimum cut ;a straight cut .Morever the ladies at the reception had a bad behavior laughing and telling things in the back of the customer.Never come back again.

For JVC this salon is a good find. Reasonably priced, friendly staff, clean and quite a lively place. The hair dresser ( Fouzia) was clearly quite experienced as she was efficient and understood what I exactly wanted. She is friendly and is very good at what she does with my hair. Will definitely go there again for my hair colour and cuts.Update: been going there every month and Fouzia always does my roots. She is the best❤️

Hi today i had done my gelish manicure and classic pedicure but Im not happy with the service. While doing pedicure swera badly scrubbed my toe skin ..i cant walk properly because of pain and redness.. Im travelling today so difficult for me. Manicure also no shine like gel, looks very dull.

The salon is so good affordable and clean i did with irin her service was excellent and good colors quality they dont do the Russian technique but still the color lasts at least three week and she filed properly and didnt damage my skin very recommended

I just had my highlights done here, the staffs are very hospitable. Rubeka did a great job doing my highlights, she knows very well which color suites me and which one matches my existing highlights. Sunshine is also amazing, she helps me get all my bookings done in 1day so I wont need to come back for another day, which I appreciated a lot. Its my 2nd time doing the gellish manicure and classic pedicure here, I liked that first one so I came back for the 2nd, and will do more in the future. Their services are highly recommended. One of the secret hidden gems of Dubai. Thought I’d try a new salon out and was so suprised by Ombré salon. From the moment I entered, the staff were lovely. Reshma and bipana were especially amazing in the gelish manicure and pedicure. Fully recommend!!

I got my hair done at this salon and I was really happy with the result. I asked for light brown-dirty blonde highlights and miss Gita, who did my hair, was super lovely and professional. She was fast as well and we made a little small talk. The only thing that made me raise my eyebrows was the fact that the lady from the reception came to me half-way into bleaching and asked me to sign a paper stating that Im aware that highlights are done by using bleach and that bleach causes dryness or damage so if anything bad happens, the salon isnt responsible for that. It was a bit of a red flag. My first thought was that my hair is all going to fall off and they dont want to be held accountable, but miss gita reassured me that my hair will be fine and not to get scared, its just procedure. Overall my experience was great, miss Gita is very hard-working and polite and treats a customer exactly how it should be. Reading the other reviews I can say that maybe the problem is the owner. No proper training or interview process, staff is overworked and paid poorly, she doesnt come check if everything is going alright, I dont know what it is but althought there is room for improvement, Im glad my experience was good. Definitely book hair appointments with miss Gita💗💗💗

I went to get my acrilics removed and wow they have damaged my nails. I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but they did a horrible job. And they are so painful now, my nails were weak but not like this. The way she removed the nail completely rubbed off my layers and as you can see on the photo there are different parts were the acrílic is still there.

Ive been coming here for a while now, and the service is good, and the price is affordable.The mani and pedi specialists are well trained and do very good service every time.Something that I like and they do is that they use two specialist when I book mani pedi, and this way, I do not waste 2+hours in this service alone.

Booked here to come and do Botox for my hair.Over the phone lady Sunshine told me that it will take 2 hours because I have long hair.It was suitable because I have a meeting scheduled after.I came and washing my hair and brushing took them 40 minutes to 1 hour only. After that I asked how much time does she needs to finish and she told me at least 2 hours more.Afterwards when I asked them for help from another lady to speed up the process they told me not possible and madam Sunshine suddenly said “I told you it will take at least 3 hours”, which was a lie.Really bad experience here. No wonder they charge 300 aed less then other salons in the area. Their receptionist is giving wrong information and instead of trying to fix the situation yells at the client.Now to the pain, I did Botox before and I know that I shouldn’t be painful. The Indian lady who was doing my hair was brushing my wet hair and it was so painful that I thought she will take my skiff off

The poor girls are worked solid, which means their standards and mood have dropped. They rush through the mani-pedi so the end results isnt good.The girl cut my cuticule and used the sanding machine to remove old gel even tho I asked not to.Only 4 days later the gel nails were peeling off.

I am usually very skeptical about having my nails done as I always end up cut, in pain, or with nasty infections. But as a last try, I decided to try Ombre and it was incredible. Poonam was thorough but gentle and although I was waiting for something to ruin the experience, it never happened. Cannot recommend her and this place enough and my nails look gorgeous!

One of the best salon in Dubai, the team is very friendly, they take care of the clients. Its my second time, samha, I hope Im not wrong in her name , she made me my roots, she made the best blow dry I have ever had in my life ,the curves last more than 4 days , which is impossible with my hair 😜 . She makes me some treatment just to make my hair look less dry and more shiny. I definitely recommend her and the place. If you want to look amazing for all week or just for a night, go there without any hesitation.

Had a great experience and service at Ombré salon today! The employees were all so nice and friendly, and their work was so beautiful and professional. We were two people and I got a very beautiful layered haircut exactly like the picture I showed the stylist. They also washed and blow dried my hair. My mom got a root hair dye, and a beautiful haircut and styling with a curling iron from Ms. Gita. Overall the salon was clean, organised, and the staff’s work was excellent. Highly recommend!!

As a first-time customer who has been to many salons over the years, I must say that I had one of the most wonderful salon experiences at Ombre Salon JVC and this is entirely to the credit of the amazing staff!I received a wash, haircut and blow dry from Geeta who was so considerate, efficient and skilled! I haven’t been this impressed by a haircut and blow dry in a very long time, thank you Geeta!I also received a gel mani from Faria and I am so satisfied by the finished results, this young lady knows exactly what she’s doing! She was also so much fun to talk to, thank you Faria!Special shout out to Nicole at the reception desk and Sunshine who is the Office Manager for being so lovely and warm.All in all, I’d spent my time today chatting and laughing with the staff. You can tell everyone loves working together! I haven’t had this much fun at a salon EVER and I can’t wait to visit again ❤️For anyone reading this who is worried about the other reviews, I assure you that the staff are amazing and it is likely the owner who is overworking such wonderful girls. Nice place. Went in for waxing..Severah was the sweetest young lady. She did a great job..quick and well done. She was courteous and knew her work. The place is a clean environment and private for waxing.They give you good deals and promotions as well. They know and remember their customers well.My mom also got a trim and a hair dye. They took good care of her and suggested the right color and type for her hair. She also had a very pleasant experience. Thanks ladies

Lovely, cheap beauty salon located in JVC. The ladies working there are very efficient and very eager to please with their services, especially Reshma - she is a fantastic nail technician and always has a smile on her face.The lady who does the waxing services is very efficient and tries her best to minimise pain.Sunshine (the receptionist) is always very accommodating, funny and puts a smile on anyones face.

They ruined my hair!I came to do Botox and they told me it will make hair a shade or two less bright, but it will be healthy and shiny.My color was gone completely! My hair damaged and falling of! Not to mention how painfully they were pulling my hair. I will never come back here and don’t recommend to anyone!
