Palorma Beauty Lounge

I recently visited Palorma beauty for a fringe trim, and unfortunately, Im really disappointed with the result. The cut is uneven and doesn’t look at all like what I requested. I tried to explain my concerns during the appointment, but the outcome is still not what I was hoping for. I hope future customers have better experiences, but I wont be returning for haircuts in the future.

Aster is a super star for my hair and massage. She is so good with everything I have required and gone to her for. Very helpful and polite.

Eyelash extensions were very poor. The technician has no experience, she had a chunk of my eyebrow removed with the eyelash glue. The lashes were done five days ago and half have fallen off already. Do not recommend it at all. Very poor

I had a disappointing experience at this salon. One of the hair stylists had a bad attitude, and the overall cleanliness of their salon brushes left much to be desired. Despite requesting that they ensure clean brushes before my appointment, and the hair stylist not only failed to comply but even suggested I skip my visit altogether.Not only the poor hygien with their unclean brushes and a dismissive attitude, but their prices is also exorbitantly high. The combination of subpar service and steep costs made the overall experience far from worth it.

I used to visit this place very often and I was convinced that 5* is well deserved. I still do believe that quality of services and prices, especially manicure and pedicure are great, however it seems like the place is not really reliable regarding to working hours. It has happened a couple of times now that when I came, the place was already closed or about to close, although it was clearly written that it should be open. You can always call and ask if they are open, but I find it pretty weird if I have to call them to check if the salon is working, although it is within their working hours.Also, they are not fully responsive on WhatsApp, sometimes I get reply really late.All in all, I recommend the services but reliability is equally important for me so unfortunately I am forced to look for another place.

The staff is experienced, very welcoming and friendly. They listen to the customer and do their best to achieve what’s requested. I was doing my hair color multiple times there, and Jane is a star. In only few sessions(two-three) she was able to go from black to my natural ash brown without damaging the hair, for very good price. Thank you and good luck, because of its staff, this salon has a lot of potential 👍

Excellent service with wonderful staff! Simply love the time and care spent by the staff whilst providing a manicure and pedicure. A little pricey but guess what? Its worth it! Thank you Mayumy for a wonderful experience!

No issues ith service which is good. But expensive . Issue with management. Outside the saloon its given opening ti.e is 11 am went there at 11.10 am the shop was closed. At 11.22 I called them to book for threading but the lady said they open only at 11.30. But in Google its also 11 am. However still I wanted to go again but she asked me about service I said threading now they said people for threading is available after 1.30. .. I had to say amazing

I don’t recommend doing lashes here! I came for a retouch cause I live nearby and really wanted to like the place, but that was a mistake. BOTH times the lady glued my eyelashes together and had to cut them with scissors! I bet she also pulled some of them with roots, it’s extremely unprofessional and shows lack of skills. I was overcharged full price for a touch up with no explanation and zero communication with a client. For such treatment I should walk from there for free.

I only do my eyebrows here. The lady who does waxing and threading is so talented and knows how to shape them and doesn’t overdo it.

The ladies at the salon were so welcoming (including the owner Leila, she is lovely). I got my waxing done by Eman she was very good.

The place is decently clean and they have experienced staff. Their waxing and eyebrow shaping services are all performed well and they have a good host of services.
