Excellent service, the staff is very friendly and three services are amazing. They have wonderful packages and deals. Fatima did an aamzing job for my hair, very nice blowout and hair style.

The services, the staff and the place itself is at par. The staff is very skilled and knowledgeable, they know their job well and I always come home satisfied and pampered with the services they provide. The owner is a very sweet lady and everyone in the staff is considerate. Highly recommended salon.

I had a lovely experience at Our Touch. I went in for the package and protein treatment and had a good experience. Saimana and Firdous did my manicure and pedicure and I just loved how it’s turned out!!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Took the 6 service package. First I was made to wait while people who came in after me were serviced first. Then during the facial and eyebrows was still ok but so Highly disappointed with the manicure and pedicure. Very very bad.. made me bleed while cutting cuticle. And still left all the cuticles as it is. Asked for square nails the lady said no I will do round it will look nice. Ended up with bald nails. Pedicure was form just for the sake of doing it. Callouses were not scrubbed cuticles not cut nails not files properly. All in all I hate every minute of my manicure and pedicure session, something I usually really enjoy as it’s relaxing and calming. Never again will I visit here. And I strongly advice to not do manicure pedicure here.

I had clearly told them to make my eyebrows thick, and 4 months of trying to grow it thicker was ruined in one day when they made it super thin! I had clearly mentioned i have an event to attend. The staff are nice and kind, but they dont listen to their customers. I went there as they were recommended by the warqa queens. But I wont go there again.after 3 months of my hair cut with this saloon, When My hair grew I realised that it has absolutely no shape , she just randomly chopped it off 3 layered, it was super short , but since she said she is cutting off damaged hair , i agreed. but as it grew I realised it has no shape!! super dissapointed.

There were many packages and options to choose from, prices were not so expensive but not so cheap, decorations were very nice and overall very clean.The hanging moon ornaments were very pretty, the long velvet curtains added more colour, and the flower wallpaper was really cute. Most of the staff are Indians and Pakistanis, they are well presented and quite nice to customers. The salon is not cramped and is very spacious, allowing mothers to come with their children.I noticed that the salon is open to all (religions), many women opened their hijab in front of them and were openly talking about their personal life. Its not only for Muslims, but is open to all religions, which is something I really liked.There was WiFi, but it wasnt available to customers, only for the cameras, the staff member said. The ventilation was fine as there were 5 fans and 2 ACs (most werent even working) . The staff are very welcoming and love to gossip and entertain the customers, they are not very nosy unless you intrest them.The vibe is very calm and soothing. The staff is okay with young kids. The bathroom is very clean and provides a basin and soap + tissue to use for staff as well as customers. Smoking is also not allowed inside to ensure the customers satisfaction. Lastly, there is no mens bathroom.In conclusion, I would recommend Indian and Pakistani women and mothers to come here. Try not to bring any men or boys, book an appointment from before, dont be shy to use the restroom, try not rely on the Internet and dont try to smoke in here (they may kick you out).Enjoy your trip here!

They are so pathetic. They have good packages but what they do is they dont give disposable gowns for wax if you are taking wax in package.they made different rules for customers taking package. These are cheap tactics. Also they change the wax and use cheap wax and make people fool.

The best saloonin Al Warqa, very nice and the workers are very respectful. Samina, Fatima and deepa nicely talkwork for me.

New rules have set in ....package price is same ...but the point system has changed .....upper lip and chin wax are overpriced ....they dont have rica wax that i asked for .....now they use ready honey wax catridge ......which need to be properly heated before using ....but they were not hot.....so eventually wax was dried up sticky ...it cud not remove the hair properly ...ended up with strawberry legs.

It was very good experience I had package which included 6services and it was done by afza she is so helpful.The salon manager dipa she was also good in responding and interacted so kindly

I visited this salon. I have taken services from one of their staff. Her name is annie. She is fabulous. I did facial cutting there. Her massage for facial and the results after that is owsum. Her cutting ✂️ is superb. No one can do cutting like her. Her speed is mashallah very good. She can entertain you in every aspect. She did ibrows for me and i m 200% satisfied. I will visit again and again and recommend you guys to take service from annie. She is full package she can do all service and everything with excellent results.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEOne of the worst salon in the whole dubai. I call them on march 18th and confirm hair cutting timing and rate for my 7 year old for an important function. The unprofessional manager at the salon completely denies this and my 7 year old was forced to leave the hair cutting with the bare wet hair. I dont know how cruel a woman can be. Its not a matter of 10 or 20 dirham, its all about the way she treat human or customers..and that rude lady even throws money at my wife..Really pathetic Service..This salon doesnt deserve a single star and please stay completely away from this salon..They doesnt hold any respect for customers and atleast how you can behave like that to a 7 year old girl ?Really pathetic
