This is my second time to visit that place. I asked for straightening. I was clear for my request.And on my first time I did the same without blow dry and it was good.This time it was, we can’t do wavy hair without blow dry. And I paid double what I was planned to pay.And the unprofessional action was that the receptionist came to collect the money while I am doing my hair and I didn’t even got the time to discuss the issue. Which is totally frustrating.

I went here for the first time having heard about the Salon as my friends had great experience. I did some research on the products myself & as i gained some confidence i decided to visit the salon. I felt quite ok with the service. Before selecting the service they just gave random price after discount i was said it will be aed 985. With their mask. But surprisingly the bill was a nightmare...I was charged aed1250 where where they gave some discount and charged aed 1000 but there was a surprising amount which caught my attention... they had charged me aed 180 for blow dry.I was like whaatttt!!!!!!Where ever i have been in any salon in Dubai after hair color & cut they give you blow dry & style....I mean ok they charged but aed 180 is way too much...I even argued with the team that this is what we get complementary after using services. But they argued that we offered discount we are different from other salons blahh blahhh....Honestly I felt cheated for this blow dry amount...I went there as I got good product review & that its reasonable...BUT I AM TRUELY FEELING CHEATED IN THE NAME OF BLOW DRYI live in Bur Dubai & this one is in Furjan I mean just imagine....If you wish to go here please ask them to make a rough bill with vat so that you have perfect idea of what they will charge you.Over the Moon but I will think twice before coming here again....The DRAMATIC CHANGE IN THE BILL please observe the amounts of Blow dry & hair cut...After my 2star rating they thought to compensate by changing the amounts....This is how I was tricked in the name of discount.

I am VERY choosy but there’s good and professional: I recommend! ☀️⭕️ At first I had a very argumentative and disappointing session, during my first time using their services (on 5 May 2023) for eyelashes extensions and eyebrows threading — the technician didn’t respect by timing and 45 mins became 2 hours of services (there were no clocks, I didn’t have my phone so I didn’t realize henceforth I missed a very important wedding part 1 I had to be at; which I mentioned to the team prior to booking. Afterwards my eyes reaction to the eyelashes and glue were awful. I spent over a week with eye pain, red eyes every morning, puffiness and whitening in my eyes. I messaged and they were very argumentative telling me that I am the problem. I rebuked the customer service for that and informed them to get proper customer service training rather than long blaming messages telling me that to believe me that I needed to go to the doctor and bring a prescription. That was astonishing to be honest.〽️ I decided after all frustration to get back for my eyebrows and potential try doing a simple gelish nails (I can’t remove my eyes but I can redo nails if it doesn’t work). Their eyebrows threading is good so I was ok being back for that.✅ The second service was on June 3rd 2023. Bianca did my gelish nails with bodyguard (and pedi by Sanjo and a lovely Vietnamese who’s new to the team). I would recommend because no matter my first experience (and accurately will never do eyelashes there because whatever allergies it gave me is important!).From the first to the second service I could see an improved customer experience while the service was going on. They’re good — some are very experienced and the rest dedicated.Also, support #WomenBusinesses ! We’re all we got and the owner no matter how frictions is good and passionate about providing good services.P.S. To avoid being misleading, I repeat that I don’t advocate for the lashes extensions due to my personal one time experience. But look for someone else who reviewed on that.. that’ll be fairer.Visit them and enjoy !

Miss lyneth is always my favorite staff here in over the moon saloon. She always keeps my lashes perfect!! I can’t live without my lashes.. she always make sure I’m happy and satisfied with the service! Definitely a worth of penny to pay….

I went in for eyelash extensions and showed them what I wanted to get done from a picture of mine of lashes I had previously gotten done. The woman acknowledged the picture and said was able to do it. I’m 8 months pregnant so laying down on my back is not easy for that long so I asked very clearly if that’s what I would get and she said yes. 1 hour later I open my eyes to see it’s not what I had asked for at all. She proceeded to tell me that I booked classic so this is what classic is and the picture is volume. When I asked her why didn’t she tell me that before we started she had no response for me. Needless to say I’m not pleased as I was getting this done the night before my baby moon and have no chance to rectify and can’t go back before the trip. I will not be returning to this salon post this experience

I went for the basics stuff, but honestly was shocked by the attitude of the manager(or whoever was in charge), I went in, the staff was nice and so was the work but the lady who was managing had a very condescending tone and just did not even bother to listen to me. This was the perfect salon as its so close to my house but not happy with the customer service.

I did eyelashes extention and brows lamination. Bianca was my master. She did great job! I am very satisfied. Recommended!

Today I was this saloon on haircut by William. I did first time very short cut hair. I didn’t know whether they would suit me or not, but the master did his job very well! I am delighted! Thank you master William, I highly recommend it!!

