Staff here is not punctual about the timing,Working on thr on way and have super attitude.I had booking at 1130am 1200pm no one attend becoz staff having breakfast and no one bother to update how much time will it take.Suggestion if booking done still call n go.

I did not like the service at all. I came 2-3 times to do my hair, and these people are not happy when I come to do my hair. If you don’t like working with extensions, just say so and stop complaining about how difficult it is to work with extensions! I am paying to get a good service, but all I hear during the whole service is complaints about how long it’s taking to untangle the extension. And workers joking about it. I did not like this service and am not planning to visit again!

I must express my concern about the waiting time I experienced during my visit. Unfortunately, I had to wait for two hours before being attended, which was quite frustrating and resulted in a significant waste of time. They probably need to hire receptionist in order to maintain the appointments.

I had a relaxing and satisfying experience whenever I had visited this salon.I have always returned happy and satisfied after receiving their services.The frequent packages offered are an added advantage.I look forward to receiving more services in the days to come.

Very bad service….. I got my hair colour done and it was a nightmare. The lady suggested me to get red colour highlights but the result was a disaster, it was not red but orange.Same thing happened with the eyebrow threading, the lady messed it up.And the worst part is she blamed it on me that my eyebrows shape was already like thatDo not recommend this place at all

Guess what the most perfect pedicure I have ever got done is this salon, it was not only the pedicure the people inside the salon was so kind and respectful, I recommend everyone to visit and try there services, I bet no one would be disappointed or dissatisfied!! Oro Rosa is indeed my go to place for any salon services. They have good and friendly staff and the salon is also neat and clean. The owner personally observes each and every work there. Also the price point is affordable. Highly recommend if you are staying near al khail heights or al khail gate area.

I have been a regular here though i tried the gelish menicure for the first time and i would say its pathetic ,waste of time and money both.They should rather hire someone who has more expertise in handling nail arts and gelish manicure since it’s something which needs more perfection and attention.Please have someone who is really a expert handling manicure and hairs.Rest is good so far

How did my blow dry she was good but they charged me more than the normal although my hair was very short.. there was client with medium hair they charged her lessThe place wasn’t clean at all
