This place is AMAZING. It is very clean and the staff are very professional. They know what theyre doing, and their work is top-notch. I was hesitant at first, but after visiting and getting a protein hair straightening treatment and a pedicure, Ill definitely be back whenever I am in Dubai. Shama did my hair, and to say shes wonderful is an underestimation. She worked on my hair from start to finish, made me feel welcomed, and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my hair before leaving. It was 100% straight after the treatment. Thank you Oza beauty 💖

Very bad experience I was in the fasting situation and I was in the service of the Moroccan bathroom and the word of truth, the girl who does the Moroccan bathroom is very nice, and I waited until I get out of the bathroom, knowing that the ears of Morocco has come and when I left the Moroccan bathroom room, I waited for the employees for the hair to be to be dried and they run to break the fasting, and we are waiting and they see that there are customers waiting for them, but they never care about us, and we are also fasting high in rudeness and the customers and disrespect that they are supposed to be they must finish the services of the customers and then they have the right to break the fasting, knowing that I am is also a Muslim and fasting and The place is not clean, and the staff eat in the salon, and they have a special break, and the rest put a mattress and eat in front of the salon door. I hope Dubai Municipality and the staff to consider this subject. cc: @dubai municipality

The services are affordable but there are staff who are unprofessional. They always chat with their colleagues even customers are present. It’s unprofessional. The nail technician Myla have an attitude. Even to her colleagues she talks to them badly.

Extremely friendly staff, affordable packages and I loved the fact that the owner is always present at the saloon.

Such a great passionate place. I came here a few days ago at 10pm at such short notice because my whole hair had come together. My mom and I were planning on getting me a pixie cut because there was no way my hair would untangle. However they spent and hour untangling my hair and didnt want to cut it. The whole salon came to help and they worried about hurting me. They tried to brush as gentle as possible and after the hour, they blow dried my hair and thats the only thing that we were charged for! 100% recommend :)

This Salon is a hidden gem in Mirdif, definitely worth a try. Their hair treatment packages are amazing and will keep you coming back.Amaal in Oza Salon will make sure you have the best hair experience as well which is a plus :)

I love this salon and its services. I told everyone i know about it as they have reasonable prices that make sense. but i believe that they have increased their prices recently… i had to pay 40 aed only for polish change!!

Today was my second time at this salon, and i can easily say its the best one in mirdif area after trying so many.The staff are super professional and polite.The salon is very neat and clean.

I will be honest with everyone. So I went there 2 times for a basic haircut and for hairdressers. They dont have experience with all types of hair. No more steps to the Oza Beauty Salon!

I have dark brown hair and just wanted to dye my roots to cover the white hair. Actually nothing challenging. When the hairdressers applied the hair color, my scalp immediately started to burn. I said to the lady that it burns very badly. She said, “We have to wait 30 minutes” and gave me a hair comb to tap my scalp with. When 30 minutes were up I asked her to wash off the hair dye. She rubbed my scalp a lot and hard. When I paid just before I left the salon, I told the receptionist that I thought my scalp was burnt.When I was at home and ran my finger through my hair, I noticed that I had something like dry blisters. My husband and my girlfriend also confirmed this and dry blood at that. So I called the salon and explained it again. The lady offered me that I could come for a hair treatment (flax seed). So Im back again. Of course the hairdresser played everything down... even after the treatment my scalp is still completely dry and flaky. But the worst thing is that I lost half of my hair. Im just sad and angry at the same time.

Frankly speaking, they are not punctual and do not have a nice manner with the customer.. and I do not recommend it at all.. I took a package with them and regretted it, and they are not satisfied with their refund.
