I recently had a manicure and pedicure with Liza, and it was fantastic! She was welcoming and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Her skills are impressive; my nails were perfectly shaped and polished. The pedicure was relaxing, especially the soothing foot massage. The overall atmosphere was calming, making it a great escape. I highly recommend Liza and will definitely return!

I had a good experience with their pedicure and hair treatment; the results were impressive, and I loved it. However, the staff’s noise took me away from the relaxing atmosphere of the salon. A quieter environment would make it perfect!

Rita was so amazing!! She was professional, kind and did great work on my nails. I felt so comfortable with her and she made sure to go above and beyond to make sure my nails looked how I wanted. Great experience and would definitely recommend her!

Visited the salon yesterday and the service was disappointing. I had an appointment for mani and pedi and they took almost 3 hours to finish the service. The staff went to do her hair and came back to clean the floor and started touching my face randomly. They also charged me for the nail polish as extra saying that the price is not included in the menu and i have to pay 70 for nail polish. I requested the team that i would like to speak with someone or at least share my feedback with their manager but they told me that they don’t have a manager. It was my first time going to salon but very disappointing service.

Honestly, my experience wasnt great. It was quite difficult to communicate with the staff (not everyone), and when I tried to explain what I wanted, she just didnt get it + she called someone else after 10 mins so i can explain what i want , all what i wanted was a hair mask.

This is the first time I do nail art in the salon, and I liked it very much. Rita is very nice and her conversation is nice. I liked that she is really an artist. Thank you, Rita.

The workers were so sweet and welcoming and I really enjoyed my time and got the result I wanted , but the owner came and was unprofessional and shouting at her employees which made me feel uncomfortable. I Will not go again because I don’t support business who treat workers this way.

I received a message saying I had won either a Milkshake Hair Treatment or a mani-pedi worth 100 AED, and I chose the hair treatment since I’ve always liked Milkshake products. However, when I arrived for the treatment, it was nothing more than shampoo and conditioner! They literally just washed my hair with Milkshake shampoo and conditioner, then added some whipped cream product – no real treatment whatsoever.As someone who regularly gets Milkshake treatments with ampoules, I know the difference between a proper hair treatment and just a wash. This was definitely not a treatment, just a fancy hair wash. I left feeling really disappointed and like I had wasted my time. I expected a real treatment, not a basic wash with products I could use at home.

I have a hair treatment package, i have visited 2 times with an APPOINTMENT both times there was lack of staff i spent more than 2 hours in the salon and it was the worst service for mani & pedi and for the hair treatment there is a complementary massage which i didn’t get ..and the second time i just left and they didn’t even bother !Don’t give appointments to people if you can’t get them the service & waste their time!

They promoted an avocado treatment, but I was given a hair mask that smelled awful and caused pimples on my scalp. Despite the horrible experience, they still made me pay for it. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

I’ve been going to this salon for around 8 months now , in the beginning everything was so perfect , fast replies and perfect appointments but everything changed , i went more than 10 times . last month i wanted a blow dry and there was no hair stylist that could do it professionally, the good hairstylists all left and they made me wait 2 hours just for a blow dry since only 1 person could do a decent enough job. they don’t reply on whatsapp anymore when wanting to book. everything became unprofessional

So upset , they told me that the manicure and the pedicure (offer Price 99 ) when I left the salon they want me to pay 173 , the service not even worth it , and this is not the first time they give me price when I want to pay , they change the price , Worst Salon, I ever deal with , i came twice and its not the first time they did this to me , i will never Going to come again and never request anyone to go .

I came today , Thursday 14th March to do a Ramadan hairstyle and I showed them a picture from their own instagram page and I asked for few changes. I was super disappointed with the work they offered. They weren’t able to execute a hairstyle that they offered and they posted in their instagram page. The quality of work was not even close to what I wanted, it wasn’t really good and satisfying. I was super patient with them that they got me three workers to try to do my hair and the last girl just did a good job trying to fix what was done in the beginning. Yet, it wasn’t what I wanted and didn’t meet my expectations. I went out of the salon not very happy with the result , I just wanted to leave. I spent almost 2 hours in the salon just to do my hair from 2:30 till 4:30 which took way too long that I never encountered in another salons. I just hope you do more improvement in the quality of work.

The nail technician micheal and rita were good and everything , it was really good. However, the receptionist was rude! She comes up to me and asks me if i will still do the nail art service since they’re closing soon?? I actually came earlier than my appointment and was not late whatsoever. After i finished with my appointment the next day my nail polish changed color completely and was pealing completely off my nails. I texted them on WhatsApp and they completely ignored me. Just shows how much they care about customer service !

Today i had the best experience in orla salon today. I did mani and padi, waxing and root colouring. All service were provided with pasion and love. The staff were soo friendly and nice. I really recommend this place and will definitely come back again. They always have good offers as well in all seasons.

I took a package for derma roll hair treatment and I am amazed with the results... just after 1st session my hair fall stopped.. after 2 treatments my head is full of baby hair... I highly recommend derma roll treatment and my hair dresser Epi, is expert in it. Love her work ❤️

The receptionist’s are very rude, the african receptionist never smiles. The staff in general where rude I had a really bad experience. Also the nails lady who did my friend’s nail gave us an attitude.

Some of the staff are very unrespectfull and they compare by costumers. I went there twice at eid time when i call to take appointments they refuses that it only be walk in but i get surprised when i arrive that they do take appointments for some people and some should wait!

The mani + pedi service was really nice and the cleaning was good as well.The only problem is that it’s a bit overpriced, e.g. mani+pedi is 140 AED and doesn’t include color, if you want to paint your finger+toe nails, you have to pay an additional 70 AED, so total will be around 210AED which is overpriced for a mani/pedi service.Other than that, the services are great!

The saloon is cozy and have nice decoration , the staff are welcoming and smiling. The only issue was that the hair treatment was overpriced and it was only for a minute on my hair while washing so it doesn’t work even on my hair and I paid around 250 for it , I don’t remember exactly the name of the treatment but it was brazilian something. Also the root colour was not accurate and I saw lots of white hair at home .

I was trying to book at the salon, but unfortunately no one answered. I called five times today at different times and no one answered. I went to Instagram, saw a link, and booked from it at 1 p.m. for a hairstyle and a child’s hairstyle. When I arrived at the salon, they wanted to work on the hair, but no one worked on the child’s hair at 2 p.m. :30!!! Note that I didnt say that my reservation was for 1 oclock, meaning that we were all supposed to finish a lot at 2 oclock. When she spoke to me at the reception, she told me that the childrens right is that you are supposed to reserve them for those who do the nails! Sorry, how do I know this information? If I call and no one answers and this thing is not mentioned anywhere, logically, how can I make a reservation at someone who gets my nails done to get a hairstyle done? This is a strange thing.I am never satisfied with the way I deal and behave.The person who is on time is supposed to be on time.In addition to all of this, his treatment of me was very, very bad. There was no manner or dealing with customers, and he spoke to us personally! You see, in the end, we both do a service and pay in the end.

I had my nails done for beginners, and it took me two hours just to do my nails, and on top of that, my fingers were cut off and blood came out of them.

The salon is beyond wonderful. This is my first experience and my last experience. I would like to thank Karima for taking care of my hair, dyeing and blow-drying, and having a kind, compassionate hand. I would like to thank Rita who did my nails for me. Honestly, it is wonderful.
