The best hair salon experience! The staff is welcoming, attentive, courteous, and experienced. Heba is an amazing hair color expert. I struggle with brassy tones. Heba got the color right! Cynthia does the best facials, and did an acne facial on my teen daughter. Nesreen does the best hair cuts and style. I will travel from the US tj get my hair done here. Thank you “Only You”. I wish I was making this up but I went back in January. I got the booking the same day I called so I was happy with the quick reply but I wish they never replied. It’s been 7 months and I still think about how this was the worst haircut of my life I’m not even being dramatic. Half my hair was cut and the other half was not it was horrible and I was too traumatized to go back and cut it here so I cut it with kitchen scissors because that was probably better. If you think about cutting ur hair here make sure to check ur hair well before leaving the store!

I had a lovely deep cleansing facial. Nice salon, beautiful ladies. It’s on Entertainer :-) Plenty of parking at the back of the building. Don’t be lazy, walk a bit ;-)

Unexpected and not professional to refuse service on entertainer started few days before the new year !!!!!!! We understand that the officer says it’s not valid for holidays but this doesn’t mean to stop accepting it even few days before the new year !! This is greedy especially for those customers who comes often. If you don’t want this service , exit from entertainer but avoid the double face treatment !

I make massage 2 sesion, but she finish after 55-60 min! i was so disappointed! i have another 3 sesion left but i don t know if i d like to make. Thefilling they don t care about clients will be on my mind for every visit! i a shame when you are a client for more than 12 months to male like this!

Amazing and friendly staff,easy booking even I was super late for booking and make up artist was not available they still accomodate me, however I think I miscommunicated what I really wanted which is simple/natural make up and beach wave hairstyle. It was completely opposite but I didnt complain there as to be honest they were all so nice though I mentioned many times i want simple and natural but make up was not what i wanted , its more like a club make up and curl hairstyle not beach wave. Next time make sure and MUA understand well what really you wanted so to avoid this .But to be fair experience was fine.

Replying to your comment below:I am sure between February and May the owner has come back. The refund was only collected in May, therefore, giving enough time for a 5 minute call. Atleast I do believe three months is a reasonable patient customer.Initial review:I visited Only You Salon quite frequently and love the service, the staff and their work. I hadnt had any issues with their work and outcomes. However, in a world where we are moving towards supporting home grown businesses and where the owners are the face of the business and its all open communication, I struggled to just have one phone call with the owner. I went to the salon earlier this year and had two of their staff that were coughing endlessly and clearly very sick. During a pandemic, that is scary. 4 days after my visit, i started showing similar symptoms and then tested positive for Covid. Now, this could have been contracted from anywhere, but all I was trying to do was have a nice conversation with the owner where I wanted to advise her about how the staff should be resting at home or taking better precautions such as wearing a mask if they have symptoms. All I requested time and again was just one phone call, however, I was denied this and given multiple reasons as to why I couldnt get this call. Since I had used an entertainer voucher, I did say that in a case where I dont get a phone call, I would rather just ask for a refund for the service that was pending and I was offered the refund. Really? Is it really worth losing a customer as opposed to making one call?

Had a manicure pedicure here a couple of days ago. The staff are super friendly and nice, and they even agreed to do my hair without an appointment. Every one was very quick and great at what they did. I left quite happy. Comes the next morning and I have a quick shower, and all the nail polish is chipped and I have to just remove it because it looks terrible. I hope the owners will invest in better quality materials so that the good work of the girls wont be for nothing.

Good prices for quality of servicesThey accept entertainer vouchers. Unlike many places, you get good services even when you paid half price. Very good with keeping appointments. Parking can be a little annoying of youre visiting on a Friday afternoon or In the evening. You might need to park at the opposite side of the road and cross.

I got a haircut there and the hair dresser was really good. I wanted a change from my style and she did just that. However the receptionist wasnt very pleasant. I got my hair short and yet when I asked for prices for highlights she was not considerate even to the hairdressers opinion. She just gave her prices which seemed ridiculous to me. Otherwise the salon itself was small and clean.

Non-pretentious salon with friendly staff and very clean. Haircuts are 100 irrespective of length and the service is amazing. Although they were busy, they squeezed me in. Definitely recommend making an appointment.

Last week I went with my friend to get a mani and pedi using the Entertainer. They changed us 40 aed each to remove gelish mani and another 40 aed to remove our gelish pedi. Very expensive for a limited selection of products.

Nice salon, despite I got disappointed with my blow dry with styling, Hiba (good hairdresser) made everything to fix it and make me feel happy with the service! I recommend.
