I had an amazing massage at this Salon by Ransi. She was very cautious and spend time to figure out exactly what I was comfortable with and liked. I highly recommend the salon and Im looking for my next visit!

My experience was so perfect, Starting from the booking till end of the session . I get an offer for Massage & others services ( Scrub & Facs Mask ).

First of all, this place is a rip off. They promise you something and give you something else, the Egyptian girl on the front said the prices we sent you are old and then she gave me different prices. I told her I paid for services I didn’t receive and she replied saying “ it’s ok, next time”!She didn’t want to return my money.Avoid this place

This salon was a complete disaster! I wouldn’t set foot in there again if you paid me! The customer service was beyond awful, and the staff were incompetent. I was promised a 30-minute wait for my treatment, but ended up waiting even longer because the hair washer was too busy playing on her phone. The hair color they applied was nowhere near what I asked for, and they had the audacity to only give me half my money back. They have zero regard for their customers, and the equipment is ancient. And don’t even get me started on the so-called “best barber” – he’s just a clueless kid! They boasted about having a special department for women in hijabs, but surprise, surprise – it doesn’t exist! Instead, they threw me to some unqualified girls. Avoid this place like the plague!

I bring my sister here.. The best salon I’ve ever been in Dubai. Awesome staff and services with very affordable prices plus the place is neat. We will definitely go here every time.

If I could give 0 star I would. Very bad experience the hair salon and the coloring service is not worth a penny. Unprofessional and cheap materials not true to color at all, on top of everything a very very bad customer service no body knows what they are doing. And to your surprise, your hair color expert is an 18 y/o male…

Have tried this spa two different times now on each occasion the service excellent, the masseuse very good and the facilities very tidy. I paid 200 aed for the basic massage package and will most definitely be returning.

Brought my wife for a facial massage . My wife told me this ladies were really professional and she felt very relaxed massage was great. My wife will be back again

A crew that is concerned about how to get the forbidden money from you 20 minutes after the start of the carotid massage..

It is bad and a lie and a massage that tells you that an hour will give you 33 minutes and it is all lies and nonsense and they do not know massage at all at all but it is just a lie and if it contains less than a star then I will give it by God, then by God they are liars.

I recommend visiting this place. The rooms are clean and the tools used are very clean and sterilized. The staff is very interested in the customer.
