I wish I could rate negative. Went for hair spa, pathetic service. The salon lady isn’t trained, just washed the hair, conditioned and blow dried with hands. Total wastage of money and time. First time ever hair spa finished in 20 mins. Posting review just to save people from this pathetic experience.also she was so unprofessional that while washing hairs her nails were hurting me all the time.

Went to get my hair colored. A day before my appointment went in person to discuss everything. The day of the appointment, the staff was super unprofessional. They were refusing everything I asked for. 4 people worked on coloring my hair because they left abruptly to attend other customers. When I raised a complaint, the owner started screaming at me. Terrible customer service. The staff is very rude and difficult to deal with.

I had called to book and appointment at this salon. Apparently the owner picked the call and just mentioned yea yea yea to my for my appointment request.Nevertheless, the staff was well mannered and got the services done professionally. The Chinese owner however was rude, gave me the WORST haircut and did not understand professionalism. She randomly cut my hair and did not seem experienced at all. Moreover, while making the payment I wanted to make a card payment. She bluntly mentioned they only accepted cash payment. She did not bother to highlight this when I called to book an appointment. When I confronted, that she could have informed on call itself, she was obviously RUDE to answer back that I did not ask her. In the world where everyone is going cashless, she expected us to understand. I highly recommend not to visit this salon just just because of the owner of this salon.

This is the worst salon ever. if i could give zero stars i would. the staff is rude and only knows how to argue and raise their voices at PAYING customers. the hair stylist/owner judy does not know how to cut hair. i would suggest you rather take scissors and cut hair at home and you will get a better haircut than whatever this salon has to offer. that is how unskilled the staff is. the salon itself is not properly maintained and stinks when you enter. there is no hygiene maintained. they also do not have a rate car or fixed rates. they just charge you as per their wish. just pathetic! they should replace the staff or not claim that they know how to cut hair because they really cannot!

I have been a regular customer since 2010, now its 11 years I have my hair cut there. In 2010, I just met the Chinese lady boss in Deira, at that time, her shop was in Shoe City building. She always provides excellent hair cut service at quite reasonable price, in 2021, a lot of salons have increase their price, however, her salon still keep the same price, I feel quite satisfied with her. I completely agree and support the reviews here. I took Aed 120 package which was a total waste of money and time. All unprofessionals, beginners have started this saloon for looting ppl. Worst facial ever, worst hair spa, they dont even know the basic threading work. This is my first review for any service taken and I am genuinely putting this to save your time and money, pls do not visit this saloon.

The worst salon ever.Zero star they dont know how to work, after first wash you can see my hair , Aed 350 i pay the result is zero dont west your money

Gave me an absurd rate for a blowdry and when I asked for a rate card to confirm they said they didn’t have one. Which salon doesn’t have a rate card unless they’re scamming you?!Extremely poorly maintained salon, everything looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and the icing on the cake is they don’t take card!!There’s another salon on the same floor called Zain salon, it’s amazing

Extremely bad professionalism, the head over there Rose is Filipino but has the attitude of a Chinese. Knows English but tells her staff to speak in Hindi. When she and the customer can speak fluent English. Gave an appointment for a blow dry and then herself cancelled it without informing and took another customer.

Chinese lady boss of this salon doesn’t know how to talk to customers always rude even she doesn’t know how to do professional work she only thinks this is china n she shows her power to customers like we came to do free service n one time she cut my finger while doing pedicure n I got too much bleeding on that also her staff is not worth my eyebrows area skin is totally damaged from her staff but never apologized I highly recommend to not to visit this salon anymore

Excellent experience with this salon,the staff and owner are so friendly and professional,the owner is so patient providing excellent hair cut service with quite reasonable price,definitely I will recommend this salon to other people

This is very good & professional parlour, The owner Judi herself did my hair curling & extensions very nice, last year i did the thing here and this year I travel from India just to do it again, excellent service, results are perfect, highly recommended👍... Do visit here

I went yesterday for this salon very bad experience I took 120aed package really its waste of money no good service from this salon am suggest dont go this salon facial too bad no good massage even they are not remove pimple and blackheads properly.Manicures also wrost hair spa also wrost and full face threading my skin get damaged wasting my time and money in this salon.

Very bad experience. I had gelish nail polish and it didnt stay even 1 day . Plus she damaged my nails a lot . Guys, dont go there

Salon hairdresser has excellent skills on cutting my hair, they did exactly what hairstyle I wanted ,and has affordable price. Really glad that I came to this hair salon.