I recently visited this salon and had a terrible experience. The hairdresser was over 30 minutes late because he had apparently fallen asleep. I went in for a cut, color, and possibly a keratin treatment, but needed some advice. When I asked about the differences between the two keratin options, the hairdresser could only say that one was more expensive, showing a complete lack of product knowledge.During the process, he only did my roots without covering the full length, leaving my hair with three different colors. I was left waiting multiple times as he attended to another customer, making the process much longer than necessary. I was informed everything would take 4 hours, but it ended up being 5.5 hours. My commitments were affected, and he only started rushing when I expressed my frustration.When it came to the keratin treatment, he made me wait excessively again. I researched on my own to understand if I could tone my hair post-treatment. The owner or manager finally provided some explanation, mentioning the keratin was natural and safe for toning. Inasked to nor be a warm colour and left partialky red head, which again means the hairdresser didnt know what he was doing.Finally he forgot to cut my hair until the end, doing so with it dry, without proper measuring or showing the final result. The toning was clumsy and rushed. Overall, the hairdresser was highly unprofessional, and I cannot recommend his services.At some point thebtrainer comes in, and looked surprise about the toning after application...My hair after 1 wash (woth the recommended shamppoo) was damaged.Additionally, I had a manicure and waxing done. The manicure was mediocre, lacking attention to detail, while the waxing was okay. The waxing lady was trying.While the packagez price was decent, it doesnt pay for damaged hair. Sadly I wont be coming back.

I did the keratin treatment here and I’m really satisfied with their service and the result. I was asked to come after the treatment for a complimentary wash and blow out to see the result of the keratin. Really impressed by that service. The salon was pretty and clean. I got offered drinks as well. Bianca was my stylist and was really friendly. My daughter enjoyed herself pampering with mani and pedi and a hair cut. They made her feel comfortable:)

I wanted this to be my go-to salon since its literally a stone throw away from where I live but sadly it wasnt meant to be. I first visited them on Christmas eve and the salon was in complete disarray. First i had to wait as noone was available at the time of my booking. When I finally did get my turn, i had three different women take turns to do my nails. Having lived in Dubai for the past 15 years, ive never experienced this and gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was christmas eve. I have natural volume in my hair but the blowdry made it very flat - again no biggie but those with volume will understand my plight. Second time around at the salon my blowdry was done by the male hairdresser who again gave me a very flat blow dry. My inference from both blow drying experiences is that when they do a straight blow dry they make it super flat. Blow drys should be done based on the hair type and natural volume in the hair should be maintained not eliminated. I should know having grown in a family that ran salons for the better part of my life. Prior to the blow dry i asked the helper if she was going to add heat protection- she didnt have an answer and referred me to the male hair dresser who said heat protection is added after the blow dry. I hate correcting so called specialists when i know better so decided not to correct him. Fyi - it’s called protection for a reason and needs to be applied prior to heat generated from blow drying tools. Also an interesting thing i learnt the next time i was there when i was talking to the girls is that i was overcharged for my second blow dry as my hair is shoulder length and shouldn’t have been charged 180aed which s the price for long hair. Im not one to haggle about price so my understanding was that i was charged correctly. Anyway, the third time at the salon was the absolute worst. I had mani-pedi and eyelash refill. I walked in at 7pm for the designated appointment. Till 845 - none of my services were done. Why? Because turns out the salon over books and is understaffed. I assumed this was a one off on Christmas eve but it’s pretty much the norm here. Mani pedis are usually assigned two women in salon and takes an hour to finish but this salon is so understaffed that even my mani and pedi was done in stages by three different women. Fyi - i had to cancel my eyelash extensions. They had no rooms available for the service. Its painfully obvious that this salon overbooks appointments and rotates their staff so that overbooked clients feel like they’re getting something done in small batches. Completely ridiculous management. I really liked the eyelash lady and the two stars in this review are purely for her. The nails technicians are nice and i dont blame them for not completing services on time because of their salons management style. Also, they are clearly overworked and unhappy which one can ascertain from conversations with then. Would highly recommend this salon if you have a couple of hours to waste and wait around. Btw since this salon isnt a chain, i expected better from the owner who i had a chat with and pretty much dismissed me saying yeah but your nails were done (which after almost 2 hours of waiting were not). I don’t think crisis management is her forte as she tried moving me away from the counter lest another client who was right there hear about my poor experience. Im not one to raise my voice but the experience was super frustrating. From her responses to poor reviews here, its clearly that they don’t appreciate criticism and gaslight reviewers who leave a one star review. This salon is one of my poorest experiences I’ve had in Dubai…EVER. Shocking their prices are pretty steep - too bad the experience doesnt match them.

Its everything you could ever want in a salon - wide range of services, premium products they are using ( goldwell, kevin murphy , k18, etc ) amazing results, friendly staff - neat place - all well worth the money.I had a hydra facial with (Malou) and loved it! Left with glowing skin , Eyebrows threading with (sanju) Always exactly the shape that i want , Nails extension with (bianca) very fast and in a professional way it looks like a reel nails , pedicure with foot logix treatment with (nika) now i have a very soft feet , hair color and highlight ,k18 treatment and blow dry with wavy with( william) he is an expert in hairdressing and knows the latest trends ..amazing pleasant experience! I also liked the 4xhands style manicure and pedicure from specialists Bianca and Nika. In Moscow, such a manicure costs three times more.
