My visits to Panache Beauty Lounge are always pleasant. The customer service is excellent, the rates are competitive, and the staff is consistently polite and friendly. I especially loved the henna design applied during my recent visit—it was thoughtfully crafted and beautifully done.

I’m happy with the service and the price is really reasonable with the quality service and also I would like to mention sofi she is amazing. And definitely I’m gonna visit again

To be frank I didnt like the haircut. It was miserable. I could have done a better job at home doing it myself. The haircut was very basic, had bad finishing, layers were bad. Though the lady could do hair setting little well, still I feel anybody can get haircut done at home by themselves with same finishing. Overall at least for haircut they are not professionals. Last week I had got done.

Really good saloon. Lovely facials. Very well done by Shanthi. A definite come back. Also have tried the Mani Padi which we love

The stylist did my hair good and she was friendly and fast. The place itself needs more cleanness in terms of towels, pillows atmosphere generally.

I did higlights for my hairs n the result is best . Love the service . The staff very coperative.Highly recommend

Had a great experience at Panache Beauty Salon! Both, Sophie and Shanti, are very good in their work.

Staff is rude, loud, unproffesional and cheaters. At the beginning they gave me package for maincure hair dye and blow dry with hair curls finish. They cheated in the hair color as they mixed the colours to use the leftover from other tubes, as a result they changed my original hair colour from black to dark brown. (unfortunately I discovered it after multiple hair wash at home) At the salon they washed the hair careless, did not clean the tip of the ear or the back neck from the color properly then started the blow dry which was really bad and when I asked for the curls they wanted to charge me more and the Indian lady started shouting at me and telling me I have to accept my hair the way it is.At the end I left with half of my hair done and went to other salon in the area to fix the damage. They insisted that I pay full package but at the end I paid the manicure which was good and the hair colour. Never went back and will never recommend this place.I added picture for the back neck after the other salon did their best to clean it.

Absolutely loved my experience of The nail acrylic service was top-notch. The technician paid great attention to detail and created the perfect shape and length for my nails. The acrylics were applied smoothly and lasted for weeks without any chipping. The salon had a relaxing atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend for anyone looking for beautiful and long-lasting nail acrylics!

I went to get my hair dye it was just like how i asked them to do . I love them alot. Hair dresser was very friendly and cooperative. Love their services. Totally recommended. Everyone should try it.

My visit to Panache for a manicure and pedicure was a highlight of my month. Shanti’s skillful work, combined with her warm and welcoming manner, made for an exceptional experience. My nails have never looked better.

Last week went to this salon for the first time, did clean up, bleach and eyebrows.Miss Kiran did it, very nicely she did.Would recommend her name. Though the prices are on a bit higher side.

Worst salon I have ever been to.I went for waxing.after doing the arm wax I told the lady to stop waxing as I could feel that it was more painful than usual and something seemed off with the wax.when I came home I saw patches of peeled skin on my arms.I went back and demanded to speak with the manager.the receptionist took the pics and video of my arms and said that she has sent them to the manager and she will contact me soon.it was well over a week ago and I haven’t received any call or apology from the salon.worst salon,worst beauty services and worst customer service ever.I don’t even want to give it one star.

Recently I visited this salon, staff was very professional. Manicure and eyebrows was one of their best services, very clean and professional.

Id been to the salon for my daughters haircut , the lady there asked me to wait so I thought maybe a few mins but after sometime I asked the lady and she said itll take 1/2 an hour to one hour. . She didnt have the courtesy to tell me earlier that itll take long. As I was there with my children. Very unprofessional. Unethical. Also they are over priced. Will not go back and wouldnt recommend anyone to go there as well.

I’ve been coming here regularly for my hair colour and I’ve always had a great experience, they make sure to listen to the customer and give you exactly what you want. The mani pedis are great too!
