Magnificent spa! The softest towels, like fluffy clouds somewhere above the rainbow.Excellent service and the most competent staff who truly know how to make anyone happy and relaxed. A pleasant relaxation area and delicious tea.Guests receive delightful surprises and there is a shop where its hard to resist the temptation to take a few bottles for your perfume collection.If you go with a partner, there is a high risk of falling in love again and experiencing a rush of butterflies and goosebumps all over your body.

This morning, I visited the Traditional Hammam, and it was an incredible experience. The staff welcomed me warmly, and the pool, changing room, and relaxation area were absolutely stunning. The therapist was exceptional—the scrub, massage, soothing music, and the steam afterward were all perfect. I was particularly impressed by the black Moroccan soap; it worked wonders for my skin. It was exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Had a great experience with the hamaam service provided here. The women working here, Oumayma, Amal, Nuha and Zahraa were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. Extremely clean and pleasant facilities. Will definitely be coming back

The worst experience ever ! We ordered 90 min Royal Hammam .. poor interior , one woman was cleaning us for 20 min and only after come second one .. very outdated everything, very small room where we been with my friend. We decide to reduce out treatment to 60 min.. when we go to female rest area , suddenly 3 man enters in the towels only , we was schocked to see this in UAE .. as per reception, after 2 pm spa is mixed 🙉 why we was not informed? I hope Municipality know about it .. we left immediately.. Manager offer 15% discount but I already have ESAAD card with 20% discount … Do not comeback here 100%

This is the best Moroccan Hamman experience you will find in Dubai. It’s well worth the money as you will feel revived, rejuvenated and relaxed after this treatment. Service, cleanliness and hospitality is wonderful in this oriental spa. Highly recommended!!

I had a deeply disappointing experience with the One&Only spa booking process. I bought an expensive gift voucher as a special birthday present for my mother. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen illnesses with her children, she was unable to use the voucher before it expired. When she reached out to the spa to request an extension, they assured her that they would follow up but never did.I had to take it upon myself to visit the spa multiple times after work to get an update. I was promised a response that never came on my first visit, which prompted my second. The lack of communication and empathy was incredibly frustrating, especially given the reason behind this gift. The only solution they were willing to offer was an upgrade on our next purchase, which I found laughable after this experience.I had really hoped to gift my mother with a relaxing experience after all she’s done for us, but it’s clear that One&Only does not prioritize customer care. While I cannot comment on the spa facilities themselves, the poor service and lack of empathy are enough for me to advise against purchasing gift vouchers from One&Only. It may be better to give cash as a gift, as the restrictions and poor service make the voucher more of a burden than a treat.

I recently visited one and only spa and it was an absolutely rejuvenating experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was calm and inviting,The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout my entire visit. I opted for a facial massage, and the therapist was exceptional—skilled, gentle, and clearly experienced, i think her name was Masa and Nasreen. The facilities were immaculate, and the overall experience left me feeling completely relaxed and calm. I highly recommend one and only spa to anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves to some well-deserved pampering!

Had a great massage from Mercy who was excellent and well trained , she managed to remove nearly all my shoulder knots .Feeling absolutely relaxed and rejuvenated.Loved the concept of the use of sand to massage feet which was very therapeutic and the sound of the singing bowl and use of rose quartz . Am amazed how truly the sand ,and sound could not only relax the body but the mind and soul as well .❤️

I had high expectations based on recommendations, but my birthday massage experience was very disappointing (It was a gift voucher).The massage was average with no proper technique, and I had bad lower back pain the next day. The spa felt more like an office than a relaxing space, with staff noisily walking and chatting around. It was uncomfortable to have too many female staff members standing and staring in the dressing room and pool area, leaving no privacy.The reception upstairs was rude and snobby when I asked about the relaxation room, despite the downstairs reception confirming we could use it. After the massage, no one showed us the facilities or relaxation room, making it feel like they just wanted us to leave quickly. For a luxury spa, I expected better-trained staff and a more welcoming atmosphere. This was one of the weirdest spa experiences Ive had & I tried so many Spas in my life.

