Horrible experience. Rude manager. Inexperienced “master stylists” for curly hair.I have naturally curly hair (3b/3c, I have attached a picture) and wanted a simple blow out. I went with my sister, who has slightly curlier and thicker hair, thankfully she had a positive experience. I cannot say the same for myself.I had a terrible blow out here, and my hair frizzed up and was poofy within 30 minutes (picture attached). I came back the next day, they attempted to fix my style and the same thing happened. I was genuinely confused as I’ve never had this happen. When I’ve gotten a blow out in the past the silky smooth results have lasted at least a week (I’ve attached a picture of my last blowout, a week later without touch ups).When I asked them to redo it or offer me a refund, I was told my hair is too curly and unmanageable and that it’s damaged and I require a treatment if I want the results I’m asking for. Instead of taking accountability for their lack of knowledge of curly hair, they placed the blame on my hair texture. I was made to feel like this was a matter of me not understanding my hair type and having unrealistic expectations of service rather than a lack of experience from the stylists I encountered.After going back and forth multiple times, I got my money back but the manager laughed in my face and told me that I was simply angry and refused to listen to expert advice on my hair.I’ve given them 2 stars for providing me with my refund and trying to fix their initial poor work. However, the treatment I received when I went back for a third time was unacceptable and left a sour taste in my mouth. I have never gone back to a stylist to have them fix their work. I hope they grow from this and provide better quality service in the future.

I went in to get my bangs cut. I usually don’t expect much but wow!!! He left all of my hair so shiny and beautiful. I was so happy that someone finally knew exactly what they were doing and was such a professional. Go here if you want professionalism and expertise

Be aware from this salon !!!! I had most terrible experience from this salon it is my big mistake to chose this salon on my anniversary day. The hairdresser burned my scalp and skin. since the beginning i noticed something is wrong and unprofessional person was dying my hair and i felt burning feeling itchy and numb. I told him it was hurting but he said to me, it is like this so after waiting for 3 hours and i couldn’t finish the service i run out from this salon . There were Russian woman who’s receptionist and owner Jack both attacking to me shouting telling me bad words because i left out. They kept shouting asking money instead of apology they claimed 2500 dirhams for this service i said i am not going to pay such amount for this bad service, and they keep insulting and attacking me and they wanted to call police etc .. and i paid 1400 dirhams for what i got, which is nothing nice hair but redness itchy. But wheres customer right with such a bad behavior, so scary.At the end i got allergy taking medicine , lost my special day and got trauma from all these negative people even I don’t want one star for them…. Minus 1000 stars

So unprofessional. I will never go back to this salon.I went there to get hair extensions and the total amount was 6,000 aed. I was running late as I was there from 10am to 6.30pm for this service. I wanted to pay and leave.At that moment, the lady told me she only accepts cash. I told her its not possible and that I will be paying with the card machine. She then said it was better for her if I do a bank transfer and I agreed only to accommodate her.I warned her that with rakbank it takes 8 hours before i can initiate a transfer but she still wanted it. I took extra time to get her info and have this entire conversation knowing I was already very late.The next day I wake up and see threat messages. She called me 10 times on a sunday morning and said she was going to call the police if I did not pay.The level of disrespect for their own clients is something that is absolutely unbelievable for Dubai standards.I have been living here for 13 years and have never witnessed this. One thing is sure I will never ever ever go back to this salon.The only person who is worth it in this salon is hair stylist Jack, who is very professional, kind and talented.There are a million very good salons in Dubai, treating your clients with respect and professionalism is not an option.

Hello, I want o share that I come here since last 3 years and I love Jack , he is the best colorist I have ever met. 3 years ago I transformed form brunet to light brown and later I came to blond. Its an amazing transformation and what’s most important- no hair damage with any type of color

I wouldn’t recommend this salon for blow dry for long hair. My curls looked good 30 minutes after the blow-dry and then it was all flat and with no volume and the curls were gone.. Definitely not professionals.(Note my hair wasn’t done by one of the guys there it was done by a woman that I can’t remember her name) maybe I was just unlucky and the guys do a better job..

Kamila the technician is amazing, she checks all your natural lashes to find what lash type and weight suits you, and is very good at designing a shape that will accentuate your eyes. OnTheGo staff also provides great service, communicates to confirm the appointment, etc. and the place is very clean and bright. I would recommend Eyelash extensions here to anyone

Had my lashes done with Kamilla over a week ago before going on holiday and not a single lash has fallen out! They have survived through a windy safari, hot humid weather and constantly have been in the pool. Her technique and products used are very professional, will be coming back again. 10/10

I come here every three days to style my hair. The team does a great job. I am satisfied with the results every time.They always spontaneously have time for me and greet me with a smile.I am recommended products that suit my hair. I can recommend it to everyone.
