I came last week (30th) but I forgot to put reviewOnly thing i didnt like was that its cash only ..but Ester and Divya made my appt worth it! It’s convenient to get to from business bay metro (bus F19A)I got pedicure and Biab extensions so far they have stayed soooo well no chipping either ! This is my new go to salon for sure ◡̈

I did my lashes today and asked for something very natural and not too heavy, my preferences were met perfectly i loved them! They look amazing and beautiful and very natural. Definitely recommend.

Appointments are so messy, their nail colors are also very limited. absolutely one of my worst experiences i also paid extra for nail art and it was not nice at all. All my nails broke in less than a week. I asked for gel on acrylic and the quality of the gel was so cheap. Anyway the atmosphere is cute but not worth my money.

Yesterday I went to one five salon for my nail extensions!When I go there they gave me best service and the nail technician name is Divya she’s very friendly ♥️ I told her to my nails are sensitive then after she’s doing very well nail extension to me.I’m very happy for the service!!!!!And the salon is very aesthetic and calm 🤍 I love the place and the service!And I really big thanks to divya who do my nails beautifully 🤍💗

I went to get my lashes done with my friend 10/10 their service is AMAZING and so accommodating, they did exactly what we wanted and i’d definitely come againRana was so so lovely and helpful, she did my lashes and i LOVED them, any time i’d visit dubai i’ll only come to this salon to get my lashes and hair done

I have written a review before but it seems to have gotten deleted.I got acrylic nails here and one of the nails fell off after 2 days, a week went by and a few other nails fell too. Did not even last a week very disappointed

You’re services is super superrr and beyond unprofessional!The nail artists they lack the energy to work as if they working for free ! It was my first time and the last of course! and they just open the door and kept me waiting with nothing to say !And i asked if i can put red color they have no red color i mean sry its the basic !! And when i asked if i can do my nails at least to match they said sry we are full and the salon was literally empty i was alone !! The nail artist wasn’t able to do the minimum pedicure i did my nail by myself!!What a shame ! I was amazed from your insta page and the work but it turns out it’s all fake!Really really i will never come back ! Such a hypocrite salon!

My appointment at 1:00 and i am on time no reception no one to see me after seating i got message from their customer service to reschedule my appointment while i am already there !!!! If i am as a customer did this i will be on black list. And then they told me maybe the tech needs one hour or more!Not recommend and defiantly last time for me don’t respect people time.

I had a very bad experience with them they didn’t have the courtesy to call and tell me that the technician had an emergency 30 min ago and left so if they called right away I wouldn’t have come all the way here, it is unbelievable and unacceptable that she waited for me to tell me that the technician left 30 minutes ago

Their service is good and Divya is very accommodating. They also have free valet parking on the building itself. :)

Losing of time not more

Not cleaned, it took them 2.5 hours for a Gel refill. the nail polish is not applied well and is missing in certain places on the nails. nails curved and not filed to perfection. after less than two weeks one is already broken…. on instagram and tiktok they post fake videos and photos because they arent capable of doing nails.