While staying at the O&O I’ve used the spa multiple times. I highly recommend the male therapist Anoop, he is very professional, courteous and extremely good at his role.I have frequently enjoyed massages at beautiful resorts and spas around the world but this was hands down one of the best.I will be back

I experienced a ritual which consisted in a scrub, 90 min massage and facial.The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and professional unfortunately this is the only positive note of this experience.I upgraded to 90 min massage instead of 60min as I usually enjoy longer massages except this time I was looking forward to the end and I finally asked to switch to the facial as I wasn’t enjoying the very basic massage I was provided with.The massage especially on my arms and legs consisted in rubbing back and forth with hot stones and hands, I was waiting for a little more technique by coming to this spa.To end the experience, I was directly sent to the locker room which surprised me so I had to inquire if I could use the resting area after my « 2hour » ritual, the therapist seemed surprised but took me there.I expressed my disappointment while leaving the spa and was told I would be contacted to hear more about my experience. This was last Monday since then no one tried to reach out.

A great Spa where you can find peace, nice welcome, and recharge your energy. It is a very clean spa with lots of attention to details and well-being. Prices are on high end though

Amazing experience, Leah was wonderful and I really enjoyed the massage she did for me (hot stone). Facilities are a bit old and you can see it but service makes up for everything. Loved it !

Don’t waste your money on the One & Only Hammam and Spa. The spa is noisy and hectic, with no regard for volume control or attempt to create a relaxed environment. After a very average massage, no tea or water was offered and instead I found out that the steam room doesn’t work, and the sauna that only fits two people already has four people crammed into it. Least relaxing spa visit ever.

Fantastic Massage, very clean place, the staff is very friendly.Enjoyed the experience, had a 60 min thai massage, the Léa the massage expert was really good. After the massage has some serene time in their relaxing area where they are offering différent types of tea and dates.The only disadvantage that to use the facility (steam room and sauna ) I had to go to the ground floor and it was not directly connected to the changing room and the relaxing area.But still Highly Recommended.

I had a hammam here and the original room was too small for me (I’m 193). Saief the manager was able to give me a new room and also gave me a complimentary service for the hassle. He went above and beyond and I would like to commend him. Thank you.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Perfect location, private beach . We stayed in the residence and we had an amazing relaxing experience. Room was great : perfect Arabian style, all new, clean, well organized, amazing bedding and sleeping facilities , fresh flowers and fruits every day . We really enjoyed fresh cooked breakfast and the range of fresh fruits and berries, pastries and etc. The Morrocan spa is an amazing place, starting from the architect and design, service and treatments are exceptional. My daughter enjoyed the kids club and was so much welcomed by the ladies in the club. Once again I repeat that all staff members were extremely polite, helpful, friendly and welcoming , providing exceptional service ! Really great hotel! Highly recommended! Can’t wait to be back !

The worst experience i ever had in my life.I was supposed to celebrate my husband’s birthday during the stay and it turned to be wasting time changing rooms and waiting for food for long time. Manager of the grill beach was super rude didn’t allow my nanny to join us for lunch since they don’t serve food by the pool.. racist

I got a voucher for 1 hour session for AED 160 from groupon.The service was worth it. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. Served me with a welcome drink. And gave me a Tab in which i could choose the type of therapy i was looking for. Which areas i needed to focus on . How much pressure i required. What outcome i was expecting etc..And then they other lady guided me towards the male spa locker . They have seprate Male and Female spa which is nice.The ambience was really nice and Royalish.Then Dalvinder my Therapist guided me towards the other facilities. Relaxation room, Steam,Sauna and Jacuuzzi.The massage room was also really good.And overall massage was satisfactory

