I have been doing nails for nearly 2 years now. She is very good, very enthusiastic, and especially she does a job that I am very satisfied with. She is very dedicated to the nail profession.

I came for a black color and a nice styling to my hairThey gave me late appointments and i came.The black color that I brought from my side was left in my hair for an hour while the package says « 30 min maximum » I was letting them know that my hair needed to be washed but she was taking another client while I was waiting for her. The poor nail technician that was doing my nail took over and washed my hair instead of the proper hairdresser ???Then she was about to dry my hair i told her the style that i want is curly she said no time for that, like honestly ??? You made me wait for a ridiculous black color applied in my hair ? I have keratin if i wanted to have it straight I will do it myself not pay another 200 aed extra whats the point ???? I came home with hair wet stains in my skin and they forced me to pay full amount even if no drying was done no hair style JUST APPLIED COLORTHEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST WORST WORST I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT

Ive been a loyal customer at this salon for about five years, initially drawn by the professionalism of the previous owner, who understood customer needs well. However, I’ve decided not to return for future services.Recently, I got a full set of nails done, but the next day, three nails broke in the same place (the tip area). Due to my work schedule, I temporarily used glue and booked an appointment to have them fixed.When I visited, the atmosphere felt tense, and the staff seemed stressed. I’ve encountered this before but overlooked it. However, as I was leaving, I was asked to pay 50 AED for the new nail tips. I explained that the breakage happened the day after my appointment and wasn’t my fault. The staff responded, saying, Well, your nails are thin, thats why. I expressed that if that was the case, they should have advised me against extensions or suggested an alternative, as I am not an expert. The staff then told me, Next time, don’t do it with me.I was shocked by her response. It’s not just about the money; it’s about the atmosphere and respect we expect when paying for a service. This incident unfortunately wasn’t the first time.I shared my feedback with the previous owner, who used to apologize on behalf of her team, even after selling the salon. This time, I want the new owner to be aware of her team’s attitude, as it may impact her business.Despite the previous owner’s request not to leave any comments, I’ve decided to do so because I am tired of the staff’s behavior. After more than five years of visiting this salon, I have decided not to return for such unsatisfactory service.Additionally, I’ve noticed that when there are customer complaints, the staff gossip among themselves about the customers, which is unprofessional.

So far this is the best salon Ive ever visited. Their services are very good and hygienic,talking about the prices its very reasonable in that area.The staffs are good and friendly with all the customers.I would recommend you to go there once, if youd want a cheerful environment with all the services.

Staff very nice and friendly, price is good in that area sheikhzay road next to dubai mall. I am regular clients for many years. Always go there because I love the girls there❤️