Its a very nice hotel sure but the professionalism of the staff is amazing. The low level staff are the best in Dubai. I hope they are getting the pay they deserve. In just one day Ive gotten used to being pampered and served for every small thing :) thanks a lot. The building is old i hear but you cant see the age, everything looks and feels nice. I advise having your events in this place.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at the Royal Mirage one and only luxury spa! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The environment was calm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive.I decided to go for the Swedish massage, and it was truly outstanding. Juvilyn, the therapist, had such a gentle and expert touch, and she clearly knew all the right pressure points to use. I left the treatment feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.I would highly recommend the Royal Mirage one and only spa to anyone looking for a bit of pampering and relaxation. The atmosphere is serene, the staff are truly professional, and the treatments on offer are top-notch. Had a great experience from the beginning to end. Meena (I think is the assistant manager) was wonderful as she communicated very quickly through email and told me exactly what to expect before she booked my appointment. Once there, I was happily greeted from the gate to reception where they provided some orange juice before I could start winding down by going for a swim. When it was my turn, Amin took me in and did everything to make me comfortable throughout the hammam as it was my first time.

The massage itself was great and we’ve heard good things of the hammam. We did a couples massage, my husband went for Swedish and I went for the pre-natal massage. The only downside would be the other spa facilities like the sauna, steam room and pool which were small. There were only two of us in the relaxation pool but there were so many people in and around for hammam it really didn’t feel peaceful at all. It’s felt crowded and overwhelming. Also the therapist asked us if we wanted a drink whilst waiting for our treatment and the drink never came (we waited around 45mins).

This is the home of our book club and the secret eden for my meetings. Such a warm place, posh and classic, great team, great service, wonderful food fusions and representation. The location and it decoration is only outstanding. It makes it my favorite place in Dubai for business, networking and for even dating out

It was the WORST spa experience!I understand it’s one of the prestigious hotels with great review and that’s one of the reasons I wanted to give it a tryI booked two deep tissues for my parents and a Thai for myselfMy service was greatHowever problem is with services my parents received!!! More so with the receptionist I spoke after the serviceThe therapist specially asked for their needs and they both asked what they want and not wantHowever the therapist didn’t carry out a single request of theirs even after mentioning it over and over during the serviceThey came out of the service upset and frustratedWhat’s the purpose of asking when u will be carrying it out the way you want ?Shouldn’t the service cater the need of the one receiving it?Even worse was the receptionistI told of the situation and instead of any apologies for discomfort, she insist that no one ever makes complain at their spaSo is she insisting that I am making this up?In the world of hospitality, I believe key to success is to cater to the needs of the clients they are are dealing with and make them feel they are welcomed and want to returnI have been to many many great spas all over the world, but this was really the worst!Came with high hopes of great service and leaving with the worst experience - never ever want to step my foot into their door again for myself and for all the people I know

The service and quality at this place is impeccable. I always leave feeling zen, out of the many spas available in Dubai, I gravitate back to the One and Only and wish they had this in London. What a nice, relaxing hotel in the middle of busy Dubai. We spend a week there and enjoyed the spacious site with its wonderful large garden and private beach. We especially liked the luxurious Arabic flair and the tremendously attentive staff (in particular -- thanks Carina for being such a great host & hotel manager). Highly recommended if you are looking for a place in the city that feels like a relaxing, more quiet island.

In terms of hospitality, the reception were great and always smiling.I tried the Royal Hammam with Fatima Zahra. I loved the fact that within the big hammam, there are small private sections for more privacy ! Fatima ensured I was satisfied and comfortable all the time.The facilities include: a small whirl pool, one small sauna enough for 3 people, and one small steam room fit for one person.I give this place 3 stars because they were about to charge me extra for a service I did not get! Thankfully, the manager was walking by and I inquired from him.So, be careful before you pay for the service!

Stayed at The Palace in 2012. Hotel is amazing. Staff are very helpful and will do anything to make your stay perfect. The pool area is very beautiful and quiet. Beach is great but sand has a lot of tiny stones in it. But overall a fantastic hotel, staff and views

For a management that replies and thanks me for my 5 star rating without a review surely deserves one!I attended few weddings at this marvelous fairytale palace located in the midst of busy Dubai Marina area, and they were! The gardens the interior is like a story! It has a Moroccan architecture and true Arabic flare. The outdoor areas are nicely gathered and decorated. The staff is very welcoming. It is a must see hotel.

Beautiful location, courteous staff and service. Went to attend an event there so couldnt enjoy the hotel at large. However i could tell that they have maintained their hotel very well. Food is delicious. The buffet served at their restaurant in basement was just amazing with a very wide spread. Enjoyed my day there. Appreciate the staff and their keeness to be of service. This is what one appreciates in a Hotel and makes them come back the next time.

To be honest, the massage itself was really good. The therapist was very professional. However, the spa overall is so bad. Literally 0 privacy whatsoever. Even in the men locker room there are female staff cleaning and going in and out.In the “relaxing room” a lot of the staff would go in and out and talk loudly.I’m not sure if it’s worth coming here only for the massage itself. But, keep in mind you would never enjoy the facilities.

The hotel offers excellent facilities and the service is very good. Used one of the restaurants which was to say the least overpriced even for Dubai, but the food and atmosphere was nice.My room was spacious with large bathroom with bath, separate shower, 2 basins and bidet. A good selection of toiletries are available.Large comfortable bed, with plenty of storage space, fridge, mini bar and importantly excellent air conditioning.Breakfast is available at extra cost, but there is a fantastic selection of cold cuts, cooked selection, breads, fruit, pastries and cereal.There are two swimming pools which are clean and well supervised, easy access to the beach with very hot sea. The beach does overlook a huge building site which was at times noisy.

Attended a business Seminar here. The property is, as we all know, wonderful. Lots of greenery all round. It was drizzling on the day and that made the surrounding gardens more appealing.The arrangements at the Seminar were very good including the refreshments during the Tea break.prior to the start of the Seminar, hotel reps gave us a safety Briefing which is very important indeed.Luncheon buffet was very varied and delicious indeed. All is all a very good experience, befitting the High standards of this Property.Staff was helpful as well.

One of my top favourite places in Dubai, anytime of the day or night. A Beach resort and the beach is private..its also a nice place for a romantic date with no kids running around. I love the drift bar, their cocktails 👌n the seafood is amazing but its there are other restaurants offering different cuisines too.They have a very nice spa and the swimming pools are great. All their amenities are world class!Amazing place to watch the sunset too😊

Stayed here for one night after a business trip. Worth the cost, although it was quite reasonable due to low season (Aug).Main pool area is lovely with umbrellas and palm trees for shade. Staff bring you a cool box with cold water and cold flannel. They literally cant do enough for you - theres even someone who will clean down guests sunglasses in the pool, someone one who will offer fruits and refreshments at midday.I didnt get the shuttle to the Arabian Court due to my short stay but would definitely recommend the Bar and Restaurants having been before. There is a complimentary shuttle boat to the One and Only Palm if you have a reservation.Room is huge with a balcony / terrace overlooking the court yard/pool.I cant wait to come back - my new favourite hotel.

After being a frequent guest here for over 2 years I finally get to leave a review.This is the most Wonderful and best spa and hammam in Dubai 💛 we love the amazing service and kindness. The Hammam is so amazing with Mr Saif being such an inspiration in management and hospitality! They deserve 6 stars! Don’t think of going anywhere else.. this is it. My one and only spa - every time! Simply done right! This Turkish bath house was one of the most amazing experiences I had to date. The service was out of this world, the tea was amazing, the dates are first class. Oh did I mention this is a bathhouse? I felt completely rejuvenated after the massage and the cleaning. It was amazing!!!!

Amazing holiday staying at The Arabian Court. The staff could not do enough for us and have became friends over our last couple of visits. Great location on beach setting, the gardens are a joy to walk through. Highly recommended for families and couples

The One&Only Royal Mirage is a magic place. We stayed in the Arabian Courtyard. The rooms are big and nicely decorated and the bed is super comfortable!! The beach looked beautiful, but we didnt stay there as it was too hot at the beginning of August. So we preferred the refreshing cooled down swimming pool! The service is amazing. It was my husbands birthday and they surprised him with a beautifully decorated room and a cake (And I hadnt asked for it...)! I hope we will be back soon!

One of the oldest and best hotel in Jumeirah road. The hotel is split into 3 properties within one compound as The Palace, Residence and Arabian Court. Both interior and landscaping are amazing and well maintained. Very professional staff and friendly staff around to make sure all your needs are met or exceeded. Recommended to visit and stay. Couple of good restaurants especially Jetty Lounge and Drift.

Very comfortable not too flashy hotel for both couples and families. Good food, great service and excellent pool area. Beach is well kept but looks on to construction on the Palm. Here and there could do with a bit of a refresh, but all in all we had a fantastic time with our one year old son.

Nothing about this hotel could be described as low cost, and yet the value is fantastic. These people understand that service underpins everything and its done in a very balanced manner. Theres no subservience, but there is a confidence and humour that seems to let the guest in on the secret that this really is one of the best hotel experiences in Dubai. First stayed here in 2001 before moving to Dubai 6-years later, and it remains a top hotel despite competition (almost) being built daily.They have got right what so many in Dubai get wrong - service is the wrong word. You really do feel like a guest in a home. Food excellent, surroundings wonderful.

A beautiful place to stay right on the Arabian gulf. They have a private beach sand extensive outdoor pool area. We paid just to use these areas as our hotel was more downtown. If we had the finances then we probably would have stayed here and loved it.

The room was huge and elegant, the breakfast buffet was very nice and tasty. special thanks to Mohsen, the night manager, who made sure our stay was perfect. i loved the pool and the ambiance of the place. would highly recommend .

I wanted to love it. I really did. I’ve stayed at One and Only resorts and the one in Dubai felt like it would be next level.It was not.For half the price, it could have been 3-4 stars, but at this price, it just misses. To be clear, I am just fine spending money for superb experiences (see previous reviews). This was not that.- The beach. This was the biggest fail. The beach does not overlook water. It has cranes, noise and buildings. Yuck.- Service. Not bad, but not five star. The place is massive and easy to get lost your first time. But when you ask directions, the staff will point you, but not really help you. Beach service takes about 30 minutes.- The rooms. The shower didn’t drain. The TV didn’t turn off.All in all, a fail for the resort and the brand.

An amazing resort with lush landscape and beautiful ambience. The management and staff are very attentive and supportive to all their guests. All rooms are beautifully decorated and overlook the beautiful gardens. One spectacular resort with its unique irresistible signature.

I was a guest for a corporate reunion in Arabian curt.The interior design is fantastic and you feel you are waking in a palace. Dinner was great and mixed of different cuisines of Arabic and Indian according to nationality of guests and it was perfect. And entertainment, belly dance and music was great.

Nice place. Very luxurious rooms, great breakfast, amazing scent of cosmetics!:) The pool is much cooler then the sea. Lots of grass, bushes and other green around the place so there is a great view out of the window.

Stayed here on first trip to Dubai. Rooms are lovely and the food is just first class. I made use of the piano lounge for daytime meetings and the staff soon came to know how I liked my Earl Gray. Definitely a quiet business or retreat hotel - it wouldnt be my first choice if I had the kids with me.

This has been the worst massage experience I ever had. I felt I was in a kindergarten inside the room and in a boot camp at the reception. The lady was so rude and disrespectful on the phone. I booked a couple massage, and all throughout the massage the ladies were joking together and laughing. The massage quality was below poor; I felt I was getting beaten up rather than being relaxed. The masseuse didn’t touch any or the right spots, asked me which areas to focus on, and I mentioned that I need focus on the hands and head, but unexpectedly she was running her fingers through my hair coz she just wanted to finish the session without making any effort.

Very strategically located. The staff are friendly, well mannered and informed. It had photos showing a bit of UAE history. The pool is nice and close to the ocean. They have some out door sports activities.Palm Jumeirah view. Its has both traditional Arabic and modern touch themes.

One of my fave hotels in Dubai. Beautiful outlets. Amazing for shisha nights. Also great place for romantic dinners at Beach, Bar & Grill. Amazing staff and perfect inside out.

We have stayed before at the Palace and the Arabian Court. Both hotels are top drawer. The staff are brilliant. Prices are not cheap, but you get what you pay for, which is a very comfortable, relaxing stay and a good choice of restaurants. If you are staying elsewhere in Dubai you can visit most of the restaurants.

Nice Spa, very luxurious, didn’t like it being mixed ladies & gents sharing the common areas in the afternoon & evening. That’s why I haven’t gone back. For the same price I prefer Talis Ottoman SPA where it’s separated ladies & gents areas

One of Dubais best hotels with a great beach, excellent amenities and top notch service. The rooms are very spacious and the hotel is situated closer to the Palm Jumeirah with an excellent view. Highly recommend for discerning vacationers!

Best hotel ever! We have visited 5 stars hotels all over the world, few in Dubai, but this one is by far the best. A special mention to Kevin, the friendliest staff member (and person) that I ever met.

We booked The Palace Ballroom for an event and we couldnt have been happier. The staff there go above and beyond to ensure they exceed your expectations. Top level event management that I would highly recommend.

I like the hotel and pool however, there is no coffee machine in the room. Reception makes you wait for awhile for checkin. The food is really bad. And whenever you are around the pool, all the staff keep asking you, are you staying with us? Whats your room number? Like you have sneaked to the hotel. They could improve the food and customer service.

I have just spent two days there, in my humble opinion the hotel is overrated.Nothing wrong with it, but it is not as I expected, not even close to the Ritz.An example, the breakfast quality was average, rooms furniture are not that highly quality and missing the small things (Arab Travelers know what is Shattaf for example).Majed

The lady did the treatment for me she was amazing.. but I asked for a privet hammam and I ended up in a room with 5 other people with no respect to the precautionary measures for COVID. I couldn’t have access to all the facilities I have to do because I’m cover which they should mention it before and I payed the full amount.. I called 2 times they promised they will call back but I didn’t receive call

What can I say!!! MashAllah. The spa here is divine. Do the whole Royal Hammam treatment in public shared room but within the shared room, a private little area. The women who do the hammam are a blessed gift. The massage was OK, but the hammam was so nurturing. Can’t wait to go back.

One of my old time favorites no mater how many new high end hotels they try to open down here. It’s one of the poshest hotels and still holds the title to this date for me. Simple elegant and quality shines through the architecture and superb service along with facilities. The beach front bar and grill is a must for all new comers. Then you have a choice of many other restaurants like the Moroccan and Italian or Mediterranean cuisines. All in all it is a must if you like quality time and money well spent. I can’t stress enough on the location, because it is central but you will need some sort of transportation means. Although, it could be walking distance from close by attractions during cool climates but not during the summer. A bit pricy but worth every dirham you spend here.

Calm and relaxing place in Dubai. I enjoyed the nice and tidy garden, pool and the private beach. All the staffs were very friendly and the service was delightful.

Not about the hotel itself, rather the dining facilities.A group and I went to the Ramadan tent Majli hosted by O&O. I was absolutely appalled. There was dhs 205 minimum spend per person - when we asked the waiter how much was left for us to reach the minimum, he told us an amount. We ordered to reach the spend, it turns out the waiter lied to us in order to get make more money on our table. We had already reached our minimum spend when we initially asked him!!! The food was decent however, everything took so long to arrive - We had to follow up the staff on everything that we ordered constantly! The music was horribly loud, no one could hear each other talk. We asked for the music to be brought down to a more comfortable level and were promised it would but never did. Finally, when it came to the final bill we realised there was an additional of 3 peoples minimum spend/cover charge. We had 3 friends who came to say hello and left within 10 minutes (without any food or drink consumed), the staff were not able to accommodate chairs for our friends so they left soon after. If theres no space for them, thats fine but I dont understand how they had the audacity to charge dhs 615 for people they left standing? They argued about this for about 20 minutes and didnt understand why what they were doing was wrong. Sigh. Worst customer service Ive ever had in Dubai.

I loved staying at the Arabian Court! Of course there are more modern hotels and Dubai has tons of five stars hotels, however many of them are industrialized mass tourism luxury. If you want it a bit more exclusive, enjoy great service, a really beautiful garden, all kind of pools and a great Spa, the One&Only might be the right choice. Mandarine and Bulgari might be even more exclusive, but they also have twice the price 🤷🏻‍♂️.What is a bit weired is that you have to pay for Drift (beach club with amazing pool for 16+), but guess its a seperate owner and at least you get 50% entrance discount. The other pool and the beach are free of charge and more family friendly (childreen seem to love the big pool).Really nice is the boat connection to One&Only Palm Hotel, connecting the bars 101 and The Jetty.People are usually well dressed - for breakfast, pool and dinner 🙂.

Disappointing. The massage during the hammam, the overall attitude and approach of the therapist- almost had my thumb pulled off during the massage. This place used to be exceptional. Not anymore. I paid aed 610 to for a scrub and shower and come home with an injured finger.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the One & Only Spa at all. I had the Royal Hammam Experience and would never go back.The worst of it all was that the therapist scrubbed my skin too hard and it left a huge scar in my leg. The therapist spoke barely English, and she didnt seem to understand when I tried to tell her my skin felt soar and it hurt. When I showed it to the manager, he first denied that it was from thr scrubbing, and then he said it wouldnt leave a scar. After 2 months, I do still have a huge scar that is very visible. I should mention though they offered me a free massage session to compensate.Despite the higher price, the royal treatment wasnt much different than the normal hammam - my private treatment room had no walls to the shared area like, and it was loud as other guests kept chatting. The massage following the hammam wasnt good at all, and I could have totally skipped it.In addition, it also bothered me that a male Hammam Manager walked around during the female treatment hour.

The Moroccan hamam is one of the most important self care in Morocco and as a Moroccan womam, I’m so proud to have such a place present our culture. It’s amazing place where you feel like a Queen. The entire resort is amazing. Staff are all really helpful and friendly. Would/will recommend the hotel to friends and family when home. Room size was more than decent and view was stunning.

Visited one and only royal in June 2014 , the resort is huge one of the best resorts in Dubai, luxurious rooms everything was neat and clean , green areas all around , the beach was magnificent, definitely would visit it again.

All the time I came by I have notice that the whole atmosphere is spoiled by unexperienced and sluggish waiters.Last time, on Dec 28th I reached there at 5pm to meet my friend and I know is NOT busy hours, however this waiter I believe Ayoun from Marrocco was a disaster.He recommended me the Arabian Beauty non-acholic cocktail and assured me is made of only 3 fresh juices and nothing else.I also told me I would like the mezze and he seemed unable to pronounce the word MEZZE HE JUST KEPT REPEATING “me..” “me..” as if he never heard in his life the words arabic mezzo. I wanted to make sure he understood the order but he was rushing and I kept calling him to come back but he replied is ok” and left with our bothering to come back and clarify the order.He came later with cappuccino for my friend and my cocktail loaded with... sugar. When I told him to make a new one WITHOUT any added sugar he lied to me in the face and claimed the cocktail is all natural and has no added sugar. Since I do not have processed sugar for a couple of years I can immediately detect the added sugar, but instead of admitting his mistake he has the audacity to lye in my face.Eventually he brought me a new cocktail without sugar. I asked him when will the mezze we ordered be ready and he was puzzled. He simply had no clue what I was talking about…The was so lost that we had to call another waiter and surprise he brought as the Hot Arabic Mezze which is only part of the order as I was expecting the full arabic Mezzo hot& Cold.But since none of them bothers to confirm the order and take the meal order properly by using a order pad obviously they just bring to our table whatever they feel like or what they remember.Since they did not understand we want the full arabic mezze , my friend had to go inside to order it directly.The plating was absolutely disastrous. I have never seen anything more bulky or grotesque in a 5 star location in my life:- the hot arabic mezze came in a giant soup bowl; (Arabic Mezze in a big Soup bowl???!!! Seriously ?!)- the cold mezze came in what it looked like a breakfast/cereal bow: all 4 bowls were loaded and it seemed like is a family size position. (Cold Mezze in Breakfast bowl???!!! Really ?!) A bulky, careless presentation and a complete waste of food as 2 normal people cannot eat even half of that quantity.it really make me feel as if I was at Mc Donalds or KFC.A total dissapointment...It makes me wonder what kind of people you hire and what type of training do you offer if the waiters do NOT poses basic knowledge of the menu terms and they do not even bother to confirm the order or ask questions to make sure they understood the order.A cocktails and mezze seemed the most difficult thing to prepare and it took an army of people and long talks to get something so basic done.I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the peacocks and I never bothered to address the poor service but NEVER and I am really serious NEVER the service was up to standard.The waiters have a careless, very sluggish attitude and it seems as if they are the ones on vacation, they only bring whatever they remember from the order, they always take their time to bring the items although we were the only ones around there and this time the presentation was very Mc Donalds like which is simply a disgrace for a 5 star resort.Considering the above, I will NOT visit your resort. I am very disappointed you hire unexperienced and lazy staff, you do not offer adequate training and all of them are men. I would’ve like to see more diversity and I have noticed that in general, women are actually much better in customer service therefore your choice for only man waiters is not a bright idea at all.Overall your staff and service is substandard and it does not represent an exclusivist resort experience.

Great place for a short stay. The Palm, JBR and lots of facilities are near by.Decent territory and lots of greenery.

This resort is 27 km from Dubai International Airport.

Paid 315 AED each person for day pass to access the beach and the pool and it doesn’t include food or drinks! Simply for the access. First of all the beach isn’t worth it. The view from the beach is all construction work, cranes and other hotel buidlings. The sound of the construction work + there were four party boats blasting music not the ideal relaxing experience I was wanted to have.Secondly, we were not given any lockers- fair enough but there wasn’t even a proper shower area or changing facility. We were asked to get changed in the toilets.Thirdly, the beach is divided into two, so we didn’t get access to the other half of the beach as that side apparently is only for villa guests! RIDICULOUS! Paying 315 AED each person just for half of the beach?! And they don’t give you this information when you pay!! UNETHICAL.On top of all of these! The staff were friendly however it took them 40 mins to bring 2 ice lattes, which we had to remind them about!I wouldn’t recommend this place during your stay in Dubai!

Cant speak highly enough of this hotel. Excellent choice of food. Staff cant do enough for you. Wonderful bedroom and atmosphere. Even brought us water and cake/fruit by the poolside.

Beautiful hotel.Google Maps is slightly confused. There are 3 hotels that make up One&Only Royal Mirage: Arabian Court, The Palace and The Residence and Spa.The Arabian Court is designed in a traditional Arabic decor. The largest of the 3 hotels - but still a spacious resort. 1 large pool for all, and 1 adult only pool. Mix of buffet and a la Carte restaurants.The Palace is Arabian in styling, but more contemporary. A very large pool (with shallow, warm end for smaller children). And and adult only pool. Mix of buffet and a la Carte restaurants.The Residence is similar in styling to The Palace, however it is a more exclusive property (only 50 rooms), so more suited to guests who want quiet and privacy. Dining at the Residence is fully A la Carte.

Amazing rooms and amenities but service is really lacking for a 5 stars hotel. The reception is slow and the room service is very intrusive (they knock and ring even if do not disturb is at door). They should improve staff training.

Undoubtedly one of the most luxurious properties in Dubai and they earn every penny. The service and overall hospitality are outstanding and the Spa well worth a visit!

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal especially the selection of meats which were beautifully cooked. If there was one small criticism it would be the lack of variety in the desserts.

Watch out ladies when you use the toilets near restaurants! You will suddenly find a male cleaner inside the ladies toilets without announcing him self!! It happened to me 3 times! Or be careful if ur pregnant and ask for virgin mohitos! They served it with Alcohol. The management in that hotel dont learn from their mistakes and keeps happening so I stop going there.

THISis how much food I had to throw away because they refused to do a take away. Im really disappointed with the service. Apparently its against their policy to do takeaways due to hygiene reasons. Sad because I paid so much money and didnt even get to eat it , and I dont believe in wasting precious food!

Everything was amazing , beautiful resort , beautiful room , great service , we had fun with our kids , we requested connected rooms , ground floor , extra beds and we got it all ، the rooms in the ground floor gives you an access to the outside so the kids had a huge garden at the door and the pool was very close . Great variety of restaurants , would definately go back.

Sahara beach style resort. Attended wedding party in outdoor auditorium like arrangement with garden plants and surrounded by palm trees.Drinks, buffet food and sweets were good.
